Abstract
本发明公开了一种多层结构的木丝水泥板及其加工方法,包括轻型木丝水泥板和重型木丝水泥板;所述轻型木丝水泥板包括木丝水泥、钢板网、上面层和下面层,所述木丝水泥和钢板网设置在上面层和下面层之间;所述木丝水泥为木丝和胶凝材料搅拌而成,并与钢板网凝固成整体;所述木丝水泥分层铺设,钢板网交错布置;所述重型木丝水泥板的木丝水泥中开设有槽,槽中设有混凝土暗梁,混凝土暗梁由混凝土和钢筋制作而成,在木丝水泥板需要承受较大荷载时使用;为保证面层与木丝形成整体,所述的钢板网伸入到上面层和下面层之中,上面层和下面层内部布置有防裂网。本发明所述方法简单,效果显著,能有效提高木丝水泥板强度,显著提高建筑结构的安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及木丝板应用技术领域,具体的说是一种多层结构的木丝水泥板及其加工方法。
背景技术
木丝板是用选定种类的晾干木材刨成细长木丝,由水泥作为交联剂,压制而成的绿色环保型板材。该产品结合了木材的易加工性和水泥经久耐用的特性,被广泛运用于建筑结构当中。但木丝板的缺点是抗压、抗折强度不足,进而影响施工质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种多层结构的木丝水泥板及其加工方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种多层结构的木丝水泥板,包括轻型木丝水泥板和重型木丝水泥板;
所述轻型木丝水泥板包括木丝水泥、钢板网、上面层和下面层,所述木丝水泥和钢板网设置在上面层和下面层之间;所述木丝水泥为木丝和胶凝材料搅拌而成,并与钢板网凝固成整体;所述木丝水泥分层铺设,钢板网交错布置,以保证钢板网和木丝水泥板形成整体;
所述重型木丝水泥板包括木丝水泥、钢板网、混凝土暗梁、上面层和下面层,所述木丝水泥和钢板网设置在上面层和下面层之间;所述木丝水泥为木丝和胶凝材料搅拌而成,并与钢板网凝固成整体;所述木丝水泥分层铺设,钢板网交错布置,以保证钢板网和木丝水泥板形成整体;所述木丝水泥中开设有槽,槽中设有混凝土暗梁,混凝土暗梁由混凝土和钢筋制作而成,在木丝水泥板需要承受较大荷载时使用;
为保证面层与木丝形成整体,所述的钢板网伸入到上面层和下面层之中,上面层和下面层内部布置有防裂网。
作为优选,所述的木丝通过木材切削加工而成,胶凝材料主要为水泥浆,两者通过合适的配比搅拌。
作为优选,所述的钢板网的网孔形状可为方形、圆形、菱形或其他任意形状,钢板网可弯折成Z字形、波浪形或其他折线形式。
作为优选,所述上面层和下面层采用水泥砂浆制作,或是一般性的装饰性板材,防裂网主要为钢丝网或网格布。
上述多层结构的木丝水泥板的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在模具内,均铺下面层材料及防裂网;
2)钢板网先完全浸渍砂浆后再铺设;
3)均匀铺木丝水泥,并在振动台上振捣,使木丝水泥穿过网孔;
4)保持钢板网露出10mm,再铺钢板网,均匀铺第二次木丝水泥,并在振动台上振捣,使木丝水泥穿过网孔;
5)保持钢板网露出10mm,再铺钢板网,均匀铺第三次木丝水泥,并在振动台上振捣,使木丝水泥穿过网孔,并保持钢板网露出10mm;
6)待木丝水泥基本凝固后,再在表面均匀抹上面层,形成轻型木丝水泥板;
在已凝固成型的木丝水泥板面开槽,深度直至已浇筑好的下面层;在开好的槽中布置好钢筋,钢筋为双层布置,并浇筑混凝土,直至与板面齐平;待混凝土基本凝固后,再在表面均匀抹上面层,形成重型木丝水泥板;
7)木丝水泥板整体养护14天后,即可满足出厂要求,28天之后即可以满足使用要求。
有益效果:1.本发明在木丝水泥板中加入钢板网,钢板网的延展性能较好克服木丝水泥板的脆性,能有效提高木丝水泥板的抗压、抗折强度。
2.本发明在木丝水泥板两面层采用砂浆抹面,并在其中放置防裂网,能有效防止木丝板在吊装过程中开裂。
3.本发明木丝水泥板分层浇筑,钢板网互相交错,形成整体;木丝水泥穿过钢板网网孔,构成整体受力。
4.加入混凝土梁后,整体受力性能得到显著提升,可用于开窗墙板,也可以用承受较大的平面外荷载。
总之,本发明所述方法简单,效果显著,能有效提高木丝水泥板强度,提高施工质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1-4所示:一种多层结构的木丝水泥板,包括轻型木丝水泥板和重型木丝水泥板;
所述轻型木丝水泥板包括木丝水泥1、钢板网2、上面层4和下面层5,所述木丝水泥1和钢板网2设置在上面层4和下面层5之间;所述木丝水泥1为木丝和胶凝材料搅拌而成,并与钢板网2凝固成整体;所述木丝水泥1分层铺设,钢板网2交错布置,以保证钢板网和木丝水泥板形成整体;
所述重型木丝水泥板包括木丝水泥1、钢板网2、混凝土暗梁3、上面层4和下面层5,所述木丝水泥1和钢板网2设置在上面层4和下面层5之间;所述木丝水泥1为木丝和胶凝材料搅拌而成,并与钢板网2凝固成整体;所述木丝水泥1分层铺设,钢板网 2交错布置,以保证钢板网和木丝水泥板形成整体;所述木丝水泥1中开设有槽,槽中设有混凝土暗梁3,混凝土暗梁由混凝土和钢筋6制作而成,在木丝水泥板需要承受较大荷载时使用;
为保证面层与木丝形成整体,所述的钢板网2伸入到上面层4和下面层5之中,上面层4和下面层5内部布置有防裂网。所述的木丝通过木材切削加工而成,胶凝材料主要为水泥浆,两者通过合适的配比搅拌。如图6a-6d,所述的钢板网2的网孔形状可为方形、圆形、菱形或其他任意形状。如图5a-5c,钢板网可弯折成Z字形、波浪形或其他折线形式。所述上面层4和下面层5采用水泥砂浆制作,或是一般性的装饰性板材,防裂网主要为钢丝网或网格布。
上述多层结构的木丝水泥板的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在模具内,均铺下面层材料及防裂网;

6)待木丝水泥基本凝固后,再在表面均匀抹上面层,形成轻型木丝水泥板;在已凝固成型的木丝水泥板面开槽,深度直至已浇筑好的下面层;在开好的槽中布置好钢筋,钢筋为双层布置,并浇筑混凝土,直至与板面齐平;待混凝土基本凝固后,再在表面均匀抹上面层,形成重型木丝水泥板;
7)木丝水泥板整体养护14天后,即可满足出厂要求,28天之后即可以满足使用要求。

1.一种多层结构的木丝水泥板的加工方法,其特征在于:
所述多层结构的木丝水泥板,包括重型木丝水泥板;
所述重型木丝水泥板包括木丝水泥、钢板网、混凝土暗梁、上面层和下面层,所述木丝水泥和钢板网设置在上面层和下面层之间;所述木丝水泥为木丝和胶凝材料搅拌而成,并与钢板网凝固成整体;所述木丝水泥分层铺设,钢板网交错布置;所述木丝水泥中开设有槽,槽中设有混凝土暗梁,混凝土暗梁由混凝土和钢筋制作而成;
所述的钢板网伸入到上面层和下面层之中,上面层和下面层内部布置有防裂网;
所述的木丝通过木材切削加工而成,胶凝材料为水泥浆,两者搅拌而成;
所述的钢板网的网孔形状为方形、圆形、菱形或其他任意形状,钢板网弯折成Z字形、波浪形或其他折线形式;
所述上面层和下面层采用水泥砂浆制作,或是装饰性板材,防裂网为钢丝网或网格布;
上述多层结构的木丝水泥板的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
