Abstract

Mevcut buluş kalıplanmış seramik parçaları, bilhassa tuğlaları pişirmek üzere bir fırına ilişkin olup, boylamasına uzanan bir fırın hattı boyunca birbirine paralel olarak hareket eden birçok tren içerir, bunların her biri, üzerinde kalıplanmış parçaların yer alacağı birçok fırın vagonu içerir. Burada fırın hattı kalıplanmış parçaları ısıtmak için bir pişirme alanı içerir ve yan yana yer alan trenler zıt yönlerde A ve B hareket edebilirler. Fırın, fırın hattının birinci bir tarafında fırını birinci bir yönde A hareket edecek kalıplanmış parçalarla dolduran yapıdadır. Fırın, fırın hattının birinci tarafına ve pişirme alanına göre karşıt yer alan ikinci bir tarafında fırını karşıt ikinci bir yönde B hareket edecek kalıplanmış parçalarla dolduran yapıdadır. Fırın vagonlarının her biri yön değiştirme olmaksızın pişirme alanı içinden geçirilebilir. Çalışma sırasında yan yana yer alan trenlerin fırın vagonları üzerinde yer alacak kalıplanmış parçalar, kalıplanmış parçalar arasında bulunan boylamasına bir koridoru tanımlarlar.
