Claims (15)

1. Sloj jezgre, koji sadrži najmanje: sloj koji sadrži valovito oblikovane drvene elemente postavljene jedan iznad drugog, te se drveni elementi protežu u jednom smjeru; pri čemu su valovito oblikovani drveni elementi raspoređeni u sloju na orijentiran način tako da se udoline valova drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili da se grebeni valova drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili da se udoline valova drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju i grebeni valova drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju; i pri čemu je najmanje dio drvenih elemenata u sloju raspoređen na takav način da ti drveni elementi između njih tvore šupljine.
2. Sloj jezgre prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, koji sadrži najmanje: prvi sloj koji sadrži valovito oblikovane prve drvene elemente postavljene jedan iznad drugog, te se prvi drveni elementi protežu u prvom smjeru; i drugi sloj koji sadrži valovito oblikovane druge drvene elemente postavljene jedan iznad drugog, te se drugi drveni elementi protežu u drugom smjeru; pri čemu su prvi i drugi sloj postavljeni jedan iznad drugog i međusobno se dodiruju; pri čemu su valovito oblikovani prvi drveni elementi u prvom sloju raspoređeni na orijentiran način tako da se udoline valova prvih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili da se grebeni valova prvih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili da se udoline valova prvih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju i grebeni valova prvih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog se međusobno spajaju, i pri čemu je najmanje dio prvih drvenih elemenata raspoređen u prvom sloju na takav način da ti drveni elementi između njih tvore šupljine; pri čemu su valovito oblikovani drugi drveni elementi raspoređeni u drugom sloju na orijentiran način tako da se udoline valova drugih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili da se grebeni valova drugih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili da se udoline valova drugih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju i grebeni valova drugih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog se međusobno spajaju, te pri čemu je najmanje dio drugih drvenih elemenata raspoređen u drugom sloju na takav način da ti drveni elementi između njih tvore šupljine; pri čemu se prvi i drugi smjer međusobno razlikuju.
3. Sloj jezgre prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, koji sadrži najmanje: prvi sloj koji sadrži valovito oblikovane prve drvene elemente postavljene jedan iznad drugog, te se prvi drveni elementi protežu u prvom smjeru; i drugi sloj koji sadrži valovito oblikovane druge drvene elemente postavljene jedan iznad drugog; pri čemu su prvi i drugi sloj postavljeni jedan iznad drugog i međusobno se dodiruju; pri čemu su valovito oblikovani prvi drveni elementi u prvom sloju raspoređeni na orijentiran način tako se da udoline valova prvih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili da se vrhovi valova prvih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili da se udoline prvih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju i grebeni valova prvih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog se međusobno spajaju, te pri čemu je najmanje dio prvih drvenih elemenata raspoređen u prvom sloju na takav način da ti drveni elementi između njih tvore šupljine; pri čemu su valovito oblikovani drugi drveni elementi nasumično raspoređeni u drugom sloju.
4. Sloj jezgre prema patentnom zahtjevu 2 ili 3, naznačen time što sadrži treći sloj koji sadrži valovito oblikovane treće drvene elemente koji leže jedan iznad drugog.

Sloj jezgre prema patentnom zahtjevu 3 i 4, naznačen time što prvi sloj i treći sloj okružuju drugi sloj na sendvič način, s trećim drvenim elementima oblikovanim u trećem sloju koji se protežu u trećem smjeru i s trećim drvenim elementima raspoređenim na orijentiran način tako da se udoline valova trećih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili tako da se grebeni valova trećih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili tako da se udoline valova trećih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju i tako da se grebeni valova trećih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, i najmanje dio trećih drvenih elemenata je raspoređen u trećem sloju na takav način da ti drveni elementi između njih tvore šupljine; pri čemu je prvi smjer isti ili različit od trećeg smjera; ili sloj jezgre prema patentnim zahtjevima 3 i 4, te drugi sloj i treći sloj okružuju prvi sloj na sendvič način, pri čemu su treći valovito oblikovani drveni elementi nasumično raspoređeni u trećem sloju.
6. Sloj jezgre prema patentnom zahtjevu 2 i 4, naznačen time što prvi i treći sloj okružuju drugi sloj na sendvič način, pri čemu su valovito oblikovani treći drveni elementi nasumično raspoređeni u trećem sloju; ili sloj jezgre prema patentnom zahtjevu 2 i 4, pri čemu prvi i treći sloj okružuju drugi sloj na sendvič način, sa valovito oblikovanim trećim drvenim elementima u trećem sloju koji se protežu u trećem smjeru, te su treći drveni elementi raspoređeni na orijentiran način tako da se udoline valova trećih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili tako da se grebeni valova trećih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili tako da se udoline valova trećih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju i grebeni valova trećih drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog se međusobno spajaju, te je najmanje dio trećih drvenih elemenata u trećem sloju raspoređen na takav način da ti drveni elementi između njih tvore šupljine; pri čemu su drugi smjer i treći smjer međusobno različiti.
7. Sloj jezgre, koji sadrži najmanje: prvi sloj koji sadrži samo jedan prvi valovito oblikovani drveni element koji se proteže u prvom smjeru; i drugi sloj koji sadrži samo jedan drugi valovito oblikovani drveni element koji se proteže u drugom smjeru; pri čemu su prvi i drugi sloj postavljeni jedan iznad drugog i međusobno se dodiruju; pri čemu se prvi i drugi smjer međusobno razlikuju; i pri čemu valovito oblikovani drveni elementi sadrže OSB-niti ili materijal u obliku niti ili se sastoje od navedenih.
8. Sloj jezgre prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što valovito oblikovani prvi, drugi i/ili treći drveni elementi sadrže vlakna s poželjnim smjerom.
9. Sloj jezgre prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što je poželjni smjer vlakana isti kao i smjer produženja prvog, drugog i/ili trećeg drvenog elementa.
10. Sloj jezgre prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 8 ili 9, naznačen time što se rubovi prvog, drugog i/ili trećeg drvenog elementa ne pružaju paralelno s poželjnim smjerom; ili pri čemu se rubovi prvog, drugog i/ili trećeg drvenog elementa pružaju okomito na željeni smjer.
11. Sloj jezgre prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6 i 8 do 10 sve dok isti ne ovisi o zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što valovito oblikovani drveni elementi sadrže furnir ili OSB- niti ili materijal u obliku niti ili se sastoje od navedenih.
12. Višeslojni kompozit, koji se sastoji najmanje od pokrovnog sloja i sloja jezgre, te je pokrovni sloj raspoređen na takav način da najmanje djelomično prekriva sloj jezgre i s njim je fiksno spojen, sloj jezgre je sloj jezgre kako je definirano u jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, poželjno pri čemu pokrovni sloj sadrži materijal odabran od: furnira, drvene ploče, iverice, vlaknaste ploče, ploče od šperploče, plastične ploče, gipsane ploče, metalnog lima, vlaknasto-cementne ploče, papira ili kartona, i dva ili više njih.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju višeslojnog kompozita koji se sastoji od sloja jezgre prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6 i 8 do 11, i najmanje jednog pokrovnog sloja, koji obuhvaća korake (A), (B), po izboru (C), te korak (D): (A) raspodjelu OSB-niti ili materijala u obliku niti kako bi se oblikovao prvi sloj pomoću uređaja za raspodjelu koji je konfiguriran tako da su OSB-niti ili materijal u obliku niti nasumično raspoređeni u prvom sloju; (B) nanošenje drugog sloja na prvi sloj raspodjelom valovito oblikovanih drvenih elemenata pomoću uređaja za raspodjelu koji je konfiguriran tako da se drveni elementi mogu rasporediti na takav način da se protežu u jednom smjeru, te su valovito oblikovani drveni elementi raspoređeni na orijentiran način tako da se udoline valova drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili tako da se grebeni valova drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, ili tako da se udoline valova drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju i grebeni valova drvenih elemenata koji leže jedan iznad drugog međusobno spajaju, i najmanje dio drvenih elemenata u drugom sloju raspoređen je tako da ti drveni elementi tvore između njih šupljine; i po izboru (C) nanošenje trećeg sloja na drugi sloj raspodjelom OSB- niti ili materijala u obliku niti pomoću uređaja za raspodjelu koji je konfiguriran tako da su OSB- niti nasumično raspoređene u trećem sloju; i (D) prešanje slojeva nastalih u koracima (A), (B) i proizvoljnom koraku (C), pri čemu su odgovarajuće OSB-niti ili materijal u obliku niti i valovito oblikovani drveni elementi koji se međusobno dodiruju međusobno čvrsto povezani pomoću ljepila.
14. Deformirani sloj jezgre, proizveden postupkom koji sadrži najmanje korak (X): (X) deformiranje prešanjem sloja jezgre prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11; ili deformirani višeslojni kompozit, koji se sastoji najmanje od pokrovnog sloja i sloja jezgre, pri čemu je pokrovni sloj postavljen na takav način da najmanje djelomično prekriva sloj jezgre i čvrsto je povezan s njim, proizveden postupkom koji sadrži najmanje korak (Y): (Y) deformaciju prešanjem višeslojnog kompozita prema patentnom zahtjevu 12 ili višeslojnog kompozita proizvedenog prema patentnom zahtjevu 13.
15. Upotreba sloja jezgre prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11; ili višeslojnog kompozita prema patentnom zahtjevu 12; ili višeslojnog kompozita proizvedenog prema patentnom zahtjevu 13; ili deformiranog sloja jezgre ili deformiranog višeslojnog kompozita prema patentnom zahtjevu 14; u proizvodnji namještaja, za police, za pakiranje za transport, za unutarnju opremu, u vratima i kapijama, te u vozilima i gradnji brodova.
