Claims (25)
1. Частица поддерживающего тонерного материала для применения в ксерографическом послойном наращивании, содержащая:
полимер поливинилового спирта (PVA); и
смесь добавок, содержащую:
хитозан; и
поливинилпирролидон (PVP),
где количество смеси добавок выбрано так, чтобы обеспечить Tg полимера PVA в пределах от примерно 1°C до примерно 20°C относительно Tg требуемого модельного тонерного материала.
2. Частица поддерживающего тонерного материала по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что количество смеси добавок выбрано так, чтобы обеспечить Tg полимера PVA в пределах от примерно 1°C до примерно 10°С относительно Tg требуемого модельного тонерного материала.
3. Частица поддерживающего тонерного материала по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая тонерные поверхностные добавки.
4. Частица поддерживающего тонерного материала по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что тонерные поверхностные добавки содержат один или более из диоксида кремния, диоксида титана, силиконового масла, агента для регулирования заряда.
5. Ксерографическая тонерная система, содержащая
модельный тонерный материал; и
поддерживающий тонерный материал;
где поддерживающий тонерный материал содержит:
полимер поливинилового спирта (PVA); и
смесь добавок, содержащую:
хитозан; и
поливинилпирролидон (PVP),
где количество смеси добавок выбрано так, чтобы обеспечить Tg полимера PVA в пределах от примерно 1°C до примерно 20°C относительно Tg указанного модельного тонерного материала.
6. Ксерографическая тонерная система по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что количество смеси добавок выбрано так, чтобы обеспечить Tg полимера PVA в пределах от примерно 1°C до примерно 20°С относительно Tg требуемого модельного тонерного материала.
7. Ксерографическая тонерная система по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что модельный материал содержит акрилонитрил-бутадиен-стирол (ABS).
8. Ксерографическая тонерная система по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что ABS имеет Tg от примерно 100 до примерно 130°C.
9. Способ получения поддерживающего тонерного материала, включающий:
смешивание поливинилового спирта со смесью добавок, содержащей хитозан и поливинилпирролидон; и
получение поддерживающих тонерных частиц после стадии смешивания.
10. Способ по п. 9, дополнительно включающий смешивание поверхностных добавок с поддерживающими тонерными частицами.
