Claims (14)

1. Mikročestica imobilizirana na čvrstoj podlozi, naznačena time, što je navedena mikročestica kovalentno prikačena još i za: (i) domenu liganda preko prvog linkera; i (ii) domenu nukleinske kiseline preko drugog linkera; pri čemu je navedena domena nukleinske kiseline kodirajuća oznaka koja identificira navedenu domenu liganda; pri čemu je navedeni drugi linker cjepljiv i navedeni prvi linker nije cjepljiv pod uvjetima pod kojima je navedeni drugi linker cjepljiv; i navedeni prvi linker uključuje -C(O)NH- ili -NHC(O)-, i navedeni drugi linker uključuje -C(O)O- ili -OC(O)-.
2. Mikročestica iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, naznačena time, što je navedena mikročestica mikroperlica, funkcionalizirana mikroperlica, magnetna mikroperlica, metalna mikroperlica, mikroperlica od silicij-dioksida, polimerna mikroperlica, dendrimer ili granati polimer.
