Claims (10)
1. Postupak za poboljšavanje ugljikovodičnih ostataka, naznačen time, da postupak uključuje:
dovođenje ostatka ugljikovodične frakcije (10) i vodika (21) u dodir s prvim katalizatorom hidrokonverzije u prvom reaktorskom sustavu hidrokonverzije u vrijućem sloju (42);
prikupljanje prvog efluenta (44) iz reaktorskog sustava hidrokonverzije u vrijućem sloju (42);
dovođenje prvog efluenta (44) i vodika (23) u dodir s drugim katalizatorom hidrokonverzije u drugom reaktorskom sustavu hidrokonverzije;
prikupljanje drugog efluenta (14) iz drugog reaktorskog sustava hidrokonverzije; dovođenje drugog efluenta (14) i vodika (25) u dodir s trećim katalizatorom hidrokonverzije u drugom reaktorskom sustavu hidrokonverzije u vrijućem sloju (20);
prikupljanje trećeg efluenta (27) iz drugog reaktorskog sustava hidrokonverzije u vrijućem sloju (20); i frakcioniranje trećeg efluenta (27) iz drugog reaktorskog sustava hidrokonverzije u vrijućem sloju (20) da se dobije jedna ili više frakcija ugljikovodika (48 - 62), pri čemu drugi reaktorski sustav hidrokonverzije ima reaktor s fiksnim slojem.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća recikliranje ugljikovodične frakcije vakuumskog ostatka (62) u barem jednom od prvog reaktorskog sustava hidrokonverzije u vrijućem sloju (42), drugog reaktorskog sustava hidrokonverzije i drugog reaktorskog sustava hidrokonverzije u vrijućem sloju (20).
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća recikliranje vakuumske frakcije plinskog ulja (58) u najmanje jednom od prvog reaktorskog sustava hidrokonverzije u vrijućem sloju (42), drugog reaktorskog sustava hidrokonverzije i drugog reaktorskog sustava hidrokonverzije u vrijućem sloju (20).
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da ostatak ugljikovodične frakcije (10) sadržava najmanje jedan naftni atmosferski ili vakuumski ostatak, deasfaltirana ulja, deasfaltiranu smolu, ostatak hidrokrekiranja iz atmosferskog tornja ili dna vakuumskog tornja, plinsko ulje destilirano direktno pod vakuumom, plinsko ulje hidrokrekirano pod vakuumom, suspenzije ulja koja su podvrgnuta tekućem katalitičkom krekiranju (CCF), plinsko ulje iz vakuumskog procesa u vrijućem sloju, ulja iz škriljaca, ulja dobivena iz ugljena, sirova ulja biološkog podrijetla, bitumen iz naftnog pijeska, tall (borova) ulja, crna ulja.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se dio prvog efluenta, dio drugog efluenta i treći efluent dovode u zajednički sistem frakcioniranja.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se dio prvog efluenta (44) i dio trećeg efluenta (27) dovode u zajednički sistem frakcioniranja (46; 72).
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je temperatura u drugom reaktorskom sustavu hidrokonverzije u vrijućem sloju (20) veća od temperature u prvom reaktorskom sustavu hidrokonverzije u vrijućem sloju (42).
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća odvajanje prvog efluenta (44) na tekući proizvod (63) i parni proizvod (67), pri čemu dodir iranje prvog efluenta i vodika uključuje kontakt tekućeg proizvoda i vodika s drugom katalizatorom hidrokonverzije.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da frakcioniranje sadržava:
dovođenje trećeg efluenta (27) u separator (161) za dobivanje frakcije pare (167) i tekuće frakcije (163);
frakcioniranje tekuće frakcije (163) radi prikupljanja preostale vakuumske frakcije (162) u prvom sustavu frakcioniranja (172);
dovođenje frakcije pare (167) u dodir s četvrtim katalizatorom hidrokonverzije u četvrtom reaktorskom sustavu hidrokonverzije (166);
prikupljanje četvrtog efluenta (168) iz četvrtog sustava reaktora hidrokonverzije (166);
frakcioniranje četvrtog otpada (168) za prikupljanje jedne ili više frakcija ugljikovodika (48-56) u drugom sustavu frakcioniranja (146), pri čemu je prvi sustav frakcioniranja (172) vakuumski frakcionacijski sustav, a drugi sustav frakcioniranja (146) atmosferski frakcionacijski sustav, a četvrti reaktorski sustav hidrokonverzije (166) je reaktor hidroobrade s fiksnim slojem.
10. Sustav za poboljšavanje ugljikovodičnih ostataka, naznačen time, da sustav uključuje:
prvi reaktorski sustav hidrokonverzije u vrijućem sloju (42) za dovođenje frakcije ugljikovodičnih ostataka (10) i vodika (21) u dodir s prvim katalizatorom hidrokonverzije kako bi se dobio prvi efluent (44);
drugi hidrokonverzijski reaktorski sustav za dovođenje prvog efluenta (44) i vodika (23) u dodir s drugim katalizatorom hidrokonverzije za dobivanje drugog efluenta (14);
