Claims (15)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju pročišćene otopine uree koja je poželjno prikladna za uporabu u smanjenju NOx, posebno za uporabu kao dizelski ispušni fluid (DEF) ili razrjeđivanje u DEF, postupak koji sadrži:
A) reagiranje CO2 i NH3 u uvjetima sinteze uree u reaktoru za sintezu uree koji radi pod visokim tlakom, dajući tok sinteze uree koji sadrži ureu, NH3, CO2 i količinu karbamata,
B) širenje toka sinteze uree u odjeljku za oporavak čime se smanjuje tlak, pri čemu tok sinteze uree koji se širi sadrži najmanje 90 mas.% navedene količine karbamata,
i zagrijavanje barem dijela proširenog toka sinteze uree u jednoj ili više disocijacijskih jedinica pri srednjem i/ili niskom tlaku, kako bi se dobio vodeni tok uree i odjeljak za oporavak pare koja sadrži NH3 i CO2,
C) izlaganje u odjeljku za pročišćavanje barem dijela vodenog toka uree pročišćavanju, pri čemu je pročišćavanje uklanjanje radi uklanjanja amonijaka i/ili pri čemu pročišćavanje daje otopinu uree s alkalnošću kao NH3 manjom od 0.2 mas.% pri 32.5 mas.% uree, dajući pročišćenu otopinu uree i odjeljak za pročišćavanje otpadnog plina koji sadrži vodu i amonijak,
D) izborno razrjeđivanje barem dijela pročišćene otopine uree i/ili vodenog toka uree koja se pročišćava vodom kako bi se dobila ciljana koncentracija uree,
E) pri čemu se otpadni plin iz dijela za pročišćavanje kondenzira dajući kondenzat u odjeljku za pročišćavanje i navedeni kondenzat iz odjeljka za pročišćavanje se reciklira u navedeni reaktor za sintezu uree.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se kondenzat odjeljka za pročišćavanje dovodi protokom tekućine u reaktor za sintezu uree, i pri čemu je pročišćavanje uklanjanje pare pod niskim tlakom i uključuje kontakt vodene otopine uree u suprotnom protoku s parom pod tlakom manjim od manje od 3 bara.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što sadrži:
a) kondenziranje odjeljka za oporavak pare da bi se dobio reciklirani tok tekućeg karbamata u kondenzatoru odjeljka za oporavak, pri čemu navedeni kondenzator radi pod nižim tlakom od navedenog reaktora za sintezu uree,
b) dovod reciklažnog toka karbamata u reaktor za sintezu uree, poželjno pomoću pumpe,
c) i dovod navedenog kondenzata iz odjeljka za pročišćavanje u navedeni kondenzator odjeljka za oporavak.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, koji nadalje obuhvaća korak dovoda ne-kondenziranih plinova iz kondenzatora odjeljka za oporavak, izborno kroz dodatni kondenzator, do koraka pročišćavanja tekućinom za pročišćavanje u pročišćivaču dajući pročišćeni plin i istrošenu tekućinu za pročišćavanje, pri čemu postupak nadalje obuhvaća dovod drugog otpadnog plina iz kondenzatora odjeljka za pročišćavanje do navedenog pročišćavača, i poželjno dovod dijela navedene istrošene tekućine za pročišćavanje u navedeni kondenzator odjeljka za pročišćavanje, izborno kroz navedeni dodatni kondenzator.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time što korak B sadrži
B1) širenje toka sinteze uree na srednji tlak, izborno odvajanje plina i tekućine i zagrijavanje barem dijela toka sinteze uree na srednjem tlaku kako bi se dobio MP odjeljak za oporavak pare i MP vodena otopina uree, i
B2) širenje MP vodene otopine uree na nizak tlak i zagrijavanje ekspandirane vodene otopine uree pod niskim tlakom kako bi se dobio LP odjeljak za oporavak pare i LP vodena otopina uree.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-5, naznačen time što se najmanje 85% svježeg CO2 unosa dodaje izravno u reaktor.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-6, naznačen time što navedeni korak C obuhvaća širenje navedene vodene struje uree, poželjno druge vodene otopine uree, na radni tlak odjeljka za pročišćavanje, pri čemu je radni tlak odjeljka za pročišćavanje poželjno u rasponu 0.010 do 1.5 apsolutnog bara, i pri čemu korak C obuhvaća uklanjanje pare proširenog vodenog toka uree, pri čemu uklanjanje pare uključuje izravno ubrizgavanje pare u prošireni vodeni tok uree.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što se uklanjanje pare izvodi pri 0.010 do 1.5 apsolutnog bara u koloni za uklanjanje s ciklonskim separatorom na vrhu kolone, pladnjem za raspodjelu tekućine i nabijenim slojem, pri čemu se plin odvaja od ekspandirane struje vodene otopine uree u ciklonskom separatoru, plin izlazi kroz ispust na vrhu, tekućina teče dolje iz ciklonskog separatora na pladnju za distribuciju tekućine, i pladanj za distribuciju tekućine distribuira tekućinu preko nabijenog sloja.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se ne koristi pasivacijski zrak i/ili gdje dovod CO2 sadrži manje od 0.05 mas.% kisika.
10. Postrojenje za proizvodnju pročišćene otopine uree koja otopina uree je poželjno prikladna za uporabu u sustavima za smanjenje NOx, posebno za uporabu kao dizelski ispušni fluid (DEF) ili razrjeđivanje u DEF, postrojenje koje sadrži:
A) odjeljak za sintezu uree koji sadrži visokotlačni reaktor za sintezu uree koji ima ulaz za CO2 i ulaz za NH3, pri čemu CO2 i NH3 reagiraju u uvjetima sinteze uree da se stvori tok sinteze uree koji sadrži ureu, vodu i amonijev karbamat,
B) odjeljak za oporavak u kojem se tok sinteze uree zagrijava pod smanjenim tlakom, dajući vodeni tok uree i odjeljak za oporavak pare koji sadrži CO2 i NH3, i pri čemu se navedeni odjeljak za oporavak pare kondenzira dajući karbamat i amonijak, poželjno s odvojenim kondenzatorima za amonijak i karbamat,
C) odjeljak za pročišćavanje u kojem se vodeni tok uree uklanja u jedinicu za obradu odjeljka za pročišćavanje radi uklanjanja amonijaka, dajući pročišćeni tok uree i odjeljak za pročišćavanje otpadnog plina,
D) poželjno odjeljak za razrjeđivanje uree, pri čemu se pročišćeni tok uree i/ili vodeni tok uree razrijedi vodom,
pri čemu postrojenje sadrži reciklažni vod za karbamat od odjeljka za oporavak do odjeljka za sintezu uree i zasebni drugi odvodni kanal za amonijak od odjeljka za oporavak do odjeljka za sintezu uree,
pri čemu odjeljak za pročišćavanje nadalje sadrži kondenzator odjeljka za pročišćavanje za kondenzaciju odjeljka za pročišćavanje otpadnih plinova do kondenzata odjeljka za pročišćavanje, i pri čemu postrojenje sadrži priključak protoka tekućine za kondenzat odjeljka za pročišćavanje od navedenog kondenzatora odjeljka za pročišćavanje do reaktora za sintezu uree.
11. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 10, naznačeno time što se jedinica za obradu odjeljka za pročišćavanje sastoji od niskotlačnog pročišćivača pare koji prima vodeni tok uree, pri čemu pročišćivač pare ima ulaz za paru, i pri čemu odjeljak za pročišćavanje sadrži izbacivač za povlačenje plina iz odjeljka za pročišćavanje.
12. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 11, naznačeno time što pročišćivač pare sadrži ciklonski separator na vrhu, ladicu za distribuciju tekućine, i nabijeni sloj, konfiguriran tako da u radu dvofazna tekućina ekspandirane vodene uree ulazi u ciklonski separator, plin ostavlja na vrhu, tekućina teče iz separatora ciklona na pladnju za raspodjelu tekućine, i pladanj za raspodjelu tekućine raspoređuje tekućinu preko nabijenog sloja.
13. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10-12, naznačeno time što odjeljak za oporavak nadalje sadrži kondenzator odjeljka za oporavak za odjeljak za oporavak pare, pri čemu postrojenje sadrži vod protoka tekućine od kondenzatora odjeljka za pročišćavanje do navedenog kondenzatora odjeljka za oporavak, i vod protoka tekućine od navedenog kondenzatora odjeljka za oporavak do reaktora za sintezu uree.
14. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10-13, naznačeno time što reaktor za sintezu uree sadrži feritno-austenitni dupleks nehrđajući čelik.
15. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10-14, naznačeno time što postrojenje ne uključuje odjeljak za obradu otpadnih voda.
