Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase pressure resistance of a vessel and to improve its sealing performance by pushing bonding agent into between materials to be bonded and by bonding them due to plastic fluidity.
CONSTITUTION: A concave part is equipped between the external circumference of a cylindrical tube 1 and the internal circumference of the groove of a cylinder cover 2. Insert a circular bonding agent 7 into the clearance part and press the agent 7, where the bonding agent has nearly the same shape as the clearance part excepting the concave parts. The bonding agent 7 flows fully into the concave parts due to plastic deformation, the expanding action and shearing force of the bonding agent 7 expands firmly the whole bonding surface containing the concave parts and the bonding agent 7 is filled up fully in the whole clearance part. The cylindrical tube 1 and the cylinder cover 2 are bonded tightly under a cold state.
