Claims (9)
1. Postupak razdvajanja smjesa materijala dobivenih recikliranjem električnih i elektronskih uređaja, gdje smjese materijala sadrže teške metale i/ili plemenite metale, sadrže vlakna, po mogućnosti sadrže staklena vlakna, te sadrže prašinu, gdje se postupak sastoji u najmanje jednom koraku postupka (S1) mehaničkog i suhog uklanjanja čestica iz aglomerata vlaknastog mješovitog materijala i najmanje jednom koraku postupka (S2) mehaničkog i suhog razlaganja aglomerata vlaknastog mješovitog materijala, gdje se čestice istodobno frakcionira prema veličini čestica u koraku postupka (S1) uklanjanja čestica i/ili se čestice frakcionira prema veličini u koraku postupka (S2) uklanjanja čestica, gdje se frakcije dobivene u postupku, osobito radi prikupljanja metala, dostavlja za taljenje ili u rafineriju, naznačen time što se odgovarajuće frakcije razdvaja za taljenje ili se dostavlja u rafineriju u najmanje dva koraka frakcioniranja (S1, S3, S4, S5) u kojima se dobivaju frakcije čestica veličine manje od 100 µm u jednoj dimenziji.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1,
naznačen time što
korak postupka (S1) razlaganja čestica se provodi kao prvi korak postupka.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2,
naznačen time što
čestice se istodobno frakcionira prema veličini u 3 do 8 frakcija u koraku postupka (S1) radi razlaganja čestica.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3,
naznačen time što
čestice se istodobno frakcionira prema veličini u 2 do 3 frakcije u koraku postupka (S2) radi razlaganja.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4,
naznačen time što
skraćivanje vlakana i/ili prostorno razdvajanje vlakana, po mogućnosti predfrakcioniranog dijela smjese materijala u svrhu smanjivanja utjecaja prianjanja vlakana jednih na druga, osobito utjecaja površine vlakana, se radi razlaganja provodi u koraku postupka (S2).
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5,
naznačen time što
postupak mljevenja i/ili glodanja, po mogućnosti predfrakcioniranog dijela smjese materijala, se provodi u koraku postupka (S2) radi razlaganja.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6,
naznačen time što
najmanje jedan dodatni korak razdvajanja i/ili frakcioniranja (S3, S4, S5), po mogućnosti 3 druga koraka razdvajanja i/ili frakcioniranja, smjese materijala, osobito frakcije materijala koju se proizvodi u koraku postupka (S2) radi razlaganja, koju se dobiva u koraku postupka (S2) radi razlaganja se dostavlja kao sirovi materijal po mogućnosti u najmanje jednom koraku frakcioniranja (S3).
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7,
naznačen time što
koraci razdvajanja i/ili frakcioniranja (S3, S4, S5) rezultiraju razgranatim protokom materijala, te se tako dobivene frakcije, dvije ili više frakcija iz različitih koraka frakcioniranja, osobito iz različitih uređaja za frakcioniranje (04), se prikuplja na najmanje jednoj točki u razgranatom protoku materijala.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8,
naznačen time što
odgovarajuće frakcije se izdvaja za taljenje ili dostavlja u rafineriju (S6) u najmanje dva, po mogućnosti u svakom, koraku frakcioniranja (S1, S3, S4, S5) koji daje frakciju čestica veličine manje od 50 µm u jednoj dimenziji.
