Claims (2)
1. Eljárás az (I) általános képletű fenoléterek — a képletben
Rí és R2 együttesen oxigénatomot jelent, vagy Rí jelentése hidrogénatom és Rj jelentése hidroxilcsoport,
R4 jelentése 1 -6 szénatomos egyenes vagy elágazó szénláncú alkilcsoport vagy 2 6 szénatomos alkinilcsoport,
Rs jelentése hidrogénatom, 1—4 szénatomos alkilcsoport vagy 2—5 szénatomos acil-amino-csoport, n értéke 3 vagy 4 — továbbá e vegyületek savaddiciós sóinak előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy egy (1) általános képletű ketont — az (1) általános képletben Rj és n jelentése az (I) általános képletre megadottal azonos
- alkálikus kémszer jelenlétében, oldószerben, így például vízben, etanolban, valamilyen polialkoholban vagy polioléterben epiklórhidrinnel reagáltatunk, az így nyert (2) általános képletű epoxidot — a (2) képletben n és Rs jelentése az (I) általános képletre megadottal azonos - R4NH2 összegképletű aminnal — e képletben R4 jelentése az (I) iiltalános képletre megadottal azonos - kölcsönhatásba hozunk, s kívánt esetben az igy kapott (I) általános képletű vegyületet
- melyben Rj és R2 együttes jelentése oxigénatom
- nátrium-bór-hidriddel redukáljuk, és kívánt esetben a fenti módon kapott I általános képletű vegyület savaddiciós sóvá alakítjuk.
2. Eljárás keringési zavarok kezelésére alkalmas gyógyászati készítmények előállítására, azzal j e 1 -51

Rí és Ra együttesen oxigénatomot jelent, vagy Rj jelentése hidrogénatom és Rj jelentése hidroxilcsoport,
R4 jelentése 1 -6 szénatomos egyenes vagy elágazó szénláncú alkilcsoport vagy 2-6 szénatomos alkinilcsoport,
Rí jelentése hidrogénatom, 3-4 szénatomos alkilcsoport vagy 2-5 szénatomos acil-amjno-csoport, n értéke 3 vagy 4 gyógyászati szempontból elfogadható folyékony vagy szilárd vivőanyagokkal és/vagy más ismert segédanyagokkal való összekeverés útján orális, rektális vagy parenterális beadásra alkalmas készítménnyé alakítunk.
