Description

一种冷库舱壁电缆密封组件 技术领域
本发明涉及船舶舱壁电缆密封技术领域,尤其涉及一种冷库舱壁电缆密封组件。
背景技术
在船舶中,为了向各船舱提供电力及通信等,需要在舱壁上开设通孔供电缆通过。电缆穿过船舶的冷库等水密气密及防火要求很高的舱室的舱壁时,通常需要使用电缆填料函,以使通过处密封,从而确保安全。
目前在船舶冷库的舱壁上多是采用电缆填料函与钢制电缆穿舱件配合穿过冷库的钢壁、绝热材料及冷库围壁,并在通舱件位于冷库围壁一侧利用绝缘泡沫对端口进行热绝缘处理。钢制电缆穿舱件与冷库围壁直接接触,由于金属材料传导热能的较快,容易造成冷库的冷源流失,影响冷库的保温效果,并且在通舱件的端口使用的绝缘泡沫会影响冷库围壁的美观性,在电缆周部形成绝缘泡沫凸起。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种冷库舱壁电缆密封组件,其能够减少冷库的冷源流失,且具有一定的美观性。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
提供一种冷库舱壁电缆密封组件,包括第一填料函、第二填料函和连接管,所述第一填料函固定设置于冷库外侧的船舱钢壁上,所述第二填料函设置于冷 库内侧的冷库围壁上,所述连接管穿设于冷库的隔热层,所述连接管的两端分别与所述第一填料函和所述第二填料函连接,所述连接管采用绝热材料。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述连接管的两端分别设置有外螺纹,所述第一填料函和所述第二填料函对应设置有内螺纹,所述第一填料函和所述第二填料函与所述连接管通过螺纹连接。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第一填料函为金属材质的管接式填料函,所述第二填料函为非金属材质的管接式填料函。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第一填料函通过焊接固定到所述船舱钢壁上。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第一填料函与所述连接管连接的一端延伸至所述船舱钢壁与所述冷库围壁之间,且所述第一填料函的外壁与所述船舱钢壁的两侧面均焊接。

本发明的有益效果为:与现有技术相比,本方案中采用绝热材料制作的连 接管对冷库内外两侧的填料函进行连接,可有效的减少热量从冷库外通过连接管传导到冷库内,增强冷库的保温效果,同时增加非金属垫圈和密封圈对填料函与冷库的连接进行进一步的密封,可进一步的加强冷库的保温效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,于本实施例中,本发明所述的一种冷库舱壁电缆密封组件,包括第一填料函1、第二填料函2和连接管3,所述第一填料函1固定设置于冷库外侧的船舱钢壁4上,所述第二填料函2设置于冷库内侧的冷库围壁5上,所述连接管3穿设于冷库的隔热层6,所述连接管3的两端分别与所述第一填料函1和所述第二填料函2连接,所述连接管3采用绝热材料。本实施例所述的冷库舱壁包括船舱钢壁4、隔热层6和冷库围壁5,隔热层6为填充于船舱钢壁4与冷库围壁5之间的隔热材料。
本实施例所述的一种冷库舱壁电缆密封组件设置在船舶冷库的舱壁上,具体的,通过在舱壁上开设供电缆穿过的通孔,使用第一填料函1和第二填料函2 对通孔与电缆之间的缝隙进行密封,并在第一填料函1和第二填料函2之间设置绝热材料制作的连接管3对第一填料函1和第二填料函2进行连接,可有效的防止冷源从冷库内侧的第二填料函2通过连接管3流向第一填料函1,形成冷源的流失,利于冷库的保温和减少资源浪费。同时第一填料函1和第二填料函2对通孔的两侧形成密封,防止冷库的舱壁两侧的空气的流通,杜绝冷库的冷源从穿设电缆后留下的通孔空隙处经空气流失,进一步的保证了冷库的保温效果。
在一具体的实施例中,所述连接管3的两端分别设置有外螺纹,所述第一填料函1和所述第二填料函2对应设置有内螺纹,所述第一填料函1和所述第二填料函2与所述连接管3通过螺纹连接。
通过螺纹将连接管3连接到固定在船舱钢壁4上的第一填料函1,然后将第二填料函2连接到连接管3的另一端,从而完成第一填料函1与第二填料函2的安装。具体的,当第二填料函2安装好后,第二填料函2与冷库围壁5接触的一面刚好与冷库围壁5抵压在一起形成第二填料函2与冷库围壁5的相互密封,实现从冷库内侧对电缆穿过的通孔的密封。
优选的,所述第一填料函1为金属材质的管接式填料函,所述第二填料函2为非金属材质的管接式填料函。
进一步的,所述第一填料函1通过焊接固定到所述船舱钢壁4上。
更进一步的,所述第二填料函2通过与所述第一填料函1连接的连接管3固定于所述冷库围壁5上。
具体的,所述第一填料函1与所述连接管3连接的一端延伸至所述船舱钢壁4与所述冷库围壁5之间,且所述第一填料函1的外壁与所述船舱钢壁4的两侧面均焊接。
第一填料函1为金属材质的并通过焊接将第一填料函1固定到船舱钢壁4 上,可确保第一填料函1被牢固固定到船舱钢壁4上,保证电缆被固定的稳靠性。非金属材质的第二填料函2的设置可减少冷源通过第二填料函2向冷库外流失,保证冷库的保温效果,杜绝因为电缆的设置带来的冷源流失。此外,第二填料函2的固定由于第一填料函1被焊接固定在船舱钢壁4上,第二填料函2通过连接管3与第一填料函1连接,从而实现第二填料函2的固定。
在另一实施例中,所述第二填料函2与所述冷库围壁5间设置有用于密封的非金属垫圈7和密封圈8。
非金属垫圈7和密封圈8的设置可加强第二填料函2与冷库围壁5之间的密封性,减少冷源的流失。
优选的,如图2所示,所述冷库围壁5设置有用于容纳所述非金属垫圈7和所述密封圈8的阶梯孔。
具体的,所述密封圈8的直径不大于所述非金属垫圈7的直径。
进一步的,所述阶梯孔的大径段的直径与所述非金属垫圈7的直径相适配,所述阶梯孔的小径段的直径与所述连接管3的外径相适配。
更进一步的,所述非金属垫圈7与所述冷库围壁5平齐。
阶梯孔的设置可将非金属垫圈7及密封圈8容纳在内,阶梯孔与非金属垫圈7的相互配合可加强密封效果,非金属垫圈7与冷库围壁5平齐,可使得冷库围壁更美观。
