Claims (12)
1. Uređaj (10) za postavljanje fleksibilnog implantata (19) u sub-retinalni prostor, navedeni uređaj sadrži:
distalni kraj koji ima distalni vrh (13); i
proksimalni kraj, pri čemu:
navedeni distalni kraj sadrži otvor (16) za prihvaćanje umetnutog fleksibilnog implantata (19) i konstruiran je i postavljen tako da uzrokuje savijanje navedenog implantata (19) u zakrivljenu konfiguraciju kada je u nošenom položaju i da postavlja savijeni implantat (19) iz navedenog otvora (16) u sub-retinalni prostor;
pri čemu uzdužna os navedenog proksimalnog kraja i uzdužna os navedenog distalnog kraja tvore kut između 20° i 70°;
navedeni proksimalni kraj sadrži aktuator (12) spojen na fleksibilni poticajni element (17), koji kada se aktivira, uzrokuje da navedeni fleksibilni poticajni element (17) potakne navedeni savijeni implantat (19) iz navedenog nošenog položaja u raspoređeni položaj preko distalnog kraja;
naznačen time što je navedeni aktuator kotač (12) koji se može rotirati prema ili od distalnog vrha (13), pri čemu rotacijsko kretanje navedenog kotača (12) uzrokuje linearno pomicanje navedenog implantata (19);
pri čemu je proksimalni kraj navedenog fleksibilnog poticajnog elementa (17) pričvršćen na kotač (12); i
pri čemu rotacijsko kretanje navedenog kotača (12) namotava ili odmotava navedeni fleksibilni poticajni element (17) oko navedenog kotača (12).
2. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je navedeni otvor (16) nagnut od ravnine okomite na smjer umetanja i/ili postavljanja implantata (19).
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je navedeni fleksibilni poticajni element (17) izduljen u uzdužnom smjeru.
4. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je navedeni fleksibilni poticajni element (17) žica ili namotana žica.
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1, 3 ili 4, naznačen time što navedeni distalni kraj sadrži sredstvo za vođenje (18) postavljeno da vodi navedeni fleksibilni poticajni element (17).
6. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što je navedeno sredstvo za vođenje (18) utor koji se proteže duž barem dijela unutarnje stijenke distalnog kraja uređaja.
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni distalni kraj sadrži zakrivljene stijenke (15).
8. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što su navedene zakrivljene stijenke (15) zakrivljene u ravnini okomitoj na uzdužnu os distalnog kraja.
9. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što, kada je navedeni implantat (19) u navedenom nošenom položaju ili kada se navedeni implantat (19) potakne iz navedenog nošenog položaja u postavljeni položaj, navedene zakrivljene stijenke (15) ograničavaju kretanje navedenog implantata (19) u smjeru općenito poprečnom na smjer u kojem je navedeni implantat (19) postavljen.
10. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se distalni vrh (13) može uklonjivo pričvrstiti na proksimalni kraj.
11. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što proksimalni kraj sadrži ručku (11).
12. Kombinacija implantata umetnutog u uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačena time što implantat (19) sadrži ne-biorazgradivu i poroznu membranu i sloj stanica na membrani.
