Abstract

Представлены способ и установка для получения мочевины, которые могут повышать степень конверсии в мочевину и сокращать расход пара. Температура реактора повышается введением всего количества аммиака как сырьевого материала и введением части газообразного продукта разложения из отпарной колонны в реактор. Аммиак как сырьевой материал предпочтительно нагревается с использованием конденсата пара, генерированного в стадии очистки, и/или пара, генерированного теплотой конденсации газообразного продукта разложения и непрореагировавших веществ на стадии конденсации. Температура нагревания предпочтительно составляет между 70 и 140°C.
