Claims (20)

1. Pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila na bazi poliolefina koji se sastoji od: - 20 do 80 mas.% najmanje jednog poliolefinskog polimera, - 2 do 20 mas.% najmanje jednog ugljikovodičnog voska, i - po izboru antioksidansa, naznačen time što ugljikovodični vosak - ima točku skrućivanja mjerenu prema ASTM D 938 u rasponu od 75 do 110° C, - ima toplinu taljenja utvrđenu diferencijalnom pretražnom kalorimetrijom od 200 do 235 J/g; i - sintetski je Fischer-Tropsch vosak.
2. Pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što ima tangens delta (G" / G') u dinamičkoj mehaničkoj analizi koja je jednaka 1 u rasponu od 60°C do 100°C, poželjno 65°C do 85° C.
3. Pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što ugljikovodični vosak ima molekularnu masu (brojčani prosjek) između 500 i 1200 g·mol-1, poželjno između 600 i 1000 g·mol-1.
4. Pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što ugljikovodični vosak ima udio razgranatih ugljikovodika između 10 i 25 mas.%.
5. Pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je ugljikovodični vosak nadalje naznačen time što ima jednu ili više od sljedećih značajki: - viskoznost po Brookfieldu na 135°C mjerenu prema ASTM D 3236 s vretenom 27 od ispod 20 mPa·s; - penetraciju na 25°C mjerenu prema ASTM D1321 od ispod 10 1/10 mm; - ugljikovodični vosak se hidrotretira; i - sadržaj ulja ispod 1 mas.%.
6. Pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačen time što sadrži ugljikovodični vosak u količini od 2 do 18 mas.%, poželjno 2 do 15 mas.% i poželjnije 5 do 10 mas.%.
7. Pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je pripravak ljepila nadalje naznačen time što ima jedno ili više od sljedećih svojstava: - a čvrstoću T-ljuštenja mjerenu prema ASTM D 1876, koja je najmanje 10%, poželjno 20%, veća u usporedbi s istim pripravkom vruće taljivog ljepila bez ugljikovodičnog voska i/ili ili s ugljikovodičnim voskom koji nije u skladu s izumom; - povećanje modula pohrane (G') u dinamičkoj mehaničkoj analizi s frekvencijom od 10 Hz pri brzini hlađenja od 2 °C/min za više od 10 MPa, poželjno više od 50 MPa, unutar 10 °C na točci iznad 60°C, poželjno između 70 i 60° C; - povećanje modula pohrane (G') u dinamičkoj mehaničkoj analizi s frekvencijom od 10 Hz pri brzini hlađenja od 2°C/min za više od 500 MPa, između 40°C i 100° C; i - viskoznost po Brookfieldu na 160°C mjerenu prema ASTM D 3236 s vretenom 27 ispod 5000 mPa·s.
8. Pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što pripravak ljepila nadalje sadrži - sredstvo za povećanje ljepljivosti, poželjno u količini od 10 do 60 mas.%, poželjno 10 do 50 mas.%, i/ili - ulje za obradu, poželjno u količini od 5 do 15 mas.%.
9. Pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je antioksidans prisutan u količini od 0,1 do 2 mas.%.
10. Pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je poliolefinski polimer u pripravku ljepila odabran između amorfnih poli-alfa-olefinskih kopolimera (APAO), polipropilenskih homopolimera ili polibutenskih homopolimera, poželjno iz skupine kopolimera etilen-propilen ili kopolimera etilen-buten, poželjnije sa sadržajem etilena od 0 do 50 mas.%, poželjno 5 do 37,5 mas.%, poželjnije 7 do 35 mas.% i najpoželjnije 10 do 25 mas.%.
11. Pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što je polimer smjesa dvaju polimera ili samo jednog polimera i/ili prisutan je u količini od 35 do 60 mas.%.
12. Pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila prema zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačen time što je polimer dodatno naznačen time što ima jednu ili više od sljedećih značajki: - viskoznost po Brookfieldu na 190° C mjerenu prema ASTM D 3236 s vretenom 27 između 1000 do 50000 mPa·s, poželjno 1500 do 20000 mPa·s; - točku omekšavanja prstena i kuglice mjerenu prema ASTM E 28 između 90 do 130° C; - toplinu taljenja određenu diferencijalnom pretražnom kalorimetrijom manju od 30 J/g; i - gustoću od 0,8 do 0,9 g·cm-3.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju pripravka vruće taljivog ljepila prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12 koji se sastoji od međusobnog miješanja, u rastaljenom stanju, najmanje jednog poliolefinskog polimera, najmanje jednog ugljikovodičnog voska i, izborno, bilo kojeg ili više sredstava za povećanje ljepljivosti, ulja za obradu i/ili antioksidansa u zagrijanoj miješalici dok ne postanu homogeni pri čemu ugljikovodični vosak - ima točku skrućivanja mjerenu prema ASTM D 938 u rasponu od 75 do 110° C, - ima toplinu taljenja određenu diferencijalnom pretražnom kalorimetrijom od 200 do 235 J/g; i - sintetski je Fischer-Tropsch vosak; i pri čemu pripravak sadrži - 20 do 80 mas.% najmanje jednog poliolefinskog polimera, - 2 do 20 mas.% najmanje jednog ugljikovodičnog voska.
14. Netkani laminat proizveden korištenjem, i stoga uključuje, pripravak vruće taljivog ljepila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 12.
15. Netkani laminat prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time što laminat sadrži najmanje jedan netkani sloj ili najmanje jedan netkani sloj i jedan polimerni sloj, koji je poželjno izrađen od polietilena.
16. Postupak za proizvodnju netkanog laminata prema zahtjevu 14 ili 15 naznačen time što sadrži najmanje sljedeće korake: - nanošenje raspršivanjem netkanog sloja ili polimernog sloja pripravkom vruće taljivog ljepila prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12; i - osiguravanje najmanje jednog netkanog ili polimernog sloja, koji je raspoređen na vrh nanesenog sloja, te međusobno prešanje slojeva.
17. Postupak prema zahtjevu 16, naznačen time što se nanošenje raspršivanjem provodi na temperaturi od 120 do 160° C, s masom premaza od između 1 do 4 g/m2, tlakom zraka u mlaznici od 0,005 do 0,05 MPa i brzinom obrade između 1 do 4 m/min ili 4-600 m/min da se dobije obloženi sloj.
18. Postupak prema zahtjevu 16 ili zahtjevu 17, naznačen time što međusobno prešanje slojeva uključuje obuhvaća dovođenje slojeva raspoređenih jedan na drugi između dva valjka, poželjno pneumatske valjke, čime se slojevi prešaju zajedno.
19. Upotreba pripravka vruće taljivog ljepila prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12 naznačena time što koristi za lijepljenje netkanih laminata.
20. Upotreba prema zahtjevu 19, naznačena time što netkani laminati imaju čvrstoću T-ljuštenja koja je najmanje 10%, poželjno 20%, veća u usporedbi s upotrebom iste mješavine vrućeg taljivog ljepila bez ugljikovodičnog voska i/ili s ugljikovodičnim voskom koji nije prema izumu.
