Claims (8)
1. Postupak, naznačen time, da obuhvaća:
a. opskrbu metalnom legurom koja se sastoji od Fe na nivou od 61,0 do 88,0 atomskih postotaka, Si na nivou od 0,5 do 9,0 atomskih postotaka, Mn na nivou od 0,90 do 19,0 atomskih postotaka, Ni na nivou od 0,1 do 9,0 atomskih postotaka, Cr na nivou od 0,1 do 19,0 atomskih postotaka, C na nivou od 0,1 do 4,0 atomskih postotaka, opcionalno Cu na nivou od 0,1 do 4,0 atomskih postotaka, i nečistoća, dok navedena metalna legura na sadrži bor;
b. taljenje navedene metalne legure i hlađenje i otvrdnjavanje i oblikovanje otvrdnute legure koja posjeduje debljinu veću od ili jednaku 20 mm te najviše do 500 mm i čvrstoću na istezanje od 300 MPa do 600 MPa, gdje navedena otvrdnutna legura ima talište (Tm);
c. zagrijavanje navedene otvrdnutne legure na temperaturu od 700 °C do ispod navedenog tališta Tm legure i smanjivanje navedene debljine spomenute otvrdnute legure, brzinom istezanja od 10-6 do 104 s-1, kako bi se dobila prva rezultirajuća legura koja ima graničnu čvrstoću istezanja od 200 MPa do 1000 MPa; i
d. naprezanje prve rezultirajuće legure preko navedene granične čvrstoće istezanja, kako bi se dobila druga rezultirajuća legura koja posjeduje debljinu od 0,1 mm do 25,0 mm, pri čemu druga rezultirajuća legura posjeduje vlačnu čvrstoću od 400 MPa do 1825 MPa, i izduljenje od 2,4 do 78,1 %.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se zagrijavanje spomenute otvrdnute legure u koraku (c) provodi na temperaturi od 700 °C do 1200 °C.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da spomenuta prva rezultirajuća legura posjeduje:
a. zrnca od 50 nm do 50000 nm; i
b. nataložena zrnca od 1 nm do 200 nm.
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se spomenuta otvrdnuta legura u koraku (c) opetovano toplinski obrađuje do navedene temperature od 700 °C do ispod navedenog tališta Tm legure i debljina spomenute otvrdnute legure se smanjuje za vrijeme svake od navedenih toplinskih obrada.
5. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da spomenuta druga rezultirajuća legura posjeduje jedno ili više od sljedećih:
a. zrnca od 25 nm do 25000 nm; i
b. nataložena zrnca od 1 nm do 200 nm.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da se spomenuta druga rezultirajuća legura postavlja u vozilu.
7. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time, da se spomenuta druga rezultirajuća legura postavlja u vozilu.
8. Naglavak svrdla, cijev svrdla, zaštitna obloga cijevi svrdla, spoj alata za bušenje, glava bušotine, tank za spremanje stlačenog plina ili kanistar za ukapljeni prirodni plin, naznačeni time, da sadržavaju drugu rezultirajuću leguru koja se proizvodi putem postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 i 5.
