Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con el campo técnico de la impresión en 3D, en particular en la forma del proceso de rociado del aglutinante, en el cual, las partículas en un lecho de polvo se unen con adhesivo por medio de un adhesivo impreso, para proporcionar un objeto tridimensional. Las partículas aquí pueden ser materiales inorgánicos, por ejemplo, arena o un polvo de metal, o partículas poliméricas, tales como polimetacrilatos o poliamidas. Para este fin, los polimetacrilatos pueden, a manera de ejemplo, tomar la forma de polímeros en suspensión conocidos como perlas de polímero. En este contexto, la presente invención se relaciona en particular, como polvos para la impresión en 3D, con polímeros en suspensión que difieren de la técnica previa en que pueden comprender una fase dura y una fase blanda no reticulada.
