Abstract

一种防刮伤电缆接线盒,包括盒体(6)和出线口(1),所述出线口(1)设在所述盒体(6)的上部,所述出线口(1)通过四周的螺丝孔(5)与所述盒体(6)固定连接,所述出线口(1)与盒体(6)的接合处还设有防刮结构,所述防刮结构包括出线口下圆弧结构(2)和出线口上圆弧结构(3),所述盒体(6)直角接合处还设有盒体圆弧结构(7)。该接线盒结构设计合理,防水性能好,且盒体和出线口均采用防刮结构,提高了接线盒产品通路的光滑,从而减少了电缆线与盒体以及出线口之间相互摩擦导致绝缘层的破损,从而保护了电缆在敷设时的完整性,避免了漏电和电气短路的发生。

Description

一种防刮伤电缆接线盒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种地下工程敷设用接线盒,具体涉及一种防刮伤电缆接线盒。
背景技术
地下工程敷设由于使用环境复杂,对于电缆线的接线盒防水要求较高。现有的电缆接线盒的防水性能已经完全满足使用要求,但是在敷设电缆时,由于电缆要在接线盒内部拉动,特别是在电缆拐弯时,电缆线就容易与盒体的拐角处的锐角和出线口的锐角产生摩擦,从而会使电缆线的绝缘层破损,这样容易造成电缆漏电甚至短路。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种既能保证接线盒防水性能有能有效防止电缆线刮伤的电缆接线盒。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种防刮伤电缆接线盒,包括盒体和出线口,所述出线口设在所述盒体的上部,所述出线口通过四周的螺丝孔与所述盒体固定连接,所述出线口与盒体的接合处还设有防刮结构,所述防刮结构包括出线口下圆弧结构和出线口上圆弧结构,所述盒体直角接合处还设有盒体圆弧结构。
进一步的,所述盒体和出线口相互独立连接,且相互采用螺栓连接。
进一步的,所述出线口上面和下面均设有密封圈。
进一步的,所述盒体采用金属结构,出线口采用金属或塑料结构。
进一步的,所述下圆弧结构下方与盒体的端口齐平;所述出线口上圆弧结构与上面的密封圈相切。
进一步的,所述盒体拐角处设置的圆弧结构还连接有盒体斜角边。
进一步的,所述盒体上还连接有固定支架。
进一步的,所述盒体采用L型弯通,T型三通,十字四通,直通中的一种结构。
有益效果:本发明结构设计合理,防水性能好,且盒体和出线口均采用防刮结构,从而减少了电缆线与盒体以及出线口之间相互摩擦导致的破损,从而提高了电缆线的安全性,同时提高了接线盒产品的市场竞争力。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下将结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1所示的一种防刮伤电缆接线盒,包括盒体6和出线口1,盒体6和出线口1采用螺栓连接而成,所述出线口1设在所述盒体6的上部,所述出线口1通过四周的螺丝孔5与所述盒体6固定连接,所述出线口1与盒体6的接合处还设有防刮结构,防刮结构采用金属结构或塑料,所述防刮结构包括出线口下圆弧结构2和出线口上圆弧结构3,下圆弧结构2下方与盒体6的端口齐平,以保证密封性;所述出线口上圆弧结构3与上面的密封圈相切。所述盒体6直角接合处还设有盒体圆弧结构7,盒体圆弧结构7还连接有盒体斜角边10,盒体斜角边10与盒体圆弧结构7是一体成型的,以方便将盒体圆弧结构7与盒体6焊接成型,所述出线口1上面和下面均设有密封圈4,盒体6上还连接有固定支架9。
实施例2
如图2所示的一种防刮伤电缆接线盒,包括盒体6和出线口1,盒体6和出线口1采用螺栓连接而成,所述出线口1设在所述盒体6的上部,所述出线口1通过四周的螺丝孔5与所述盒体6固定连接,所述出线口1与盒体6的接合处还设有防刮结构,防刮结构采用金属结构或橡胶,所述防刮结构包括出线口下圆弧结构2和出线口上圆弧结构3,下圆弧结构2下方与盒体6的端口齐平,以保证密封性;所述出线口上圆弧结构3与上面的密封圈相切。所述盒体6直角接合处还设有盒体圆弧结构7,所述出线口1上面和下面均设有密封圈4,盒体6上还连接有固定支架9。
本发明所述的接线盒相比于现有技术中的接线盒的优势在于,本发明在盒体本身的拐角处和与出线口的接合处均设有倒角型的防刮结构,具体如图3所示。这样无论是接线盒内部的电缆线8还是出线口端部的电缆线8,均可以受到很好的保护。另外本发明在出现口设置的上下双重圆弧结构,详细见附图4所示,这样完全可以保证电缆线8无论是从哪个方向弯折出,均可以做好防护作用。
本发明结构设计合理,防水性能好,且盒体和出线口均采用防刮结构,从而减少了电缆线与盒体以及出线口之间相互摩擦导致的破损,避免了电缆线在敷设时的损伤,同时也避免了电缆线可能出现的漏电情况,保证了工程质量,杜绝了安全事故的发生。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种防刮伤电缆接线盒,其特征在于:包括盒体(6)和出线口(1),所述出线口(1)设在所述盒体(6)的上部,所述出线口(1)通过四周的螺丝孔(5)与所述盒体(6)固定连接,所述出线口(1)与盒体(6)的接合处还设有防刮结构,所述防刮结构包括出线口下圆弧结构(2)和出线口上圆弧结构(3),所述盒体(6)直角接合处还设有盒体圆弧结构(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防刮伤电缆接线盒,其特征在于:所述盒体(6)和出线口(1)相互独立连接,且相互采用螺栓连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防刮伤电缆接线盒,其特征在于:所述出线口(1)上面和下面均设有密封圈(4)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防刮伤电缆接线盒,其特征在于:所述盒体(6)采用金属结构,出线口(1)采用金属或塑料结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防刮伤电缆接线盒,其特征在于:所述下圆弧结构(2)下方与盒体(6)的端口齐平;所述出线口上圆弧结构(3)与上面的密封圈相切。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防刮伤电缆接线盒,其特征在于:所述盒体拐角处设置的圆弧结构(7)还连接有盒体斜角边(10)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防刮伤电缆接线盒,其特征在于:所述盒体(6)上还连接有固定支架(9)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防刮伤电缆接线盒,其特征在于:所述盒体(6)采用L型弯通,T型三通,十字四通,直通中的一种结构。
