Claims (14)

1. Postupak za pročišćavanje lipidnog materijala, naznačen time što postupak obuhvaća slijedeće korake: a) pohranjivanje lipidnog materijala u spremniku za taloženje na povišenoj temperaturi, b) omogućavanje taloženja nečistoća na dnu spremnika za taloženje tako da na taj način nastaje faza uljastog mulja, c) odvajanje nastale faze uljastog mulja od ostatka lipidnog materijala, d) daljnju obradu lipidnog materijala e) pročišćavanje navedene faze uljastog mulja od nečistoća, te po izboru f) vraćanje pročišćenog ulja iz koraka pročišćavanja e) u navedeni spremnik za taloženje, pri čemu je postupak naznačen time što korak e) obuhvaća korak toplinske obrade koji sadrži korake: i. zagrijavanje navedene faze uljastog mulja na temperaturu od oko 150°C do oko 300°C, ii. dodavanju polarnog otapala navedenoj fazi uljastog mulja radi uklanjanja nečistoća iz uljne faze kao što su npr. spojevi fosfora ili kalcija, i iii. odvajanje i obnavljanje pročišćenog ulja te, pri čemu navedena povišena temperatura u koraku a) iznosi oko 40°C do oko 120°C.
2. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se taloženje u spremniku za taloženje odvija bez ikakvog oblika miješanja.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se vrijeme tijekom kojeg se nečistoćama u lipidnom materijalu dopušta taloženje na dno spremnika za taloženje iznosi od oko 5 sati, oko 10 sati, oko 15 sati, oko 1 dan, oko 2 dana, oko 3 dana, oko 4 dana, oko 5 dana.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što lipidni materijal potječe iz biološkog materijala.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je lipidni materijal odabran između korištenog ulja za kuhanje, biljnih ulja bilo koje vrste ili životinjskih masti bilo koje vrste ili njihovih smjesa.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time što se lipidni materijal bira od bilo kojeg ulja ili proizvoda koji se temelji na fosilima, različitih ulja koja se koriste i proizvode u naftnoj industriji, loživih ulja i benzina, uključujući sve korištene proizvode ili u postupku rafiniranja, ili iskorištena ulja za podmazivanje, otpadna ulja za pirolizu plastike i slično.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni korak odvajanja u koraku c) obuhvaća odvajanje faza dekantiranjem, pri čemu se lipidni materijal odvaja od uljastog mulja.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se zagrijavanje u koraku i) provodi tijekom perioda od oko 5 do oko 60 minuta, ili oko 10 minuta do oko 50 minuta, oko 15 minuta do oko 40 minuta, oko 20 minuta do oko 30 minuta.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je zagrijavanje u koraku i) na oko 170°C do oko 240°C, poželjno oko 180°C do oko 200°C.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je polarno otapalo voda, metanol ili etanol ili bilo koja njihova kombinacija.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se obnovljeno pročišćeno ulje u koraku iii) podvrgava filtraciji i/ili centrifugiranju i/ili mehaničkom uklanjanju radi uklanjanja nečistoća prisutnih u mulju.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se izdvojeno i obnovljeno pročišćeno ulje nadalje podvrgava koraku izbjeljivanja.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su nečistoće jedan ili više polietilena, kalcijevih soli, natrijevih soli ili fosfornih soli.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time što se uklanja najmanje oko 90 %, ili najmanje oko 95%, najmanje oko 97%, najmanje oko 98 %, najmanje oko 99 % izvornog sadržaja polietilena u lipidnom materijalu.
