Claims (8)

1. Postupak za međusobno spajanje zidnih ploča i na stup, pri čemu se na područjima spajanja izvode spojevi, pri čemu se izvođenje navedenih spojeva ostvaruje upotrebom oblikovanih spojnih dijelova i/ili ojačanja i/ili pričvrsnih sredstava, te pri čemu su navedeni spojevi zabrtvljeni kada je proces spajanja završen, naznačen time što se nakon koraka spajanja spojevi između nosivih spojnih površina popunjavaju vatrootpornim ne skupljajućim mortom visoke čvrstoće (4, 9, 15) pomoću spojeva koji su izrađeni u zidnim pločama (1, 2, 11, 12) i/ili u zidnim pločama (7, 8, 11, 12) i stupu (8, 19) od betona razreda čvrstoće C50/60 i s nasipnom gustoćom od 2000 do 2500 kg/m3 koja sadrži šuplja sintetička vlakna, po mogućnosti duljine 10 mm, zatim se spojevi na strani izloženoj vatri (A) brtve s elastičnim vatrootpornim brtvenim materijalom (5, 18, 25).
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se međusobno spajanje jednoslojnih zidnih ploča (1, 2) provodi pomoću stepenaste konfiguracije radi povećanja zaštite od požara, pri čemu je zbog podešavanja razine postavljena podloška (3) između izbočine (1a) jedne (1) od zidnih ploča i udubljenja (2a) druge zidne ploče (2).
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se armatura (6) naknadno postavlja između jednoslojne zidne ploče (7) i potpornog (8) stupa radi međusobnog spajanja jednoslojne zidne ploče (7) i stupa (8), a okolina navedene armature ispunjena je vatrootpornim ne skupljajućim mortom visoke čvrstoće.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se tipla (13) umeće u nosivi dio (11a, 12a) za međusobno spajanje zidnih ploča sendvič strukture (11, 12), a okolina navedenog tipla je ispunjena vatrootpornim ne skupljajućim mortom visoke čvrstoće (15).
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se armatura postavlja u nosivi sloj (11a) sendvič ploče (11) tijekom međusobnog spajanja zidne ploče sendvič strukture (11) i stupa (19), navedena armatura je tijekom proizvodnje zajedno sa spojnim elementom (23) spojena na spojni element (21) koji se montira u stup (19) kako bi se očuvala nosivost, a oni se pričvršćuju vijkom (24), zatim se spojno područje ispunjava s vatrootpornim punilom (22).
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što, se u slučaju srednjih zidnih ploča, međusobno spajanje zidne ploče sendvič strukture (11) i stupa (19) provodi upotrebom tiple (13) koja povećava nosivost, umetnutom u stup (19) i nosivi dio (11a) zidne ploče.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što se punjenje spojnih točaka provodi upotrebom morta za punjenje po mogućnosti sa sadržajem kloridnih iona ≤ 0,5 mm/%.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je spoj (18) na spojnim točkama zabrtvljen brtvenim materijalom koji osigurava izolaciju, poželjno brtvenim materijalom na bazi silikona bez halogena i otapala.
