Claims (7)
1. Jedna vrsta sigurnosnog uređaja koji omogućava prolaz cijevi (5) kroz palubu čamca i pregrade istog, a koji se sastoji najmanje od jednog statičkog brtvenog elementa s najmanje jednim parom prirubnica (2) za fiksiranje na prolazne cijevi rukavca (4) bilo kojeg promjera koji je pogodan za prolaz cijevi čamaca. Dvostruka prirubnica (2) o kojoj se gore pominje, sadrži najmanje dvije cilindrično oblikovane strane prirubnice (2a, 2b) koje su spojene jedna sa drugom.
Uređaj (1) o kome se pominje u gornjem dijelu teksta sadrži brtvu (3) ili set brtvi (3). Pored ovoga, rubovi prirubnice (2a, 2b) su redom podijeljeni u najmanje dvije iči više poluprirubnica (2a', 2a”, 2b', 2b”), od kojih je svaka u obliku cilindričnog sektora. Ove poluprirubnice (2a', 2a”, 2b', 2b”) sadrže područja spoja 34 koja se spajaju kako bi formirali prvu stranu prirubnice 2a i područja spoja koja se spajaju kako bi formirali drugu stranu prirubnice 2b. Strane prirubnice spojene su jedna naspram drugoj s namerom da se formira dvostruka prirubnica.
Ovaj sigurnosni uređaj je modularan i sadrži nekoliko poluprirubnica. Prikladan je za montažu izravno na bok plovila bilo koje vrste na palubu plovila i / ili prolaze pregrada / cijevi (4). Unutarnji profili (20 bint), vanjski profili (20 bout) i radijalni profili (30) poluprirubnica (2b', 2b”) drugog ruba prirubnice, formiraju utore (31, 33) sigurnosnog uređaja za smještaj gore spomenute brtva (3) ili set brtvi (3).
Ovdje poluprirubnice (2a', 2b') formiraju kružnu krunu s vanjskim i unutarnjim rubovima ili profilima (20 aout, 20 aint) odgovarajućeg polumjera (r2, r1) podignutim u odnosu na ravninu poluprirubnice prve strane (2a', 2a”) koja se izrađuje sa unutarnjom i vanjskom okolinom (C int, C out).
Ovi profili poželjno je da budu klinasti (20a). Najmanje jedna prirubnica (2b) drugog ruba i njegove poluprirubnice (2b', 2b”), vanjski i unutarnji rubovi ili profili (20 bout, 20 bint) odgovarajućeg radijusa (r1, r2) utisnuti i spušteni na ostatak ravnine prirubnice, posebno su izrađeni s unutarnjim i vanskim obodom u obliku kružne krune s udubljenjem (20b) u usporedbi s ravninom okrenutom za spajanje na prirubnicu (2a', 2a”) prve strane i / ili polovice prirubnice (2a', 2a”) koja formira prirubnicu o kojoj se pominje.
2. Prema zahtjevu br.1 na sigurnosnom uređaju (1) za prolaz cijevi na palubi i pregradu čamaca, navedeni unutarnji profili (20 aint), vanjski profili (20 aout) i radijalni profili (20 aint) podešeni su na način kako bi pritisnuli i učvrstili zaštićene brtve (31, 33). Uređaj (1) je otporan na vatru i ne propušta vodu / vodootporan je do 10 metara.
3. Na osnovu bilo kojih prethodnih zahtjeva sigurnosnog uređaja (1) za prolaz cijevi na palubi i pregradu čamaca, gdje profili (20 aint, 20 aout) sadrže odgovarajuće brtve (3) u utorima (33) blizu ramena (20 bint i 20 bout) poluprirubnica (2bn), kao i u slučaju brtve smještene izvan kućišta (33) ili unutar kućišta (33 / 20 bint), podešen je da pritisne otvorenu cijev (5) i blizu rukavca / cijevi (4) u slučaju da je brtva zadržana unutar kućišta (33 / 20 bout).
4. Na osnovu bilo kojih prethodnih zahtjeva sigurnosnog uređaja (1) za prolaz cijevi na palubi i pregradu čamaca, pri čemu navedeni profil (21) komprimira brtve (3) koje su smještene u prorezima (31) prema dnu i stranama kućišta (31) formiranog spajanjem spuštenih dosjednih područja (30) ženskih poluprirubnica (2bn).
5. Na osnovu bilo kojih prethodnih zahtjeva sigurnosnog uređaja (1) za prolaz cijevi na palubi i pregradu čamaca, navedene brtve (3) kako bi sigurnosni uređaj učinile vodootpornim i otpornim i prema vatri, izrađene su od povoljnog grafita ili od nekog drugog materijala.
6. Na osnovu bilo kojih prethodnih zahtjeva sigurnosnog uređaja (1) za prolaz cijevi na palubi i pregradu čamaca, u slučaju pokretanja sigurnosnog uređaja (1) sadrži sredstvo za širenje topline omotano oko navedene cijevi (5) i / ili postavljeno uz navedene prolaze / rukave (4) koje u slučaju vatre povećava svoj volumen od originalnog za najmanje 16 (šesnaest) puta.
7. Na osnovu bilo kojih prethodnih zahtjeva sigurnosnog uređaja (1) za prolaz cijevi na palubi i pregradu čamaca, spomenute prirubnice i poluprirubnice pričvršćavaju se pomoću klinova i / ili vijaka sigurnosnog uređaja. Ovaj sigurnosni uređaj u slučaju uporabe je samosnosivi zahvaljujući sili stezanja između uređaja rukavca / prolazne cijevi.
