Claims (19)
1. Vrata, koja sadrže: krilo vrata (10), koje se može pomicati između otvorenog položaja, u kojem u najmanju ruku djelomično otkriva otvor u zidu, i zatvorenog položaja, u kojem u najmanju ruku djelomično zatvara otvor u zidu; i sklop za navođenje, koji navodi pomicanje krila vrata po zadanoj putanji između otvorenog položaja i zatvorenog položaja, gdje sklop za navođenje sadrži najmanje jednu dovratnu vodilicu (100) s dvije vanjske granične površine (102, 104), koja je fiksno smještena u odnosu na otvor u zidu i pruža se po u najmanju ruku dijelu zadane putanje, gdje prva vanjska granična površina (102) dovratne vodilice (100) tvori navodeću površinu za prvu napravu za navođenje (1010) krila vrata (10), a druga vanjska granična površina (104) dovratne vodilice (100) tvori drugu navodeću površinu za drugu napravu za navođenje (1010) krila vrata (10),
gdje najmanje jedna naprava za navođenje sadrži napravu koja stvara magnetsko polje na strani krila vrata (1010), a dovratna naprava koja stvara magnetsko polje (1100) je povezana s dovratnom vodilicom (100), gdje su naprave koje stvaraju magnetsko polje (1010, 1100) dizajniran za postizanje beskontaktnog navođenja pomicanja krila vrata po u najmanju ruku dijelu zadane putanje u području najmanje jednog od nasuprotnih bočnih rubova krila vrata (10); naznačena time što se granične površine (102, 104) nalaze približno paralelno jedna u odnosu na drugu i međusobno razmaknute u smjeru okomitom u odnosu na navodeće površine, gdje se dovratna vodilica (100) nalazi između dvije naprave za navođenje (32, 34; 1010), osobito između dva valjka za navođenje (32, 34), čije osi su međusobno razmaknute u smjeru okomitom u odnosu na navodeće površine (102, 104) i po mogućnosti se pružaju približno paralelno jedna u odnosu na drugu, gdje su dvije naprave za navođenje (32, 34; 1010) pričvršćene na zajednički nosač (40; 1040), gdje je zajednički nosač (40; 1040) odvojivo pričvršćen na krilo vrata (10), po mogućnosti na njegovoj strani okrenutoj od naprava za navođenje (32, 34; 1010), osobito valjaka za navođenje (32, 34).
2. Vrata u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što najmanje jedna naprava za navođenje ima valjak za navođenje (32, 34), koji je zakretljivo montiran u odnosu na os valjka, koja se pruža okomito u odnosu na zadanu putanju i, u zatvorenom položaju, približno paralelno u odnosu na krilo vrata (10), te koji se valja po graničnoj površini (102, 104) dovratne vodilice (100) tijekom pomicanja krila vrata.
3. Vrata u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što element za pričvršćivanje u obliku pričvrsnog vijka (42), se, kada je to prikladno, pruža približno paralelno u odnosu na osi valjaka, gdje je osiguran element za pričvršćivanje u obliku po mogućnosti otprilike tuljastog prihvatnika (44), u kojeg ulazi pričvrsni vijak (42) kako bi pričvrstio zajednički nosač (40), gdje se element za pričvršćivanje (42) nalazi na nosaču (40), a element za pričvršćivanje (44) se nalazi na krilu vrata (10).
4. Vrata u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što sadrže kliznik (50), koji se nalazi između naprava za navođenje, osobito između osi valjaka, kod valjaka za navođenje (32, 34), koji se nalaze na zajedničkom nosaču (40) i koji je po mogućnosti pričvršćen na zajednički nosač (40), gdje se navedeni kliznik može dovesti u kontakt s kliznom površinom dovratne vodilice (100) između graničnih površina (102, 104).

Vrata u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što sadrže sklopovi uzglobljenja, montirane na krilu vrata (10) u području bočnih rubova krila vrata, koje se pružaju u smjeru gravitacije kada u zatvorenom položaju, od kojih svaki sklopovi uzglobljenja imaju više elemenata uzglobljenja (20, 22), uzglobljenih jedan s drugim u odnosu na osi uzglobljenja koje se pružaju okomito u odnosu na bočne rubove i približno paralelno u odnosu na ravninu krila vrata, gdje je nosač (40), koji sadrži dvije naprave za navođenje, osobito valjke za navođenje (32, 34), montiran na najmanje jednom, po mogućnosti na svakom elementu uzglobljenja (20, 22), tako da se naprave za navođenje nalaze na strani elementa uzglobljenja (20, 22) okrenutog od krila vrata (10), gdje se dovratna vodilica (100) nalazi između naprava za navođenje.

Vrata u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što krilo vrata (10) ima više elemenata krila vrata (12), uzglobljenih jedan s drugim u odnosu na osi uzglobljenja koje se pružaju okomito u odnosu na zadanu putanju, od kojih po mogućnosti najmanje jedan ima ljusku, osobito načinjenu od metala, koja sadrži izolirajući materijal, poput poliuretanske pjene.
7. Vrata u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je krilo vrata načinjeno, u najmanju ruku djelomično, od fleksibilnog materijala, poput plastičnog filma.
8. Vrata u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što krilo vrata tvori višeslojni namot u otvorenom položaju.
9. Vrata u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što dovratna vodilica (100) ima linearni dio (110), koji se po mogućnosti pruža približno u smjeru gravitacije i, u zatvorenom položaju, se pruža približno paralelno u odnosu na bočne rubove krila vrata, te koji na svom gornjem kraju prelazi u spiralni dio (120).
10. Vrata u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što sadrže dvije dovratne vodilice (100), koje se nalaze u području nasuprotnih bočnih rubova krila vrata (10).
11. Vrata u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što najmanje jedna naprava koja stvara magnetsko polje (1010, 1100), po mogućnosti najmanje jedna naprava koja stvara magnetsko polje na strani krila vrata (1010), uključuje najmanje jedan trajni magnet.
12. Vrata u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačena time što naprava koja stvara magnetsko polje na strani krila vrata (1010) ima dva trajna magneta, koji se nalaze na suprotnim stranama dovratne vodilice (100), i pričvršćen na zajednički nosač (1040), koji opkoračuje rub dovratne vodilice na strani krila vrata.

15. Vrata u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što najmanje jedna naprava koja stvara magnetsko polje, po mogućnosti najmanje jedna dovratna naprava koja stvara magnetsko polje (1100), sadrži elektromagnetski sklop s kojim je po mogućnosti povezana naprava za upravljanje.
16. Vrata u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 15, naznačena time što je naprava za upravljanje dizajnirana za stvaranje magnetskog polja usmjerenog po najmanje jednom dijelu zadane putanje.

Vrata u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12 ili 13, naznačena time što je naprava za upravljanje dizajnirana za isključivanje elektromagnetskog sklopa i/ili za stvaranje privlačnog međudjelovanja između naprave koja stvara magnetsko polje na strani krila vrata (1010) i dovratne naprave koja stvara magnetsko polje (1100) prilikom dolaska u zatvoreni položaj.

Vrata u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što sklop za navođenje sadrži najmanje jednu napravu koja stvara magnetsko polje (1010, 1100) i najmanje jednu mehaničku napravu za navođenje, poput najmanje jednog valjka za navođenje (32, 34), najmanje jedan zatik za navođenje i slično, koji je po mogućnosti povezan s napravom koja stvara magnetsko polje (1010, 1100) kao zaštita od preopterećenja i dolazi u kontakt s navodećom površinom dovratne vodilice kada se primijeni veliku silu u smjeru okomitom u odnosu na ravninu krila vrata.
19. Postupak proizvodnje vrata u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se, kako bi se proizvelo naprave koje stvaraju magnetsko polje, nemagnetizirane elemente, koji se u najmanju ruku djelomično sastoje od tvrdog magnetskog materijala, najprije pričvrsti na dovratnu vodilicu i/ili krilo vrata prije magnetiziranja.
