Claims (5)
1. Građevinska konstrukcija izrađena od prefabriciranih monolitnih zidova i međukatnih ploča, pri čemu se međukatne ploče sastoje od bloka ekspandiranog polistirena koji je izrezanog CNC strojem sa užarenom žicom kako bi se formirao element od stiropora (1) koji ima tri uzdužna kanala ( 2) i tri poprečna kanala (3), a na krajevima se nalazi isti poprečni kanal (3) samo podijeljen na dva dijela, pri čemu su uzdužni kanali (2) konusni u svom donjem dijelu uz dno kanala s dvije prve donje suprotne strane (4) postavljene tako da tvori oštar kut od 65° u odnosu na dno (5) uzdužnog kanala, pri čemu središnji dio uzdužnog kanala (2) ima dvije okomite suprotne strane (6) od koje se nastavljaju dvije prve gornje suprotne stranice (7) nagnute prema uzdužnom kanalu (2) do gornje kote i definiraju veliko područje (8) i manje područje (9) između uzdužnih kanala (2) i poprečnih kanala (3), pri čemu poprečni kanali (3) se sijeku s uzdužnim kanalima (2) i imaju dno (10) čija je visina jednaka visini dna (5) uzdužnog kanala (2), pri čemu su poprečni kanali (3) između uzdužnih kanala (2) također konusni u svom donjem dijelu uz njegovo dno (10) pri čemu su druge donje suprotne strane (11) pod oštrim kutom od 65° u odnosu na dno (10) poprečnog kanala, pri čemu središnji dio poprečnog kanala (3) ima dvije okomite suprotne strane (12) s kojih se nastavljaju dvije druge gornje suprotne strane (13) nagnute prema poprečnom kanalu do gornje kote i do većeg područja (8) i na manjeg područja (9) između uzdužnih kanala (2) i poprečnih kanala (3), pri čemu poprečni kanali (3) na svojim krajevima imaju tanke i 5 cm visoke okomite stijenke (14,15) koje sprječavaju istjecanje betona da u prvoj fazi punjenja oblikovanog stiropora (1) betonom, pri čemu oblikovani stiroporni element (1) ima potpuno donju ravnu površinu (16) i minimalnu debljinu od 5 cm na najtanjem dijelu gdje se nalaze uzdužni kanali (2) i poprečni kanali (3), tako da u smjeru uzdužnih kanala (2) na vanjskim stranama oblikovanog stiropora (1), se nalaze vertikalne površine (17) koje su postavljene između poprečnih kanala (3).
2. Građevinska konstrukcija sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, da se unutar uzdužnih kanala (2) pored njenog dna (5) između nagnutih prvih donjih nasuprotnih strana (4) nalazi metalni odstojnici i držači za armaturu (18) od čeličnog lima debljine 1,5 mm koji na suprotnim stranama ima donje plohe (19) naslonjene na dno (5) uzdužnog kanala (3), pri čemu dijelovi donjih površina (19) odstojnika i držača armature (18) se savijaju pod tupim kutom od 115° u odnosu na donju površinu (19) da tvore dvije suprotne nagnute unutrašnje površine (20) koje su međusobno povezane ravnim spojnim dijelom (21) lima koji na svom središnjem dijelu, a između nasuprotnih nagnutih unutrašnjih površina (20), ima obrađeno udubljenje (22) koji povećava krutost lima (21), pri čemu su daljnji dijelovi donjih površina (19) odstojnika i držača armature (18) nagnuti pod oštrim kutom od 65° da tvore dvije suprotno postavljene nagnute vanjske strane (23) koje prate nagib (4) uzdužnog kanala (2) unutar kojeg je postavljen odstojnik i držač armature (18), pri čemu se nagnute nasuprotne vanjske strane (23) nastavljaju u vodoravne površine (24) koje se dijele na jednu ravnu gornju vodoravnu površinu (25) i jedan vertikalni doljni dio (26), pri čemu se u odstojnike i držače armature (18) umeće armaturna čelična rešetka (27) koja je pojačana i vrši pritisak na suprotne dijelove (26) odstojnika i držača armature (18) koji pomoću ravnih vodoravnih površina (25) i nagnutih dijelova (26) sprečavaju klizanje armaturne čelične rešetke (27), pri čemu se na ravni spojni dio (21) odstojnika i držača armature (18) postavlja dodatna armatura (28) u obliku ravnih čeličnih šipki.
3. Građevinska konstrukcija sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačena time, da se sastoji od 1 m široke polumontažne međukatne trokanalne grede (30) koje su postavljene jedna do druge na nosače s čeličnim gredama (31), pri čemu se polumontažna međukatna trokanalna greda (30) sastoji od niza navedenih oblikovanih elemenata od stiropora (1) raspoređenih jedan iza drugoga pri čemu uzdužni kanali (2) odgovaraju tako da tvore uzdužni kanal čija dužina, kada je potrebno, može biti veća i nakon što su u njega postavljeni držači armature (18) koji drže armaturne čelične rešetke (27) i, po potrebi, dodatnu armaturu (28) u obliku ravnih čeličnih šipki, pri čemu svaka trokanalna greda (30) ima tri uzdužna kanala (2) i poprečne kanale (3) na aksijalnom razmaku od 50 cm, pri čemu je unutar poprečnih kanala (3) postavljena poprečna armatura (29) cijelom širinom trokanalne grede (30), pri čemu se uzdužni kanali (2) ) i poprečni kanali (3) ispune betonom do visine tako da se poprečna čelična šipka (29) obloži betonom u sloju debljine 5 mm, što daje, kada beton postane čvrst u poprečnim kanalima (3) i uzdužni kanali (2), potpuno mobilnu i prijenosnu polumontažnu međukatnu trokanalnu gredu širine 1 m (30) i dužine koja varira ovisno o zahtjevima građevinske konstrukcije, pri čemu nakon raspoređivanja trokanalnih greda (30), jedne do druge, preko njih se postavlja dodatna armaturna čelična mreža (32), nakon čega se sve betonira betonom i podužni kanali (2) i poprečni kanali (3) a nakon toga i sloj betona debljina 5 do 6 cm po cijeloj površini, tako da se prilikom učvršćivanja betona tvori monolitna kasetirana armiranobetonska ploča (37) s oblikovanim stiropornim elementima (1).
4. Građevinska konstrukcija sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 2 ili 3, naznačena time, da su navedeni oblikovani stiropornim elementima (1) postavljeni uzdužno, jedan iza drugog, ali i poprečno jedan do drugog, najmanje dva ili više, tvoreći tako prijenosnu montažnu monolitnu kasetiranu ploču (33) koja se svojim rubovima naslanja na podupirače s zaštitnom gredom (31) uz zidove, pri čemu se gotova monolitna kasetirana ploča (33) sastoji od uzdužne potporne čelične rešetke ( 27) i dodatne armaturne čelične šipke (28) na odstojnicima i držačima armature (18), pri čemu je u poprečnim kanalima (3) postavljena donja čelična šipka (34) ispod armaturnih čeličnih rešetki (27) i gornja čelična šipka (35) postavlja se na armaturne čelične rešetke (27) okomito, pri čemu se krajevi donje i gornje čelične šipke (34, 35) naginju i preklapaju u prostoru izvan oblikovanih elemenata od stiropora (1), pri čemu izrađena montažno monolitna kasetirana ploča (33) je betonirana do tri četvrtine visine uzdužnih kanala (2) i poprečnih kanala (3), pri čemu se pri montaži na gradilištu u izgradnji postavlja dodatna armaturna mreža (32), po cijeloj površini montažno monolitne kasetirane ploče (33), preko vodoravne serklaža na zidovima i preko dodatne armature (36) u spojnom rebru između dvije ploče, pri čemu se vrši betoniranje preostalih dijelova uzdužnih kanala (2) i poprečnih kanala (3) za stvaranje betonske ploče debljine od 5 do 6 cm preko prefabricirane montažno monolitne kasetirane ploče (33), čime se dobije gotova kasetirana armiranobetonska ploča (37) s oblikovanim elementima od stiropora (1).
5. Građevinska konstrukcija sukladno patentnim zahtjevima 1, 2, 3 i 4, naznačena time, da se sastoji od izolacijskih građevinskih blokova (38) od lakog betona, od kojih svaki ima dvije debele uzdužne okomite prizmatične stijenke (39) i tri poprečna niža zida (40, 41, 42), pri čemu prvi poprečni zid (40) ima udubljenje u koje ulazi zub slijedećeg zidanog bloka izolacijske oplate, pri čemu treći poprečni okomiti zid (41), koji je završni, ima zub koji ulazi u udubljenje prvog poprečnog zida (40) susjednog bloka i pri čemu je središnji poprečni okomiti zid (42) dvostruko deblji od završnih, tako da pri izgradnji zidova tvori odgovarajuće vertikalne šupljine (43) od blokova, pri čemu su poprečni zidovi (40, 41, 42) za 25% niži od visine uzdužnih zidova (39) tako da se u uzdužnom smjeru blokova tvori vodoravni kanal (44) koji je ojačan vodoravnim čeličnim šipkama (45) postavljenim u te kanale, pri čemu kod izrade, blokovi tvore zidni montažni panel (46), pri čemu je unutar svake druge okomite šupljine (43) postavljena okomita armatura (47) u obliku šipki u obliku slova "U" kao sidro za hvatanje montažnog zida na objektu u izgradnji, pri čemu se unutar vertikalnih šupljina (43) zidne ploče bez pojačanja (47) postavlja fleksibilno vodootporno platneno crijevo (48) gumirano iznutra i na svom gornjem dijelu prilijepljeno na metalni pravokutni vijak ventilska ploča koja se može spojiti na crijevo sa zrakom, dok na donjem dijelu fleksibilno vodootporno platneno crijevo (48) ima čeličnu kuglicu, čija je težina 0,5 kg, kako bi se olakšao ulazak u okomitu šupljinu ( 43), pri čemu su blokovi (38) za izgradnju zidnog panela (46) obloženi betonom u svakoj drugoj okomitoj šupljini (43) pri čemu je također postavljena okomita armatura (47), tako da se nakon ugradnje i ojačanja betona dobije montažno zidno platno (46) koje se podiže na građevinsku konstrukciju na gradilištu, gdje se vrši monolitizacija na način da se u okomite šupljine (43) neispunjene betonom postavlja nova okomita armatura (49), pri čemu se neispunjene šupljine ispunjavaju betonom, čime se monolitizira zidno armiranobetonsko platno (46) s nosećom konstrukcijom od betona i armaturom (50), koja se nalazi unutar izolacijskih blokova oplate (38).
