Claims (14)
1. Mikročestica imobilizirana na čvrstoj podlozi, naznačena time, što je navedena mikročestica kovalentno prikačena još i za:
(i) domenu liganda preko prvog linkera; i
(ii) domenu nukleinske kiseline preko drugog linkera;
pri čemu je navedena domena nukleinske kiseline kodirajuća oznaka koja identificira navedenu domenu liganda;
pri čemu je navedeni drugi linker cjepljiv i navedeni prvi linker nije cjepljiv pod uvjetima pod kojima je navedeni drugi linker cjepljiv; i navedeni prvi linker uključuje -C(O)NH- ili -NHC(O)-, i navedeni drugi linker uključuje -C(O)O- ili -OC(O)-.
2. Mikročestica iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, naznačena time, što je navedena mikročestica mikroperlica, funkcionalizirana mikroperlica, magnetna mikroperlica, metalna mikroperlica, mikroperlica od silicij-dioksida, polimerna mikroperlica, dendrimer ili granati polimer.
3. Mikročestica iz patentnog zahtjeva 1 ili patentnog zahtjeva 2, naznačena time, što je navedena domena liganda mala molekula.
4. Mikročestica iz patentnog zahtjeva 1 ili patentnog zahtjeva 2, naznačena time, što je navedena domena liganda peptid ili protein.

7. Mikročestica iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačena time, što je navedena domena nukleinske kiseline vezana za komplementarnu sekvencu nukleinske kiseline, pri čemu navedena sekvenca nukleinske kiseline uključuje komponentu koja se može detektirati.
8. Mikročestica iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačena time, što se navedena domena liganda veže sa vezivom liganda.
9. Čvrsta podloga, naznačena time, što uključuje veliki broj bunarčića, pri čemu svaki od navedenog velikog broja bunarčića uključuje imobiliziranu mikročesticu, pri čemu je navedena mikročestica kovalentno prikačena za:
(i) domenu liganda preko prvog linkera; i
(ii) domenu nukleinske kiseline preko drugog linkera;
pri čemu je navedena domena nukleinske kiseline kodirajuća oznaka koja identificira navedenu domenu liganda;
pri čemu je navedeni drugi linker cjepljiv i navedeni prvi linker nije cjepljiv pod uvjetima pod kojima je navedeni drugi linker cjepljiv; i navedeni prvi linker uključuje -C(O)NH- ili -NHC(O)-, i navedeni drugi linker uključuje -C(O)O- ili -OC(O)-;
i
pri čemu se navedena domena liganda može vezati za vezivo liganda koje se bira između proteina, mješavine proteina, male molekule, mješavine malih molekula, elementa, mješavine elemenata, sintetskog polimera, mješavine sintetskih polimera, ili staničnog lizata.
