Claims (14)
1. Sklop građevinskih blokova tipa koji obuhvaća tijelo u obliku paralelepipeda koja imaju unutrašnje ćelije i najmanje prvu stranu i drugu stranu za spajanje između blokova, sa
prvim osnovnim blokom (1, 11, 101, 111) koji ima najmanje dva odjeljka (4, 5; 12, 13) različite visine koji formiraju stepenasto tijelo, u obliku dvije stepenice, naznačen
najmanje jednom međućelijom (36, 38, 39) koja razdvaja spomenute odjeljke (4, 5; 12, 13) jedan od drugog i definira zazor (37, 40, 41) između vertikalnih izbočina spomenutih odjeljaka,
drugim blokom (19, 119) za prepletanje koji ima najmanje dva odjeljka (22, 23) različite dužine koji formiraju ležeće tijelo u obliku slova "T", tako da su krila (24, 124) od "T" raspoređena vertikalno i stup (25, 125) od "T" je raspoređen horizontalno, pri čemu krila (24, 124) od "T" imaju vertikalnu dužinu i stup (25, 125) od "T" ima vertikalnu širinu i horizontalnu dužina i vertikalna dužina krila su duže od vertikalne širine stupa i duže od horizontalne dužine stupa (25, 125),

zračna komora (44, 45) formira termičku barijeru prekidajući bilo kakav kontinuitet spajanja između spomenutih prvih (109, 110) i drugih (132, 133) strana spomenutih blokova.
2. Sklop blokova prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, okarakteriziran time da spomenuti prvi osnovni blok (1, 11) ima tri odjeljka (12, 13, 14, 112, 113, 114) različite visine koji formiraju stepenasto tijelo, u obliku tri stepenice.
3. Sklop blokova prema patentnom zahtjevu 2 ili 1, okarakteriziran time da spomenuta komora (44, 45) sadrži izolacijski materijal (46, 146, LV).
4. Sklop blokova prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, okarakteriziran time da spomenuti izolacijski materijal (46, 146, LV) je odabran od polimerne pjene, ekspandiranog poliuretana, kamene vune, staklene vune (LV) i kartona.
5. Sklop blokova prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, okarakteriziran time da spomenuti prvi (1, 11, 101, 111) i drugi (19, 119) blok su napravljeni od keramičkih, cementnih ili plastičnih materijala.
6. Sklop blokova prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, okarakteriziran time da prva strana (7, 8, 26, 27) prvog bloka (1, 11, 101, 111) ima prvu šupljinu (9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 28, 29) otvorenu prema van i druga strana (30, 31) drugog bloka (19, 119) ima drugu šupljinu (32, 33) otvorenu prema van iz koje druge šupljine se pruža izbočina (34, 35), pri čemu rubovi (49, 59) spomenute druge šupljine (32, 33) definiraju geometrijsku ravninu (P2) koja definira zapreminu V2 za spomenutu drugu šupljinu, a spomenuta izbočina (34, 35) se pruža izvan spomenute geometrijske ravnine (P2) koja definira istureni kraj (51), i spomenuti istureni kraj (51) ima zapreminu Ve, pri čemu je Ve < V2, i pri čemu spomenuta prva šupljina (9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 28, 29) ima zapreminu V1 i održava se odnos V1 > Ve.
7. Sklop blokova prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, okarakteriziran time da se navedena prva strana (7, 8, 26, 27) koja ima spomenutu prvu šupljinu (9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 28, 29) nalazi na gornjem kraju svakog od spomenutih odjeljaka (4, 5, 12, 13 , 14) stepenastog tijela.
8. Sklop blokova prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 6 i 7, okarakteriziran time da krila (24, 124) i stup (25, 125) ležećeg "T" imaju odgovarajuće gornje krajeve (26, 27) gdje je definirana spomenuta prva strana (26, 27) koja ima prvu šupljinu (28, 29), i pri čemu krila (24, 124) i stup (25, 125) ležećeg "T" imaju odgovarajuće donje krajeve (30, 31) gdje je definirana spomenuta druga strana (30, 31), a druga strana (30 , 31) ima drugu šupljinu (32, 33) sa izbočinom (34, 35) koja se pruža iz nje.
9. Sklop blokova prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 6 do 8, okarakteriziran time da spomenute prve (9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 28, 29) i druge (32, 33) šupljine definiraju prijemna kućišta ljepljivog materijala (M) odabranog od cementnih i poliuretanskih materijala, poliuretanske pjene i mješavine epoksida.
10. Sklop blokova prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, okarakteriziran time da prva strana (107, 108) prvog bloka (1, 11, 101, 111) ima najmanje jednu ravnu stranu (109, 110) i druga strana (130, 131) drugog bloka (19, 119) ima najmanje jednu ravnu stranu (132, 133), pri čemu obje ravne strane (109, 110, 132, 133) definiraju svaku odgovarajuću geometrijsku ravninu između kojih je raspoređen vezivni materijal (134) između blokova, pri čemu se ljepljivi materijal bira iz grupe koja se sastoji od ljepljivih masa male debljine nanošenja, epoksidnog ili cementnog porijekla, dvostranih ljepljivih traka.
11. Sklop blokova prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, okarakteriziran time da spomenuti ljepljivi materijal je epoksidna ljepljiva masa male debljine.
12. Sklop blokova prema patentnom zahtjevu 10 ili 11, okarakteriziran time da spomenuta ravna strana (109, 110) prve strane (107, 108) je smještena na gornjem kraju svakog od spomenutih odjeljaka (104, 105, 112, 113, 114) stepenastog tijela.
13. Sklop blokova prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, okarakteriziran time da krila (124) i stup (125) ležećeg "T" imaju odgovarajuće gornje krajeve (126, 127) gdje je definirana spomenuta prva ravna strana (128, 129) i gdje krila (124) i stup (125) ležećeg "T" imaju odgovarajuće donje krajeve (130, 131) gdje je definirana navedena druga ravna strana (132, 133).
14. Sklop blokova prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, okarakteriziran time da je osigurana ploča od izolacijskog materijala (135) koja se proteže i širi kroz odjeljke blokova djelomično ili u potpunosti, i spomenuti izolacijski materijal (135) je odabran od polimerne pjene, ekspandiranog poliuretana, kamene vune, staklene vune i kartona.
