Abstract

Invention herewith described refers to the engineering structure made of the prefabricated monolithic walls and floor plates and solves the problem of constructing the load-bearing prefabricated monolithic masonry wall panels (46) with the formwork insulating masonry blocks (38) from the lightweight concrete having the role of the formwork, thermal and sound insulation, the fire protection, within which, thanks to the design, it is possible to reinforce and to concrete, getting the load carrying structure (50) with the close-placed vertical and horizontal tie beams which provide the outstanding bearing role, especially in the case of the earthquake.Using CNC machines for cutting expanded polystyrene blocks there are formed the elements (1) with the made longitudinal channels (2) and lateral channels (3) within which into the distancers and the reinforcement fasteners (18) there are set the latticed steel reinforcement (27) and the reinforcement in the shape of a bar (28), as well as the transverse reinforcement, followed by the concreting in the thickness of up to 6 cm to get portable and mobile floor small beams (30) which are piled on the trusses (31). After that, on the spot over small beams (30) there is placed the steel wire-fabric reinforcement (32) and the additional transverse reinforcement and all that is concreted at the facility, thus getting the half-prefabricated monolithic reinforced concrete grid-panel plate (37) of extraordinary carrying capacity with the structurally embedded elements of expanded polystyrene (1). Another way of use is to form a carrying reinforced concrete grid-panel plate (33) of the same elements (1) and the longitudinal reinforcement (27) and (28) and the transverse reinforcement (34) and (35) that is concreted up to three quarters of the height of the longitudinal channels (2) and the transverse channels (3). After installation at the facility, the grid-panel plate (33) relies only with the edges on the trusses (31) and then there are placed the steel fabric (32), the additional reinforcement (36) between the two grid-panel plates (33) within the transverse reinforcement (34) and (35). There is also mounted the tie beam reinforcement on the walls and all is concreted by filling with the concrete the rest of the longitudinal channels (2) and the transverse channels (3) as well as with an additional layer of the concrete 5 to 6 cm thick over the entire surface of the plates (33), forming again the prefabricated monolithic reinforced concrete grid-panel plate (37) of the extraordinary carrying capacity with built-in structural elements of expanded polystyrene (1) and the monolithic joints.
