Claims (16)
1. Postupak za pečenje keramičkih neobrađenih komada (25), posebno cigli, u peći i putem upravljanja većeg broja neobrađenih oblika raspoređenih u vodilicama koje se protežu paralelno jedna uz drugu po dužini uzdužnog odjela ložišta (1) koji ima zonu žarenja (7) u kojoj se neobrađeni komadi (25) zagrijavaju, te vodilice (2, 3) raspoređene jedna uz drugu, koje se pomiču se u suprotnim smjerovima (A, B) i peć se puni s neobrađenim komadima (25) za pomicanje u prvom smjeru (A) na prvom kraju (10) od odjela ložišta, a neobrađeni komadi (25) koji se pomiču u drugom, suprotnom smjeru (B), pune se na drugom kraju (9) od odjela ložišta (1), koji je nasuprot prvom kraju (10) u odnosu na zonu žarenja (7), te se svaki neobrađeni komad (25) pomiče kroz zonu žarenja (7) bez povratnog smjera i svaki se istovari iz odjela ložišta na suprotnom kraju (9, 10) od kraja na kojem se natovario, naznačen time, da se neobrađeni komadi (25) zagrijavaju u zonama isijavanja (11), koje su spojene uzduž odjela ložišta (1) na obje strane zone žarenja (7) i posebno su dužine od nekoliko vozila za pečenje (4), dok su ti neobrađeni komadi (25) u vodilici koja je još uvijek iznad toka struje od zone žarenja (7), a zagrijavaju se isijavanjem od neobrađenih komada (25) koji već napuštaju zonu žarenja (7) u susjednoj vodilici za peć, koja se pomiče u suprotnom smjeru, dok se vodilica za peć, koja se pomiče u jednom smjeru, ograničava s obje strane vodilica za peć pomičnih u suprotnom smjeru.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se neobrađeni komadi (25) zagrijavaju u zoni žarenja (7) pomoću barem jednog grijaćeg elementa (8) raspoređenog u uzdužnom kanalu između vodilica (2, 3).
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da se neobrađeni komadi (25) zagrijavaju u zoni žarenja (7) pomoću barem jednog grijaćeg elementa (8) raspoređenog izravno iznad uzdužnih kanala.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se zagrijavanje provodi bez dovođenja hladnog zraka uzduž odjela ložišta (1) kroz zonu žarenja (7).
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da zrak cirkulira poprečno na uzdužni smjer odjela ložišta (1) u cirkulacijskim zonama (12) na oba kraja zone žarenja (7).
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time, da se zrak za križnu cirkulaciju dobiva putem ventilatora (13) koji je položen iznad ili sa strane od vodilica (2, 3) i usmjeren je posebno iznad međuprostora u stropu (19) u peći u poprečnom smjeru kako bi se, ako se gleda u uzdužnom smjeru odjela ložišta, zrak usmjeravao prema dolje s bočnih strana vanjskog dijela vodilica za peć i kako bi strujao prema unutra kroz neobrađene komade (25).
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5 ili zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da je omjer protoka plinovite mase koja poprečno cirkulira prema protoku plinovite mase koja cirkulira u uzdužnom smjeru odjela ložišta, veći od 10.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 7, naznačen time, da je krivulja žarenja promjenjiva putem varijacija u brzini poprečno cirkulirajućeg zraka.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se dodaje kisik uzduž odjela ložišta (1) za podupiranje promjene organskog materijala u neobrađeni komad u rasponu temperature od < 700°C.
10. Peć za pečenje keramičkih neobrađenih komada (25), posebno cigli, i poželjno za provođenje postupka prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje peć obuhvaća veći broj vodilica (2, 3) koje sadrže veći broj vozila za pečenje (4) pomičnih međusobno paralelno i po dužini uzdužnog odjela ložišta (1), gdje se neobrađeni komadi (25) trebaju raspoređivati na tim vodilicama, pri čemu odjel ložišta (1) ima zonu žarenja (7) za zagrijavanje neobrađenih komada (25) te vodilice (2, 3) smještene jedna uz drugu za pomicanje u suprotnim smjerovima (A, B), te se peć puni neobrađenim komadima (25) za pomicanje u prvom smjeru (A) na prvom kraju (10) od odjela ložišta (1) za punjenje peći, a peć se formira na drugom kraju (9) odjela ložišta (1), koji je nasuprot prvom kraju (10) i zoni žarenja (7) u odnosu na odjel ložišta za tovarenje s neobrađenim komadima (25) koji se trebaju pomicati u suprotnom drugom smjeru (B), a svaki se neobrađeni komad (25) pomiče kroz zonu žarenja (7) bez povratnog smjera i svaki se može premjestiti iz odjela ložišta na suprotnom kraju od kraja na kojem se natovario, naznačena time, da su raspoređene dvije zone isijavanja (11) između krajeva (10, 9) od odjela ložišta (1) suprotno od zone žarenja (7), gdje se vodilica za peć, koja se može pomicati u jednom smjeru, ograničava na obje strane pomoću vodilica za peć koje se mogu pomicati u suprotnom smjeru.
11. Peć prema zahtjevu 10, naznačena time, da su u njoj raspoređene dvije cirkulacijske zone (12) između nasuprotnih krajeva (10, 9) od odjela ložišta (1) u odnosu na zonu žarenja.
12. Peć prema zahtjevu 11, naznačena time, da je najmanje jedan ventilator (13) smješten u cirkulacijskim zonama (12) za križnu cirkulaciju plina u njima.
13. Peć prema zahtjevu 11 ili zahtjevu 12, naznačena time, da barem jedna od cirkulacijskih zona ima najmanje jednu separatnu stijenku (19) pomoću koje se barem jedan cirkulacijski kanal (22) razdvaja od glavnog tunela (24) odjela ložišta (1).
14. Peć prema zahtjevu 13, naznačena time, da se veći broj cirkulacijskih kanala (22) proteže poprečno na uzdužni smjer odjela ložišta i konstrukcijski su međusobno odvojeni.
15. Peć prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 11 do 14, koja sadrži veći broj ventilatora, naznačena time, da su navedeni ventilatori (13) tako raspoređeni, da su međusobno neovisni i razdvojeni uzduž odjela ložišta (1).
16. Peć prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 do 15, naznačena time, da su uređaji za utovarivanje i istovarivanje (31) raspoređeni na svakom od dva kraja (10, 9) od odjela ložišta (1), te svaki poželjno može premjestiti veći broj vozila za peć i to bočno u odnosu na odjel ložišta pomoću prijenosne platforme (32).
