Claims (12)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju membranskog filtera (1, 20, 39) za filtriranje tekućine,
- pri čemu membranski filter (1, 20, 39) ima najmanje jedno zaglavlje (2, 32, 42) i najmanje jedan membranski blok (3, 19, 41) koji je povezan sa zaglavljem (2, 32, 42),
- pri čemu najmanje jedan membranski blok (3, 19, 41) ima nekoliko redova (4) membrana (5,26) od šupljih vlakana koje su raspoređene jedna pored druge i uglavnom međusobno paralelno,
- pri čemu svaka od membrana (5,26) od šupljih vlakana ima otvoreni kraj (6,33) koji se povezuje sa propusnom komorom (7, 45) u najmanje jednom zaglavlju (2, 32, 42), i filtrat može biti odliven iz propusne komore (7, 45) tokom rada,
- pri čemu najmanje jedan membranski blok (3, 19, 41) ima separator (10, 35) na udaljenosti (9, 34) od otvorenih krajeva (6,33), koji povezuje membrane (5,26) od šupljih vlakana jednu za drugu držeći ih razdvojeno, i
- pri čemu su membrane (5,26) od šupljih vlakana okružene, između separatora (10, 35) i otvorenih krajeva (6,33),
- zaptivnim slojem (11) koji fiksira membrane (5,26) od šupljih vlakana u zaglavlju (2, 32, 42) i zaptiva propusnu komoru (7, 45) u odnosu na tečnost,
i pri čemu postupak obuhvata sljedeće korake:
a) formiranje najmanje jednog membranskog bloka (3, 19, 41),
b) uvođenje najmanje jednog membranskog bloka (3, 19, 41) u zaglavlje (2, 32, 42),
c) uvođenje tekućeg materijala (18, 37, 44) za lijevanje između separatora (10, 35) i otvorenih krajeva (6,33) na takav način da materijal (18, 37, 44) za lijevanje okružuje membrane (5,26) od šupljih vlakana, i
d) očvršćivanje materijala (18, 37, 44) za lijevanje da bi se dobio zaptivni sloj (11),
naznačen time da je najmanje jedan membranski blok (3, 19, 41) formiran
e) nanošenjem prvog sloja (12, 50) adheziva (13, 22) na površinu (14),
f) zatim ponavljanjem sljedećih koraka dok se sve membrane (5,26) od šupljih vlakana najmanje jednog membranskog bloka (3, 19, 41) ne polože:
i. polaganje membrana (5,26) od šupljih vlakana jednog od redova (4) u prethodno nanijeti sloj (12, 50, 15, 16, 28, 53) adheziva (13, 22), pri čemu su otvoreni krajevi (6,33) postavljeni na udaljenosti (9, 34) od prethodno nanijetog sloja (12, 50, 15, 16, 28, 53) adheziva (13, 22),
ii. nanošenje sljedećeg sloja (15, 16, 17, 28, 30, 53) adheziva (13, 22) na prethodno nanijeti sloj (12, 50, 15, 16, 28, 53) tako da su položene membrane (5,26) od šupljih vlakana u potpunosti okružene adhezivom (13, 22),
g) i očvršćivanjem adheziva (13, 22) da bi se formirao separator (10, 35).
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da su nakon polaganja u adheziv (13, 22) membrane (5,26) od šupljih vlakana pritisnute tako da su bar djelomično uronjene u njega.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da se nanošenje sljedećeg sloja (15, 16, 17, 28, 30, 53) adheziva (13, 22) odvija dok je adheziv (13, 22) prethodno nanijetog sloja (12, 50, 15, 16, 28, 53) i dalje ljepljiv, i da adheziv (13, 22) ne očvršćuje kako bi formirao separator (10, 35) dok se sve membrane (5,26) od šupljih vlakana ne polože.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je separator (10, 35) nepropustljiv za materijal (18, 37, 44) za lijevanje, i materijal (18, 37, 44) za lijevanje je nasut na separator (10, 35).
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da površina (14) je unutar (23) otvorenog omotača (25) koji je zatvoren nakon polaganja svih membrana (5,26) od šupljih vlakana.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da se omotač (25) sastoji od školjke (24) i poklopca (31) koji je odvojen od školjke (24), pri čemu se adheziv (13, 22) i membrane (5,26) od šupljih vlakana uvode u školjku (24) i poklopac (31) zatim zatvara omotač (25).
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 5 ili 6, naznačen time da se omotač (25) vezuje lijepljenjem za zaglavlje (2, 32, 42) dok se membranski blok (3, 19, 41) uvodi u zaglavlje (2, 32, 42).
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da otvoreni krajevi (6,33) vire iz omotača (25) i strše u zaglavlje (2, 32, 42), i da je točka (38) povezivanja između zaglavlja (2, 32, 42) i omotača (25) ugrađena materijalom (18, 37, 44) za lijevanje.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 5 ili 6, naznačen time da se stabilizirajući prsten (40) potiskuje na omotač (25) i vezuje lijepljenjem za omotač (25).
10. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da se stabilizirajući prsten (40) vezuje lijepljenjem za zaglavlje (2, 32, 42) kad se membranski blok (3, 19, 41) uvede u zaglavlje (2, 32, 42).
11. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da otvoreni krajevi (6,33) vire iz stabilizacijskog prstena (40) i strše u zaglavlje (2, 32, 42), i da su prva točka (46) povezivanja između zaglavlja (2, 32, 42) i stabilizacijskog prstena (40) i druga točka (47) povezivanja između stabilizacijskog prstena (40) i omotača (25) ugrađene materijalom za lijevanje (18, 37, 44).
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su membrane (5,26) od šupljih vlakana za polaganje u adheziv (13, 22) preuzete direktno iz sustava (49) za proizvodnju membrane.
