Claims (10)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju uree od amonijaka i ugljičnog dioksida u postrojenju za proizvodnju uree,
a) pri čemu postrojenje za proizvodnju uree sadrži odjeljak za regeneraciju i sekciju za sintezu visokog tlaka koja obuhvaća dva reaktorska odjeljka, ekstrahator i kondenzator,
b) pri čemu se u prvom reaktorskom odjeljku stvara prva otopina sinteze koja se dovodi u drugi reaktorski odjeljak;
c) svježi ugljični dioksid se dovodi u drugi reaktorski odjeljak i u drugom reaktorskom odjeljku se stvara se druga otopina sinteze koja se dovodi u ekstrahator,
d) pri tome se druga otopina sinteze uklanja uporabom ugljičnog dioksida kao plina za uklanjanje, i tok miješanog plina dobiven u ekstrahatoru šalje se kondenzatoru zajedno sa svježim amonijakom i strujom karbamata i kondenzira pod uklanjanjem topline,
e) zatim se kondenzat koji se stvara u kondenzatoru dovodi u prvi reaktorski odjeljak
f) i struja uree koja se dobiva u ekstrahatoru dalje pročišćava u odjeljku za regeneraciju,
g) naznačen time što je protok prve otopine sinteze od prvog reaktorskog odjeljka prema drugom reaktorskom odjeljku, protok druge otopine sinteze iz drugog odjeljka reaktora prema ekstrahatoru, protok mješovitog plina od ekstrahatoru prema kondenzatoru i protok kondenzata od kondenzatora prema prvom reaktorskom odjeljku je tlak gravitacije,
h) pri čemu su prvi odjeljak reaktora i kondenzator spajaju u jednoj posudi, pri čemu je ta posuda postavljena vodoravno,
i) pri čemu se u prvom odjeljku reaktora, kao i u drugom odjeljku reaktora stvara najmanje 20 tež. % ukupne količine uree u sekciji sinteze,
j) pri čemu je sintezni plin koji nije reagirao u drugom odjeljku reaktora uklonjen iz drugog odjeljka reaktora.
2. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su ekstrahator, kao i drugi odjeljak reaktora postavljeni na razini tla.
3. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se protok plina oslobađa od vrha drugog reaktorskog dijela i šalje se sredstvima za gašenje srednjeg tlaka, pri čemu se amonijak i ugljični dioksid prisutni u protoku plina uklanjaju iz protoka plina apsorpcijom u struji karbamata niskog tlaka.
4. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se protok plina oslobađa od vrha drugog reaktorskog dijela i šalje se sredstvima za gašenje visokog tlaka, pri se čemu amonijak i ugljični dioksid prisutni u protoku plina uklanjaju iz protoka plina apsorpcijom u struji karbamata niskog tlaka.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se protok plina oslobađa od vrha prvaog reaktorskog dijela i od vrha drugog reaktorskog dijela, a kombinirani protok plina oba odjeljka reaktora šalje sredstvima za gašenje srednjeg tlaka ili sredstvima za gašenje visokog tlaka, pri čemu se amonijak i ugljični dioksid prisutni u kombiniranom protoku plina uklanjaju iz protoka plina apsorpcijom u struji karbamata niskog tlaka.
6. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 5, pri čemu se kombinirani protok plina šalje u sredstvima za gašenje srednjeg tlaka.
7. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je kondenzator uronjeni kondenzator smješten vodoravno.
8. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što je uronjeni kondenzator tipa sa cjevnim omotačem i cjevima i da su tekućine pod visokom tlakom na strani cjevnog omotača.
9. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 8 naznačen time što je izmenjivač topline tipa sa cjevnim omotačem i cijevima u obliku slova U.
10. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je bar dio reaktora ili dijelova za uklanjanje napravljen od austenitno-feritnog dupleks čelika sa sadržajem kroma između 26 i 35 tež. % a sadržaje nikla između 3 i 10 tež.%.
