Claims (12)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju cementnog klinkera, koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake
a) predgrijavanje početnog materijala do temperature kalcinacije,
b) kalciniranje prethodno zagrijanog početnog materijala,
c) pečenje kalciniranog početnog materijala u rotacionoj peći,
d) hlađenje cementnog klinkera,
e) dovođenje plina koji sadržava kisik s udjelom dušika od 15 % po volumenu ili manje i udjelom kisika od 50 % po volumenu ili više iz prvog dijela hladnjaka koji je neposredno uz vrh peći u
i) rotacijsku peć,
naznačen time što se struje plina koje se uvode u procese izgaranja ukupno sastoje do više od 50% kisika po volumenu,
naznačen time što je uvođenje plina koji sadržava kisik podešeno tako da postoji višak kisika u glavnom plameniku i zaostale količine kisika odlaze u kalcinator radi spaljivanja.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što korak e) dodatno obuhvaća
ii) dovođenje plina koji sadržava kisik u kalcinator.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je omjer unesene krutine i ispušnog plina u koraku a) postavljen na više od 1,0 kg, poželjno više od 1,3 kg, krutine po 1 kg plina, poželjno od 1 do 2 kg/kg krutine prema plinu, posebno poželjno od 1,3 do 1,9 kg/kg krutine prema plinu, pri čemu se za predgrijavanje poželjno koristi najmanje jedan ciklonski predgrijač.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je omjer unesene krutine prema ispušnom plinu u koraku b) postavljen na više od 1,0 kg, poželjno više od 1,3 kg, krutine po 1 kg plina, poželjno od 1 do 2 kg/kg krutine prema plinu, posebno poželjno od 1,3 do 1,9 kg/kg krutine prema plinu, gdje je kalcinator poželjno kalcinator s uronjenim slojem.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se gruba goriva koja imaju rubnu duljinu od 70 mm ili više, poželjno 100 mm ili više, uvode u kalcinator, koji je poželjno kalcinator sa uronjenim slojem koji ima ne okomiti dio, tako da vrući plinovi struje preko njih u kalcinator.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se pod-struja plina iz komponenti postrojenja koja se nalaze uzvodno u smjeru strujanja materijala, poželjno od ulaza u peć ili nizvodno od kalcinatora, recirkulira na vrh peći radi izgaranja.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što se vrući ispušni zrak iz hladnjaka klinkera uvodi
a) najmanje djelomično u predgrijavanje,
ili
b) najmanje djelomično u sušenje i mljevenje,
ili
c) najmanje djelomično u predgrijavanje i zatim u sušenje i mljevenje,
pri čemu se izbjegava miješanje s ispušnim plinovima iz procesa kalcinacije i pečenja.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što se plin bogat kisikom koji se odvodi iz područja ulaza u peć, nakon što je osiromašen najmanje sumporom i klorom, ponovno cirkulira u sustav peći.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što plin
i) sadrži 75% volumenski ili više kisika, poželjno 85% volumenski ili više, 90% volumenski ili više, 95% volumenski ili više, 98% volumenski ili više ili 99% volumenski ili više,
ili
ii) sadrži 10% volumenski ili manje dušika, poželjno 8% volumenski ili manje, 6% volumenski ili manje, 4% volumenski ili manje, ili ima sadržaj dušika ispod granice detekcije,
ili
iii) sadrži 75% volumenski ili više kisika, poželjno 85% volumenski ili više , 90% volumenski ili više , 95% volumenski ili više , 98% volumenski ili više ili 99% volumenski ili više, te sadrži 10% volumenski ili manje dušika, poželjno 8% volumenski ili manje, 6% volumenski ili manje, 4% volumenski ili manje, ili ima sadržaj dušika ispod granice detekcije.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što se količine uvedenog plina i goriva reguliraju kao funkcija temperature izgaranja i volumenskog protoka plina.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što je uvođenje plina koji sadržava kisik postavljeno tako da je dovedeni kisik dovoljan za potpuno izgaranje na glavnom plameniku i u kalcinatoru.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što se uvođenje plina koji sadrži kisik provodi isključivo na strani uređaja za odvajanje plina koji je postavljen u hladnjaku i neposredno graniči s vrhom peći, gdje je uređaj za odvajanje plina
i) mehanički uređaj za odvajanje plina,
ii) sustav koji se temelji na dobavi brtvenog plina, ili
iii) kombinirani sustav.
