Claims (10)

1. Uređaj (10) za kontroliranje temperature radnih predmeta (14), posebice karoserija vozila, s a) tunelom za kontroliranje temperature (12), b) prostorom za vožnju (26), c) međupodom (18), smještenim između tunela za kontroliranje temperature (12) i prostora za vožnju (26), koji sadrži priključni prolaz (30), i d) uređajem za prijenos (20) za pomicanje radnih predmeta (14) u tunelu za kontroliranje temperature (12), e) pri čemu uređaj za prijenos (20) obuhvaća barem jedna prijenosna kolica s podvozjem (24) i nosačem radnog predmeta (16) za uzimanje radnih predmeta (14) čija se temperatura treba kontrolirati, pri je čemu podvozje (24) smješteno u prostoru za vožnju (26) i povezano putem spojnice (28), koja strši kroz priključni prolaz (30) međupoda (18), s nosačem radnog predmeta (16) postavljenim u tunelu za kontroliranje temperature (12) naznačen time što f) je međupod (18) barem mjestimice opremljen s aktivnim hlađenjem i/ili grijanjem (40; 50), za kontroliranje temperature prostora za vožnju (26).
2. Uređaj za kontroliranje temperature radnih predmeta prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu aktivno hlađenje i/ili grijanje obuhvaća šuplju prostoriju (40), koja je smještena u međupodu (18) i uređena kako bi kroz nju teklo sredstvo za hlađenje ili za grijanje.
3. Uređaj za kontroliranje temperature radnih predmeta prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, pri čemu aktivno hlađenje i/ili grijanje obuhvaća više šupljih prostorija (40), koje su smještene u međupodu (18).
4. Uređaj za kontroliranje temperature radnih predmeta prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, pri čemu više šupljih prostorija (40) sadrži različite protočne presjeke.
5. Uređaj za kontroliranje temperature radnih predmeta prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu aktivno hlađenje i/ili grijanje obuhvaća Peltierov element (50) odnosno grijaći element.
6. Uređaj za kontroliranje temperature radnih predmeta prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu međupod (18) sadrži prostor za sakupljanje (39) , posebice žlijeb za sakupljanje, u kojem se može sakupljati kondenzat iz zraka tunela za kontroliranje temperature (12).
7. Uređaj za kontroliranje temperature radnih predmeta prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu međupod (18) sadrži izolacijski sloj (44).
8. Uređaj za kontroliranje temperature radnih predmeta prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je aktivno hlađenje i/ili grijanje (40; 50) namješteno kako bi različito jako kontroliralo temperaturu uzduž smjera prijenosa uređaja za prijenos (20).
9. Uređaj za kontroliranje temperature radnih predmeta prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je aktivno hlađenje i/ili grijanje (40; 50) dimenzionirano na način da, kod predviđenih temperatura tunela za sušenje (12), temperature elemenata podvozja (24) osjetljivih na toplinu mogu u prostoru za vožnju (26) biti ograničene u jednom području od najviše 60°C odnosno najmanje 0°C, posebice najviše 40°C odnosno najmanje 20°C.
10. Postupak za kontroliranje temperature radnih predmeta (14), posebice karoserija vozila, sa sljedećim koracima: a) opremanje uređaja (10) za kontroliranje temperature radnih predmeta (14) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva; b) kontroliranje temperature radnih predmeta (14), pri čemu se međupod aktivno hladi ili zagrijava.
