Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von o-Fluormethy1-a-amino-alkansäure der allgemeinen Formel (I), Die erfindungsgewäß hergestellten Verbindungen haben Decarboxylase inhibierende Wirksamkeit und sind geeignet für physiologische und chemotherapeutische Anvjendungszwecke, beispielsweise, zur Behandlung der Parkinson,Schen Erkrankung .oder auch als diagnostische Hilfsmittel zur Funktionsuntersuchung biologischer Systeme= c «Fluormethyl-a - amino · alkarisäuren werden erfindungsgemäS beispielsweise derart hergestellt, das man eine Verbindung der Forrael gegebenenfalls verestert* In den Formeln bedeuten Ri H oder C-j-C1g-Alkyl und R beispielsweise eine substituierte Cι""€4-Alkylgruppe oder eine Verbindung wie Formel (III) .
