Abstract

Κάμινος για την πυροσυσσωμάτωση κεραμικών ακατέργαστων προϊόντων 25, ιδιαίτερα τούβλων, με ένα πλήθος συρμών οι οποίοι μπορούν να κινούνται παράλληλα ο ένας ως προς τον άλλο και κατά μήκος μιας διαμήκως εκτεινόμενης διαδρομής καμίνου 1 και οι οποίοι περιλαμβάνουν έκαστος ένα πλήθος βαγονιών 4, πάνω στα οποία προορίζονται να διαταχθούν τα ακατέργαστα προϊόντα 25, όπου η διαδρομή της καμίνου 1 έχει μία ζώνη πυροσυσσωμάτωσης 7 για τη θέρμανση των ακατέργαστων προϊόντων 25 και όπου συρμοί 2, 3 διατεταγμένοι ο ένας δίπλα στον άλλον μπορούν να κινούνται σε αντίθετες κατευθύνσεις Α, Β και η κάμινος έχει σχεδιαστεί σε μία πρώτη πλευρά 10 της διαδρομής της καμίνου 1 για την παροχή στην κάμινο ακατέργαστων προϊόντων 25 που πρόκειται να κινηθούν προς μία πρώτη κατεύθυνση Α, και η κάμινος έχει σχεδιαστεί σε μία δεύτερη πλευρά 9 της διαδρομής της καμίνου αντίθετη προς την πρώτη πλευρά 10 σε σχέση με τη ζώνη πυροσυσσωμάτωσης 7, για την παροχή ακατέργαστων προϊόντων 25 που πρόκειται να κινηθούν προς την αντίθετη, δεύτερη κατεύθυνση Β, τα βαγόνια της καμίνου 4 μπορούν να κινούνται διαμέσου της ζώνης πυροσυσσωμάτωσης 7 σε κάθε περίπτωση χωρίς αναστροφή της κατεύθυνσης και τα ακατέργαστα προϊόντα 25 διατεταγμένων ο ένας δίπλα στον άλλο συρμών, τα οποία ακατέργαστα προϊόντα προορίζονται να διαταχθούν πάνω στα βαγόνια της καμίνου κατά τη λειτουργία, ορίζουν ένα διάμηκες κανάλι 32 που βρίσκεται μεταξύ των ακατέργαστων προϊόντων 25, όπου στη ζώνη πυροσυσσωμάτωσης 7 ένα πλήθος στοιχείων πυροσυσσωμάτωσης ή θέρμανσης 8 είναι διατεταγμένα σε διαφορετικά ύψη μέσα σε τουλάχιστον ένα διάμηκες κανάλι 32 κατά τέτοιον τρόπο, ώστε η παροχή της ενέργειας στη ζώνη πυροσυσσωμάτωσης 7 να λαμβάνει χώρα σε διαφορετικά ύψη.
