Claims (9)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju trodimenzionalnih predmeta iz sloja praha postupkom veziva u mlazu kroz višestruko ponavljanje sljedećih koraka postupka: a) nanošenje novog sloja praha na površinu sloja praha, i b) selektivno nanošenje veziva i naknadno ili istovremeno stvrdnjavanje navedenog veziva u sloju praha, pri čemu sloj praha sadrži najmanje jednu vrstu čestica, naznačen time što su navedene čestice, u obliku suspenzijskog polimera, praškastih materijala proizvedenih polimerizacijom slobodnih radikala u prisutnosti vode i ima prosječni volumenski srednji promjer čestica (d50) između 30 i 120 µm, te navedene čestice imaju najmanje dvije različite faze, pri čemu je temperatura staklastog prijelaza prve faze, izmjerena pomoću DSC, ispod 40°C, a temperatura staklastog prijelaza druge faze, izmjerena pomoću DSC, je iznad 70°C, pri čemu se DSC mjerenja provode sa brzinama hlađenja/grijanja od 10°C/min ili manje.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je čestica polimerna čestica koja sadrži najmanje jedan inicijator prikladan za stvrdnjavanje veziva ili jedan katalizator ili akcelerator koji ubrzava stvrdnjavanje.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što su čestice PMMA ili MMA kopolimeri dobiveni u obliku suspenzijskog polimera.
4. Postupak prema najmanje jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je prva faza polimerne čestice faza koja ima temperaturu staklastog prijelaza ispod 30°C i najmanje je 60% njezinog masenog udjela proizvedeno od akrilata.
5. Postupak prema najmanje jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što je druga faza polimerne čestice faza koja ima temperaturu staklastog prijelaza iznad 80°C i najmanje je 60% njezinog masenog udjela proizvedeno od MMA.
6. Postupak prema najmanje jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što su dvofazne polimerne čestice proizvedene suspenzijskom polimerizacijom uz uzastopno dodavanje dviju smjesa monomera koje dovode do odgovarajućih faza.
7. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što se druga faza najprije proizvodi polimerizacijom prije nego što se ovoj suspenziji doda smjesa monomera za proizvodnju prve faze.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 6 ili 7, naznačen time što obje monomerne faze sadrže najmanje jedan inicijator, naznačen time što inicijator(i) u drugoj smjesi monomera za proizvodnju prve faze imaju višu temperaturu raspadanja.
9. Postupak prema najmanje jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što je omjer prve faze prema drugoj fazi od 1:9 do 1:1,5.
