Claims (14)
1. Pomoćni sustav napajanja (600) za rad u suradnji s primarnim motorom (702) vozila, koji sadrži:
sekundarni motor (602);
najmanje jedan od (i) sustava grijanja rashladne tekućine (604) primarnog motora koji pokreće sekundarni motor i (ii) sustava grijanja maziva (606) primarnog motora koji pokreće sekundarni motor;
kontrolni sustav (608) koji automatski pokreće sekundarni motor reagirajući na unaprijed određeno stanje;
generator istosmjerne struje (DC) (610) koji generira izlazni napon, te generator istosmjerne struje pokreće sekundarni motor, i
osjetnik temperature (654) spojen na sklopku (656) i montiran na vanjsku stranu vozila, naznačen time što je sklopka konfigurirana da onemogući automatsko isključivanje primarnog motora ako je temperatura koju mjeri osjetnik temperature ispod praga, te sklopka onemogućava automatsko isključivanje onemogućavanjem mjerača vremena za isključivanje motora (EST) (650) vozila.
2. Pomoćni sustav napajanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je izlazni napon usklađen s električnim sustavom vozila koji sadrži primarni motor.
3. Pomoćni sustav napajanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što nadalje sadrži regulator napona (646) koji regulira izlazni napon iz generatora istosmjerne struje, regulator napona je konfiguriran za održavanje izlaznog napona od približno 74 VDC, regulator napona podešava napon pobude u istosmjernom generatoru struje koji reagira na izlazni napon za regulaciju izlaznog napona, pri čemu podešavanje napona pobude u istosmjernom generatoru struje koji reagira na izlazni napon obuhvaća:
povećanje napona pobude ako je izlazni napon ispod minimalnog praga; i
smanjenje napona pobude ako je izlazni napon iznad maksimalnog praga.
4. Pomoćni sustav napajanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što nadalje obuhvaća kontrolu broja okretaja motora (640) koja održava brzinu vrtnje motora sekundarnog motora na temelju postavke broja okretaja motora, pri čemu se postavka broja okretaja motora može podesiti unutar raspona broja okretaja motora, kontrola broja okretaja motora sadrži osjetnik broja okretaja motora (642) koji prepoznaje trenutnu brzinu okretaja motora sekundarnog motora, i regulator goriva (644) koji povećava količinu goriva sekundarnom motoru ako trenutna brzina motora padne ispod postavke broja okretaja motora za prvi prag, te smanjuje količinu goriva za sekundarni motor ako trenutna brzina motora premaši postavku brzine motora za drugi prag.
5. Pomoćni sustav napajanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što kontrolni sustav sadrži mjerač vremena, i kontrolira regulator napona da odgodi generiranje izlaznog napona sve dok se ne dogodi najmanje jedno od (i) ne protekne unaprijed određeno vrijeme nakon pokretanja sekundarnog motora i (ii) broj okretaja motora odgovara postavci broja okretaja motora.
6. Pomoćni sustav napajanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što kontrolni sustav nadzire brzinu motora sekundarnog motora i izlazni napon iz istosmjernog generatora struje i prilagođava najveću dopuštenu izlaznu snagu generatora istosmjerne struje koja odgovara brzini motora i izlaznom naponu, te pri čemu prilagodba najveće dopuštene izlazne snage generatora istosmjerne struje koja odgovara brzini motora i izlaznom naponu obuhvaća:
smanjenje najveće dopuštene izlazne snage ako je broj okretaja motora ispod praga broja okretaja motora ili je izlazni napon ispod praga napona; i
povećanje najveće dopuštene izlazne snage ako je broj okretaja motora iznad praga broja okretaja motora i izlazni napon je iznad praga napona za prvo unaprijed određeno vremensko razdoblje.
7. Pomoćni sustav napajanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što kontrolni sustav nadalje povećava postavku broja okretaja motora ako maksimalno dopuštena izlazna snaga ne dosegne minimalni prag snage unutar drugog unaprijed određenog vremenskog razdoblja.
8. Pomoćni sustav napajanja prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što kontrolni sustav kontrolira istosmjerni generator struje da se automatski usklađuje izlazni napon s električnim sustavom vozila.
9. Vozilo koje sadrži primarni motor i pomoćni sustav napajanja prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, pri čemu je vozilo lokomotiva (700) koje sadrži najmanje jedan električni sustav i bateriju (718), naznačen time što se izlazni napon iz istosmjernog generatora struje usklađuje s najmanje jednim električnim sustavom i baterijom u vozilu.
10. Postupak za kontrolu izlazne snage pomoćnog sustava napajanja prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 9, naznačen time što postupak obuhvaća:
praćenje broja okretaja motora sekundarnog motora i izlaznog napona generatora istosmjerne struje; i
prilagođavanje najveće dopuštene izlazne snage generatora istosmjerne struje koja odgovara brzini motora i izlaznom naponu.
11. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što prilagođavanje najveće dopuštene izlazne snage generatora istosmjerne struje koja odgovara brzini motora i izlaznom naponu obuhvaća:
smanjenje najveće dopuštene izlazne snage ako je ili broj okretaja motora ispod praga broja okretaja motora ili je izlazni napon ispod praga napona; i
povećanje maksimalne dopuštene izlazne snage ako je broj okretaja motora iznad praga broja okretaja motora i izlazni napon je iznad praga napona za prvo unaprijed određeno vremensko razdoblje.
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što nadalje obuhvaća: povećanje podešenog broja okretaja motora sekundarnog motora ako najveća dopuštena izlazna snaga ne dosegne prag snage unutar drugog unaprijed određenog vremenskog razdoblja.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time što nadalje obuhvaća odgađanje izlaznog napona iz istosmjernog generatora struje dok ne prođe najmanje jedno od (i) unaprijed određeno vrijeme nakon pokretanja sekundarnog motora i (ii) brzina motora odgovara postavci broja okretaja motora.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 do 13, naznačen time što su pomoćni sustav napajanja i primarni motor u vozilu, te je vozilo lokomotiva.
