Claims (5)

  1. nusi készítményekben.
    Szabadalmi igénypontok 1. Eljárás az (I) általános képletű 2-piperazino- pteridin-származékok - a képletben 5 R, fenil-alkil-amino-, dialkil-amino-, piperidino-, morfolino-, tiomorfolino- vagy 1oxido-tiomorfolinocsoport, R2 dialkil-amino-, piperidino-, morfolino-, tiomorfolino- vagy 1-oxido-tiomorfolinocso- 10 port, és R. halogénatom, alkoxi-, alkil-tio-, fenil-alkoxi- vagy fenil-alkil-tiocsoport,
    és az említett csoportokban az alkilrészek 1-3 szénatomosak - valamint savaddíciós sóik, elsősorban fi15 ziológiásan elviselhető savaddíciós sóik előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy egy (II) általános képletű vegyületet - a képletben R, és R2 a tárgyi kör szerinti jelentésűek, R. halogénatom és Z nukleofil-csoporttal kicserélhető csoport, előnyösen halogénatom - (III) képletű piperazinnal reagáltatunk, majd kívánt esetben olyan (I) általános képletű vegyületek előállítására, amelyek képletében R3 alkoxi-, alkil-tio-, fenilalkoxi- vagy fenil-alkil-tiocsoport, R, és R2 a fenti jelentésűek, a kapott (I) általános képletű vegyületet 25 a képletben R, és R2 a tárgyi kör szerinti jelentésűek és R, halogénatom - egy (IV) általános képletű vegyülettel - a képletben Rj adott esetben fenilcsoporttal szubsztituált alkoxi- vagy alkil-tiocsoport, amelyekben az alkilrészek 1-3 szénatomosak - vagy en30 nek alkálisójával reagáltatunk, kívánt esetben a kapott (I) általános képletű vegyületet savaddíciós sójává, elsősorban fiziológiásán elviselhető savaddíciós sójává alakítjuk.
  2. 2. Azl. igénypont szerinti eljárás 6-benzil-tio-4,735 dimorfolino-2-piperazin-pteridin előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy 6-klór-4,7-dimorfolino-2-piperazino-pteridint benzil-merkaptánnal reagáltatunk.
  3. 3. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás 6-klór-4,7bisz(dimetil-amino)-2-piperazino-pteridin előállítá40 sára, azzal jellemezve, hogy 2,6-diklór-4,7-bisz(dimetil-arnino)-pteridint piperazinnal reagáltatunk.
  4. 4. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás 6-benzil-tio-4,7bisz(dimetil-amino)-2-piperazino-pteridin előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy 6-klór-4,7-bisz(dimetil45 amino)-2-piperazino-pteridint benzil-merkaptánnal reagáltatunk.
  5. 5. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a reakciót 50-150 °C-on, előnyösen az alkalmazott oldószer forrási hőmérsékletén végezzük.
    50 6. Eljárás hatóanyagként (I) általános képletű vegyületet - R,, R2 és R3 az 1. igénypontban megadott vagy fiziológiásán elviselhető savaddíciós sóját tartalmazó gyógyszerkészítmények előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárással
    55 előállított hatóanyagot a gyógyszerkészítmények szokásos hordozó-, hígító-, töltő- és/vagy egyéb segédanyagaival összekeverve gyógyszerkészítménnyé elkészítjük.
