Claims (13)
1. Oprema (2) za nautičko sredstvo koja obuhvaća:
- referentnu ravninu (P1) namijenjenu da se podudara sa ravninom simetrije koja se pruža u uzdužnom i vertikalnom pravcu trupa (6) nautičkog sredstva;
- najmanje jedno krilno jedro (4), koje se razlikuje od tradicionalnog jedra po tome što ima profil krila za stvaranje aerodinamičnog potiska (L), također osigurano debljinom koja utječe na isti aerodinamični potisak;
krilo može biti kruto, polukruto, mekano ili na napuhavanje, u slučaju krutog krila ima zglobne module
- najmanje jedan kruti nosač (3) sposoban za podupiranje spomenutog krila i prenošenje pogonskog potiska na trup nautičkog sredstva danog aerodinamičnim potiskom koji generira krilo kada zahvati vjetar;
- krilo koje sadrži prvu i drugu glavnu površinu (4a, 4b) nasuprot jednu drugoj,
- kruti nosač (3) koji je sposoban za podupiranje krila najmanje u prvoj radnoj konfiguraciji u kojoj je najmanje glavni dio prve ili druge površine okrenut prema prvoj strani referentne ravnine (P1), a u drugoj radnoj konfiguraciji u kojoj je navedeni glavni dio okrenut ka suprotnoj strani referentne ravnine;
kruti nosač koji sadrži putanju (18) klizanja krila za prebacivanje iz prvog u drugi radni položaj i obrnuto;
nosač je sposoban da naizmjenično podupire krilo ili njegov glavni dio sa jedne strane ili druge strane referentne ravnine prebacujući iz jedne radne konfiguracije u drugu, tako da samom krilu omogućava da vjetar zahvaća uvijek na istoj strani, koja zatim djeluje kao kopča u obje konfiguracije,
kruti nosač sadrži najmanje jedan jarbol sa najmanje dva suprotstavljena dijela (9) u odnosu na referentnu ravninu i najmanje jedan spojni dio (10) dva suprotstavljena dijela, pri čemu spomenuta dva suprotstavljena dijela i vanjski dio definiraju spomenutu putanju (18) klizanja za generiranje prevrtanja krila u odnosu na spomenutu referentnu ravninu,
spomenuta putanja uzrokuje prevrtanje orijentacije krila u odnosu na spomenutu referentnu ravninu, i navedeno krilno jedro ima asimetrični profil krila.
2. Oprema prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da svaki nosač podupire samo jedno krilo.
3. Oprema prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time da sadrži sredstva za modificiranje aerodinamičnog potiska koji se prenosi na trup nautičkog sredstva preko krutog nosača za generiranje pogonskog potiska, sredstva za modificiranje sadrže najmanje pogonska sredstva (17) za pomicanje krila (4) između dvije radne konfiguracije, opcionalno ona sadrže i sredstva za podešavanje potiska.
4. Oprema prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu svaki od spomenuta dva suprotstavljena dijela (9) sadrži najmanje jedan suštinski linearni dio, i pri čemu poželjno navedeni spojni dio (10) sadrži najmanje jedan zakrivljeni dio.
5. Oprema prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je jarbol u obliku „U“ ili „0“ koji su simetrični u odnosu na spomenutu referentnu ravninu.
6. Oprema prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, pri čemu navedeni profil krila sadrži proksimalni dio (11) do spomenutog nosača (3) i distalni dio (12) od spomenutog nosača (3), pri čemu spomenuti proksimalni dio (11) ima širinu veću od navedenog distalnog dijela (12), pri čemu je navedeni profil krila poželjno konkavan na jednoj od glavnih površina, a poželjno je konveksan na drugoj.
7. Oprema prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je krilo povezano na orijentirani način sa nosačem kako bi se generirao bar jedan maksimalni aerodinamični potisak usmjeren ka referentnoj ravnini i u prvoj i u drugoj radnoj konfiguraciji, ili je orijentirano da bi se dobio aerodinamični potisak usmjeren od referentne ravnine i u prvoj i u drugoj radnoj konfiguraciji.
8. Oprema prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačena time da se krilo može pričvrstiti i odvojiti od nosača da bi se prebacilo iz jednog od spomenutih pravaca maksimalnog aerodinamičnog potiska u drugi i obrnuto.
9. Oprema prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu navedeno krilo (4) sadrži mnoštvo modula (13), poželjno podijeljenih duž ravnina okomitih na spomenutu referentnu ravninu, i sredstva (14) za povezivanje za povezivanje, poželjno uklonjivo, svakog modula (13) sa susjednim modulom, pri čemu je svaki modul (13) slobodan u rotaciji, barem za unaprijed određeni kut, u odnosu na susjedni modul.
10. Oprema prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, kada je zavisan od patentnog zahtjeva 3, pri čemu navedena pogonska sredstva (17) sadrže mnoštvo veznih elemenata za uklonjivu vezu između spomenutog krila (4) i navedenog jarbola (3), pri čemu poželjnije sadrže najmanje jedan vezni element za svaki od spomenutih modula (13), pri čemu se svaki od spomenutih modula (13) može poželjno selektivno povezati i ukloniti sa navedenog jarbola (3), pri čemu navedeni vezni elementi mogu klizati duž pravca pružanja navedenog jarbola (3).
11. Oprema prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, pri čemu su navedeni vezni elementi slobodni u rotaciji na ravnini koja je suštinski okomita na navedeni jarbol (3), barem za unaprijed određeni kut, poželjno kut od oko 180°, pri čemu navedeno krilo (4) može rotirati u odnosu na navedeni jarbol (3) za dio koji je najmanje jednak spomenutom unaprijed određenom uglu.
12. Oprema prema patentnom zahtjevu 10 ili 11, pri čemu su navedeni vezni elementi uklonjivi sa navedenog krila (3) i/ili sa spomenutog jarbola (4), pri čemu navedeni vezni elementi imaju oblik slova T i mogu se okretati u odnosu na navedeno krilo (3) i/ili u odnosu na navedeni jarbol (4) za pričvršćivanje navedenih veznih elemenata i oslobađanje istog na/sa navedenog jarbola.
13. Nautičko sredstvo (1) koje sadrži opremu prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
