Il presente trovato concerne un elemento prefabbricato (1) per solai comprendente una trave (2) in polistirene espanso, di lunghezza pari alla luce del solaio da costruire, dotata di una sede (4) longitudinale, rivata all'interno del corpo della trave (2) e prevista per l'alloggiamento di un travetto (3), di lunghezza pari alla luce del solaio, che viene gettato nella propria sede (4) attraverso una apertura (5). La trave funge pertanto anche da cassero.
