Claims (16)

1. Proizvod s metalnom površinom koja sadrži stakleni, staklo-keramički ili keramički zaštitni sloj, gdje se zaštitni sloj sastoji od osnovnog sloja s matricom alkalnog i/ili zemnoalkalijskog silikata i gornjeg sloja bez alkalnih metala i zemnoalkalijskih metala i koji sadrži matricu spoja oksida silicija, gdje osnovni sloj ima debljinu 1 do 20 μm, naznačen time da osnovni sloj sadrži jedan ili više pigmenata odabranih između oksida jednog ili više elemenata odabranih između Al, Sn, Y, Ce, Ti, Zr, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Nb i Ta.
2. Proizvod prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da gornji sloj sadrži jedan ili više pigmenta i/ili filera.
3. Proizvod prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je filer ili pigment oksid jednog ili više elemenata izabranih iz elemenata osnovnih grupa III ili IV i podgrupa I do V i VIII Periodnog sustava elemenata, posebno izabran između B, Al, Si, Ge, Sn, Y, Ce, Ti, Zr, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Nb i Ta, i/ili neoksidativnog elementa, koji je posebno odabran između elemenata osnovnih grupa III do V, kao što je BN, SiC, grafit ili čađa.
4. Proizvod prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da je barem jedan od pigmenta i/ili punjenja pločastog oblika.
5. Proizvod prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da se na gornjem sloju nalazi sloj protiv prijanjanja koji sadrži fluor ili silicij.
6. Proizvod prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da je omjer atoma Si:(alkalnog metala i/ili zemnoalkalijskog metala) u osnovnom sloju u rasponu od 20:1 do 7:1, a naročito od 15:1 do 10:1.
7. Proizvod prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da se osnovni sloj i/ili gornji sloj mogu dobiti postupkom u kojem se pripravak za oblaganje pripremljen sol-gel postupkom vlažno kemijski nanosi na metalnu površinu odnosno osnovni sloj i zgušnjava termičkom obradom.
8. Proizvod prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da je proizvod posuda, poželjno posuđe za kuhanje, gdje je zaštitnim slojem obložena unutrašnjost ili dio unutrašnjosti posude.
9. Proizvod prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da posuda ima, na metalnoj površini vanjskog dijela ili na dijelu te površine, vanjski zaštitni sloj koji se sastoji od osnovnog zaštitnog sloja koji sadrži matricu alkalnog i/ili zemnoalkalijskog silikata, koji poželjno sadrži barem jedan pigment, i gornjeg sloja koji sadrži matricu alkalnog i/ili zemnoalkalijskog silikata, koji sadrži barem jedan filer, poželjno abrazivni filer kao što je filer pločastog oblika.
10. Postupak za pripremu staklenog, staklo-keramičkog ili keramičkog zaštitnog sloja koji sadrži osnovni sloj i gornji sloj na metalnoj površini proizvoda, naznačen time da a) pripravak za oblaganje sadrži alkalni silikat i/ili zemnoalkalijski silikat koji se vlažno kemijski nanosi na metalnu površinu i zgušnjava termičkom obradom kako bi se stvorio osnovni sloj, i b) pripravak za oblaganje koji sadrži hidrolizat ili kondenzat jednog ili više hidrolizabilnih silana bez alkalnih i zemnoalkalnih metala vlažno-kemijski se nanosi na osnovni sloj i termički zgusne da se formira gornji sloj, gdje termičko zgušnjavanje radi stvaranja osnovnog sloja se može izvesti prije nanošenja pripravka za oblaganje gornjeg sloja ili nakon toga zajedno s toplinskim zgušnjavanjem kako bi se dobio gornji sloj, a osnovni sloj ima debljinu 1 do 20 μm, naznačen time da osnovni sloj sadrži jedan ili više pigmenata odabranih između oksida jednog ili više elemenata odabranih između Al, Sn, Y, Ce, Ti, Zr, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Nb i Ta.
11. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da se pripravak za oblaganje osnovnog sloja i pripravak za oblaganje gornjeg sloja pripremaju sol-gel postupkom.
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačen time da nanesen i po izboru osušen pripravak za oblaganje osnovnog sloja i/ili gornjeg sloja se zgušnjava na temperaturi u rasponu od 250 do 700 oC, poželjno od 350 do 600 oC.

Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 10 do 12 naznačen time da a) pripravak za oblaganje osnovnog sloja se dobiva hidrolizom i polikondenzacijom jednog ili više silana opće formule (I): RnSiX4-n (I) gdje su skupine X, identične ili međusobno različite, hidrolizirajuće grupe ili hidroksilne grupe, a skupine R, identične ili međusobno različite, su vodik, alkil, alkenil, alkinil grupe koje imaju do 4 atoma ugljika i aril, aralkil ili alkaril grupe koje imaju 6 do 10 atoma ugljika, a n je 0, 1 ili 2, uz uvjet da se upotrijebi barem jedan silan s n koji je jednak 1 ili 2, ili oligomeri koji se od njih dobivaju, u prisutnosti barem jednog alkalnog ili zemnoalkalijskog metalnog spoja, poželjno spoja iz grupe oksida i hidroksida i organometalnih spojeva alkalnih ili zemnoalkalijskih metala, po izboru dodane nano čestice SiO2 i/ili po izboru aloksida ili topljivih spojeva metala B, Al, Si, Ge, Sn, Y, Ce, Ti ili Zr i/ili b) pripravak za oblaganje gornjeg sloja se dobiva hidrolizom i polikondenzacijom jednog ili više silata opće formule (I): RnSiX4-n (I) Gdje su grupe X, identične ili različite jedna u odnosu na drugu, hidrolizirane grupe ili hidroksil grupe, grupe R, identične ili različite jedna u odnosu na drugu, su vodik, alkil, alkenil, alkinil grupe koje imaju do 4 atoma ugljika i aril aralkil ili alkaril grupe koje imaju 6 do 10 atoma ugljika, a n je 0, 1 ili 2, uz uvjet da se upotrijebi barem jedan silan s n koji je jednak 1 ili 2, ili oligomeri koji se od njih dobivaju, po želji u prisutnosti dodanih nano čestica SiO2 i/ili aloksida ili topljivih spojeva metala B, Al, Si, Ge, Sn, Y, Ce, Ti ili Zr i/ili c) pripravak za oblaganje od po izboru nanesenog antiadhezijskog sloja se dobiva hidrolizom i polikondenzacijom jednog ili više silana opće formule (II): Rf(R)bSiX3-b (II) gdje su X i R definirani kao u općoj formuli (I), Rf je nehidrolizirajuća grupa koja ima 1 do 30 atoma fluora koji su vezani na alifatske atome ugljika, a b je 0, 1 ili 2, i po želji jedan ili više silana opće formule (I) kako je definirano gore, po izboru u prisutnosti dodanih nano čestica SiO2 i/ili aloksida ili topljivih spojeva metala B, Al, Si, Ge, Sn, Y, Ce, Ti ili Zr, ili hidrolizom i polikondenzacijom jednog ili više silana opće formule (I) gdje su X i R opisani kao gore, a n je 0 u prisutnosti organskog spoja fluora.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 10 do 13, naznačen time da je u pripravku za oblaganje osnovnog sloja atomski omjer Si:(alkalnog metala ili zemnoalkalijskog metala) je u rasponu od 20:1 do 7:1, a poželjno između 15:1 do 10:1.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 10 do 14, naznačen time da pripravak za oblaganje gornjeg sloja sadrži pigmente i/ili filere.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 10 do 15, naznačen time da se pripravak za oblaganje koji sadrži fluor nanosi na gornji sloj i termički obrađuje radi dobivanja antiadhezijskog sloja, pri čemu pripravak za oblaganje koji sadrži fluor sadrži hidrolizat ili kondenzat hidrolizabilnog spoja silicija.
