Claims (6)
1. Sustav za izmjenu topline za uređaje s toplinskom pumpom, posebno isparivač u uređaju za proizvodnju i skladištenje leda, koji sadrži izmjenjivač topline (2,3) uključen u termodinamički krug medija kroz usisni kolektor (7.1, 7.2) i izlazni kolektor (8.1, 8.2) koji su u paralelnom položaju spojeni okomitim cjevastim protočnim kanalima (5.1, 5.2) i povezani s pločom radijatora (4), pri čemu je cjevasti razvodnik mlaznica (11), koja ima brojne otvore (12) sa strane, koaksijalno usmjeren prema protočnim kanalima (5), a čiji se promjeri d3 uzastopno povećavaju s kraja termodinamičkog medija umetnuta je opskrba uzdužno do unutarnje strane ulaznih kolektora (7.1, 7.2), naznačen time što se jedinica sastoji od dva slična izmjenjivača topline (2, 3) za istovremeno postavljanje u krug toplinske pumpe, gdje protočni kanali (5.1, 5.2) imaju završne odjeljke (10.1, 10.2) priključaka na izlaznom kolektoru (8.1, 8.2) savijene od ploče radijatora (9-9) - određeni dugim, ravnim dijelovima protočnih kanala (5.1, 5,2) koji izlaze iz ulaznog kolektora (7.1 , 7.2) - dimenzije(a) veća od polovice zbroja vanjskih promjera (d1, d2) ulaznog (7.1, 7.2) i izlaznog (8.1, 8.2) kolektora, pri čemu su izmjenjivači topline (2, 3) postavljeni tako da se ravni dugački odjeljci protočnih kanala (5.1, 5.2) izmjenjuju jedan s drugim u ravnini radijatora (9-9) i povezani su s jednom zajedničkom pločom radijatora (4), ulaznim kolektorom (7.1) prvog izmjenjivača (2) i izlaznim kolektorom (8.2) drugog izmjenjivača (3) smješteni su paralelno na toj strani jedinice, a na drugoj su strani ulazni kolektor (7.2) drugog izmjenjivača (3) i izlazni kolektor (8.1) prvog izmjenjivača (2), nadalje, mlazni razdjelnici (11) prvog (2) i drugog izmjenjivača (3) ugrađeni su u susjedne krajeve oba ulazna kolektora (7.1, 7.2).
2. Sustav za izmjenu topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se na obje strane jedinice uvodi izolacijska traka (14) između kolektora, između ulaznih kolektora (7.1, 7.2) i izlaznog kolektora (8.1, 8.2) izmjenjivača (2, 3).
3. Sustav za izmjenu topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se u građevnim uvjetima s vodoravnim položajem ravnine radijatora (9-9), ulazni kolektori (7.1, 7.2) u oba izmjenjivača topline (2,3) nalaze iznad izlaznih kolektora (8.1, 8.2).
4. Sustav za izmjenu topline prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2 ili 3, naznačen time što je površina između izlaznih kolektora (8.1, 8.2) oba izmjenjivača (2, 3) prekrivena kontra-pločom (6) koja prileže uz protočne kanale (5.1, 5.2).
5. Sustav za izmjenu topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što u građevinskim uvjetima s vodoravnim položajem ravnine radijatora (9-9), kontra-ploča izrađena je od materijala s niskim koeficijentom vodljivosti topline.
6. Sustav za izmjenu topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2 ili 3 ili 5, naznačen time što su područja susjednih parova ulaznog kolektora (7.1, 7.2) i izlaznog kolektora (8.2, 8.1), na obje strane jedinice (1), uzdužno prekrivena rubnom toplinskom izolacijom (15).
