Claims (13)
1. Postupak izrade trodimenzionalnih predmeta iz praškastog sloja pomoću postupka mlaznog nanošenja vezivnog sredstva višestrukim ponavljanjem koraka postupka a) nanošenje sloja praha na površinu, gdje sloj praha uključuje najmanje dvije različite vrste materijala u česticama, te prvi materijal u česticama ima srednji promjer između 10 i 500 µm, naznačen time što drugi materijal u česticama sadrži koagulirane emulzijske polimere koji imaju srednji sekundarni promjer između 0,5 µm i 80 µm, i b) selektivno primjenjivanje veziva i zatim ili istovremeno podebljavanje ovog veziva u praškastom sloju bubrenjem praha i/ili stvrdnjavanjem.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što koagulirani emulzijski polimeri sadrže raspršivanjem osušeni proizvod emulzijske polimerizacije, time što navedeni emulzijski polimeri imaju srednji primarni promjer između 100 i 800 nm, i time što su raspršivanjem osušeni i koagulirani emulzijski polimeri pomiješani s prvim česticama.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što koagulirani emulzijski polimeri sadrže čestice koje su, kao rezultat taloženja emulzije iz polimerizacije nakon dodavanja prvih čestica u ovu emulziju i naknadne filtracije i sušenja, u potpuno ili djelomično koaguliranom obliku na površini prvih čestica.
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što koagulirani emulzijski polimeri sadrže smrzavanjem osušeni proizvod emulzijske polimerizacije, time što navedeni emulzijski polimeri imaju srednji primarni promjer između 100 i 800 nm, i time što su smrzavanjem osušeni i koagulirani emulzijski polimeri pomiješani s prvim česticama.
5. Postupak prema najmanje jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što prvi materijal u česticama sadrži polimerni materijal u česticama koji sadrži inicijator pogodan za stvrdnjavanje veziva ili katalizator ili akcelerator koji ubrzava stvrdnjavanje.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što polimerni materijal u česticama sadrži PMMA suspenzijski polimer koji ima srednji promjer između 30 i 120 µm.
7. Postupak prema najmanje jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što su druge čestice emulzijski polimeri na bazi akrilata koji imaju temperaturu staklenog prijelaza, izmjereno pomoću sredstava za DSC, od najmanje 20°C i poželjno najmanje 40°C ispod temperature staklenog prijelaza prvog materijala u česticama određeno pomoću sredstava za DSC.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što se taloženje pospješuje dodavanjem odgovarajućih sredstava za koagulaciju i/ili promjenu pH emulzije.
9. Postupak prema najmanje jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što drugi materijal u česticama sadrži inicijator pogodan za stvrdnjavanje veziva ili katalizator ili akcelerator koji ubrzava stvrdnjavanje.
10. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što sekundarni promjer koaguliranih emulzijskih polimera ima srednji promjer između 1 i 5 µm.
11. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 2 ili 4, naznačen time što sekundarni promjer koaguliranih emulzijskih polimera ima srednji promjer između 20 i 80 µm.
12. Postupak prema najmanje jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što maseni omjer emulzijskog polimera prema suspenzijskom polimeru iznosi između 0,1:9,9 i 2:8.
13. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačen time što maseni omjer emulzijskog polimera prema suspenzijskom polimeru iznosi između 0,2: 9,8 i 1: 9.
