Abstract
Αντιδραστήρας για ενζυματική υδρόλυση πρώτης ύλης που περιλαμβάνει διαδοχικά: i) -έναν πρώτο εναλλάκτη θερμότητας (ΗΕΧ1) προσαρμοσμένο να θερμαίνει την πρώτη ύλη η οποία παρέχεται στον αντιδραστήρα σε μία θερμοκρασία εντός μιας περιοχής η οποία ευνοεί την ενζυματικη υδρόλυση, ii) -έναν αντιδραστήρα ο οποίος περιλαμβάνει ένα πλήθος εν σειρά συνδεδεμένων θαλάμων αντιδραστήρα (R1-R6) οι οποίοι χωρίζονται μέσω βαλβίδων που μπορούν να κλείνουν (V1-V6), iii) -έναν δεύτερο εναλλάκτη θερμότητας (ΗΕΧ2) προσαρμοσμένο να θερμαίνει το μίγμα αντίδρασης σε μία θερμοκρασία υψηλότερη από την περιοχή θερμοκρασίας που ευνοεί την ενζυματικη υδρόλυση, όπου ο αντιδραστήρας σχηματίζεται με υπό κλίση σωληνοειδείς θαλάμους αντιδραστήρα (R1-R6) συναρμολογημένους ώστε να σχηματίζουν έναν αντιδραστήρα με κατακόρυφο άξονα, όπου ο πρώτος θάλαμος αντιδραστήρα (R1) είναι ο κατακόρυφα ανώτατος θάλαμος του αντιδραστήρα ενώ τουλάχιστον ένας θάλαμος αντιδραστήρα είναι προσαρμοσμένος ώστε να αναδεύεται με ένα μέσω αυτού ρέον αδρανές αέριο.
