Postupak za proizvodnju predizoliranog segmenta (1) okvirne konstrukcije za zgrade različitih dimenzija, naznačen time, što postupak obuhvaća sljedeće korake: f) proizvodnju sklopa, u jedinici (22) za sklapanje, gdje sklop (2) ima okvir (4) i bar jedan odjeljak (5) sa šupljinom (14) koju treba u potpunosti ispuniti pjenastim izolacijskim slojem (8), sklop (2) je suštinski zatvoreni sklop (2) koji sadrži prvi i drugi ravni panel (3, 13), koji su učvršćeni paralelno jedan drugom i na međusobnoj udaljenosti od okvira (4), tako da se okvir (4) nalazi između prvog i drugog ravnog panela (3, 13) za formiranje šupljine (14) između ravnih panela (3, 13), pri čemu je okvir drveni ili metalni okvir koji sadrži mnoštvo greda; i pri čemu je najmanje jedan odjeljak (5) opremljen najmanje jednim otvorom (11) koji je napravljen u okviru (4) za umetanje mlaznice (25) za ubrizgavanje sirovina za formiranje pjenastog izolacijskog sloja (8); g) snabdijevanje nosača (40) podataka podacima o najmanje jednom odjeljku (5) koji se puni, iz kojih se može odrediti količina sirovina potrebna za potpuno popunjavanje šupljine (14) najmanje jednog odjeljka; - postavljanje nosača (40) podataka na sklop (2), a) prijem sklopa, sa nosačem (40) podataka postavljenim na sklop, u jedinicu (24) za punjenje; b) očitavanje podataka sa nosača (40) podataka; c) utvrđivanje količine sirovina koju treba umetnuti u najmanje jedan odjeljak (5) za formiranje pjenastog izolacijskog sloja (8) na osnovu podataka na nosaču (40) podataka; - umetanje sklopa (2) u prešu (31), d) umetanje utvrđene količine sirovina najmanje jednom mlaznicom (25) u najmanje jedan odjeljak (5) za formiranje pjenastog izolacijskog sloja (8) i djelovanje preše (31) potisnim silama na sklop (2) tokom unaprijed određenog perioda (T) nakon umetanja sirovina, za neutraliziranje sila kojima pjenasti izolacijski sloj (8) djeluje na sklop (2) tokom stvaranja pjene i očvršćivanja; e) omogućavanje pjenastom izolacijskom sloju (8) da stvori pjenu i očvrsne u najmanje jednom odjeljku (5) tokom unaprijed određenog perioda (T).
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što nosač (40) podataka sadrži element odabran iz sljedeće grupe: naljepnica, bar kod, komponenta sa magnetnom memorijom, komponenta sa elektronskom memorijom i RF-ID čip.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što podaci na nosaču podataka uključuju dimenzije (L, B, 9) najmanje jednog odjeljka (5), i gdje korak c) obuhvaća proračun količine sirovina koju treba umetnuti na osnovu dimenzija (L, B, 9).
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što postupak obuhvaća fazu kalibracije u kojoj se lista odjeljaka (5) sa njihovim dimenzijama (L, B, 9) skladišti u memoriji zajedno sa odgovarajućim procesnim parametrima za umetanje sirovina u ove odjeljke (5), i fazu normalne proizvodnje u kojoj se utvrđuju procesni parametri za umetanje utvrđene količine sirovina u svaki odjeljak (5) koji se treba ispuniti, na osnovu dimenzija (L, B, 9) tog odjeljka (5) i na osnovu liste u memoriji.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što je najmanje jedna od sirovina tekuća, i/ili gdje sirovine sadrže poliol i izocijanat za formiranje poliuretanske pjene kao pjenastog izolacijskog sloja (8), i/ili gdje sirovine sadrže komponentu usporivača gorenja, i/ili gdje je segment (1) okvirne konstrukcije drveni segment okvirne konstrukcije koji sadrži prvi ravni panel (3) proizveden od drvene ili gipsane vlaknaste ploče na koju je pričvršćen drveni okvir (4), i/ili gdje sklop ima mnoštvo odjeljaka koji sadrže navedeni najmanje jedan odjeljak sa šupljinom.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što se pozicija (X1) najmanje jednog otvora (11) u okviru (4) utvrđuje na osnovu podataka na nosaču (40) podataka, i pri čemu umetanje sirovina u koraku d) obuhvaća pomicanje mlaznice (25) na utvrđenu poziciju (X1) za ubrizgavanje sirovina za formiranje pjenastog izolacijskog sloja (8).
7. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, što se najmanje dva sklopa (2) stavljaju jedan do drugog u prešu (31) i/ili gdje se najmanje dva sklopa (2) stavljaju jedan preko drugog u prešu (31).
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 - 7, koji dodatno obuhvaća korak zatvaranja najmanje jednog otvora (11) za postavljanje i pričvršćivanje brtvenog elementa (35) konusnog oblika, koji omogućava olakšano pozicioniranje segmenta (1) okvirne konstrukcije na drugi segment okvirne konstrukcije komplementarnog oblika.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što je unaprijed određeni period (T) fiksni period od 1 - 120 minuta, poželjno period od 10 - 90 minuta, poželjnije period od 15 - 60 minuta, još poželjnije period od 15 - 45 minuta.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koji dodatno obuhvaća korak utvrđivanja unaprijed određenog perioda (T) iz dimenzija (L, B, 9) šupljine (14).
11. Uređaj (19) za proizvodnju predizoliranog segmenta (1) okvirne konstrukcije za izgradnju zgrade, pri čemu uređaj sadrži: - jedinicu (22) za sklapanje za proizvodnju sklopa (2) za formiranje segmenta (1) okvirne konstrukcije, sklop (2) koji ima okvir (4) i najmanje jedan odjeljak (5) sa šupljinom (14) koju treba potpuno ispuniti pjenastim izolacijskim slojem (8), pri čemu je sklop (2) suštinski zatvoreni sklop (2) koji sadrži prvi i drugi ravni panel (3, 13), koji su učvršćeni paralelno jedan drugom i na međusobnoj udaljenosti od okvira (4), tako da se okvir (4) nalazi između prvog i drugog ravnog panela (3, 13) za formiranje šupljine (14) između ravnih panela (3, 13), pri čemu je okvir drveni ili metalni okvir koji sadrži mnoštvo greda; pri čemu je najmanje jedan odjeljak (5) opremljen najmanje jednim otvorom (11) koji je napravljen u okviru (4) za umetanje mlaznice (25) za ubrizgavanje sirovina za formiranje pjenastog izolacijskog sloja (8); - sredstvo za identifikaciju za primjenu podataka koji se odnose na najmanje jedan odjeljak (5) na nosaču (40) podataka, iz kojih se može odrediti količina sirovina potrebna za potpuno popunjavanje šupljine (14) najmanje jednog odjeljka; - jedinicu (24) za punjenje koja sadrži: - digitalni računalni sistem (20) povezan sa sredstvom za očitavanje osiguranim za očitavanje nosača (40) podataka koji je postavljen na sklop (2); - pri čemu je digitalni računalni sistem (20) snabdjeven obračunskom jedinicom i računalnim programom za utvrđivanje količine sirovina koju treba umetnuti u najmanje jedan odjeljak (5) za formiranje pjenastog izolacijskog sloja (8) na osnovu podataka na nosaču (40) podataka; - mlaznicu (25) za umetanje utvrđene količine sirovina u najmanje jedan odjeljak (5); - stanicu (18) za snabdijevanje povezanu sa digitalnim računalnim sistemom (20) za snabdijevanje mlaznice (25) sirovinama; - prešu (31) za djelovanje potisnim silama na sklop (2) tokom unaprijed određenog perioda (T) poslije umetanja sirovina, za neutraliziranje sila kojima pjenasti izolacijski sloj (8) djeluje na sklop (2) tokom stvaranja pjene i očvršćivanja; - mjerač vremena povezan sa digitalnim računalnim sistemom (20) za mjerenje unaprijed određenog perioda (T) tokom stvaranja pjene i očvršćivanja pjenastog izolacijskog sloja (8) u najmanje jednom odjeljku (5), nakon kojeg perioda (T) se preša (31) može otvoriti.
12. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time, što su sredstva za očitavanje izabrana iz grupe: laserskog skenera, čitača bar-koda, kamere, čitača magnetnih kartica, čitača elektronskih kartica i čitača RF-ID čipova.
13. Uređaj (19) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 12, naznačen time, što je stanica (18) za snabdijevanje predviđena za umetanje najmanje jedne tekuće sirovine, i/ili pri čemu je stanica (18) za snabdijevanje predviđena za primjenu poliola i izocijanata za formiranje poliuretanske pjene.
14. Uređaj (19) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 13, koji dodatno sadrži pokretni nosač (37) za pomicanje mlaznice (25) u uzdužnom pravcu (X) preše (31), pri čemu je pokretni nosač opremljen sredstvima (41, 42) za pozicioniranje, za postavljanje mlaznice (25) u, ili ispred otvora (11).
15. Uređaj (19) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 14, naznačen time, što uređaj (19) dodatno sadrži sredstvo za zatvaranje za postavljanje i pričvršćivanje brtvenog elementa (35) na sklop (2) na mjestu otvora (11).
16. Uređaj (19) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 15, naznačen time, što uređaj ima status kalibracije i status proizvodnje, i memoriju, - pri čemu je digitalni računalni sistem (20) snabdjeven prvim fragmentom programskog koda za čuvanje liste odjeljaka (5) sa njihovim dimenzijama (L, B, 9), zajedno sa odgovarajućim procesnim parametrima za umetanje sirovina u ove odjeljke (5) u memoriji, kada je uređaj u statusu kalibracije; - i pri čemu je digitalni računalni sistem (20) snabdjeven drugim fragmentom programskog koda za utvrđivanje procesnih parametara za umetanje određene količine sirovina u najmanje jedan odjeljak (5) na osnovu dimenzija (L, B, 9) najmanje jednog odjeljka (5) i na osnovu liste u memoriji, kada je uređaj u statusu proizvodnje.
17. Uređaj (19) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 16, naznačen time, što je digitalni računalni sistem (20) snabdjeven fragmentom programskog koda za izračunavanje unaprijed određenog perioda (T) na osnovu dimenzija (L, B, 9) šupljine (14) za podešavanje mjerača vremena.
18. Računalni program koji se može direktno učitati u internu memoriju digitalnog računalnog sistema (20) uređaja (19) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 17, koji sadrži fragmente programskog koda za izvršenje koraka postupka prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10.
19. Predizolirani segment (1) okvirne konstrukcije proizveden prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10.
