Abstract
Μέθοδος για την καύση κεραμικών μορφοποιήσεων (25), ιδιαίτερα τούβλων, σε έναν κλίβανο, όπου μέσω οδήγησης μιας πλειάδας αυτών σε οχήματα, τα οποία διέρχονται παράλληλα μεταξύ τους και στα οποία βρίσκονται οι μορφοποιήσεις, και κινούνται κατά μήκος μιας διαμήκους διαδρομής κλιβάνου (1) με μία ζώνη καύσης (7), στην οποία λαμβάνει χώρα μία θέρμανση των μορφοποιήσεων (25), όπου τα οχήματα, τα οποία βρίσκονται τοποθετημένα το ένα δίπλα στο άλλο (2,3) διέρχονται σε αντίθετες κατευθύνσεις (Α,Β), και όπου η εναπόθεση στον κλίβανο λαμβάνει χώρα με μετακινούμενες μορφοποιήσεις (25), οι οποίες κινούνται σε μία αρχική κατεύθυνση (Α), σε μία αρχική πλευρά (10) της διαδρομής του κλιβάνου (1), όπου σε μία δεύτερη πλευρά (9) της διαδρομής του κλιβάνου (1), η οποία βρίσκεται απέναντι από την αρχική πλευρά (10), σχετικά με τη ζώνη καύσης (7), ακολουθεί μία εναπόθεση των μορφοποιήσεων (25), οι οποίες μετακινούνται στη δεύτερη κατεύθυνση (Β), όπου οι μορφοποιήσεις (25) μετακινούνται αντίστοιχα εν μέσω της ζώνης καύσης (7) χωρίς να επιστρέφουν σε αντίθετη κατεύθυνση και όπου αντίστοιχα σε σχέση με το άκρο τους (9,10), το οποίο βρίσκεται έναντι της μορφοποίησης τους, αφαιρούνται μέσω αυτού από τη διαδρομή του κλιβάνου. Περαιτέρω η εφεύρεση αφορά ένα κλίβανο για την καύση κεραμικών μορφοποιήσεων (25), ιδιαίτερα τούβλων, και κατά προτίμηση για την διεκπεραίωση μιας προαναφερθείσας μεθόδου.
