Claims (15)

1. Obložni materijal za proizvodnju zaštitnog sloja na plastičnim supstratima, koji obuhvaća hidroksi-funkcionalnu vezivnu komponentu i stvrdnjavajuću komponentu koja sadrži izocijanat, naznačen time, da vezivna komponenta sadrži sljedeće - vodene polimerne disperzije koje obuhvaćaju polifenilen-etere ili kopolimere fluoriranih etilena i vinil-etera, - staklena šuplja tijela kao i - anorganska punila i/ili anorganske pigmente.
2. Obložni materijal prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da vezivna komponenta ima volumensku koncentraciju pigmenta od 40 do 80%, poželjno od 50 do 70%, posebno poželjno od 55 do 65%.
3. Obložni materijal prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da vezivna komponenta sadrži polimernu disperziju u udjelima od 10 do 40 masenih %, poželjno od 15 do 35 masenih %, posebno poželjno od 20 do 30 masenih %, na bazi ukupne mase vezivne komponente.
4. Obložni materijal prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da polimerna disperzija sadrži kopolimere fluoriranog etilena i vinil-etera.
5. Obložni materijal prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da vezivna komponenta ima od 10 do 30 volumenskih %, poželjno od 15 do 25 volumenskih %, posebno poželjno od 16 do 20 volumenskih % staklenog šupljeg tijela, na bazi ukupnog volumena vezivne komponente.
6. Obložni materijal prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da vezivna komponenta sadrži od 5 do 40 masenih % anorganskih punila i/ili anorganskih pigmenata bazi ukupne mase vezivne komponente.
7. Obložni materijal prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da su punila odabrana iz skupine koju čine nataloženi kalcijev karbonat, barit, blank fiks, talk, pirofilit, klorit, hornblende i liskun.
8. Obložni materijal prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da su pigmenti odabrani iz skupine koju čine titanijev dioksid, cinkov sulfid, litopon, cinkov oksid, antimonijev oksid, željezni oksid žuti, niklov titanij žuti, molibdat narančasti, željezni oksid crveni, bakreni oksid, molibdat crveni, ultramarin crveni, crveni miješane faze, mineralni ljubičasti, manganov ljubičasti, ultramarin ljubičasti, željezni plavi, ultramarin plavi, kobaltni plavi, kromov oksid zeleni, kromijev oksid-hidrat zeleni, ultramarin zeleni, zeleni pigmenti miješane faze, željezni oksid smeđi, smeđi miješane faze, željezni oksid crni, antimonijev sulfid, grafit, plinovito garav, termalno garav, čađav kao iz peći, plameno crni i acetilensko crni.
9. Obložni materijal prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da vezivna komponenta nadalje sadrži sredstva otporna na vatru, pri čemu su vatrootporna sredstva odabrana iz skupine koju čine hidroksidi, oksidni hidrati i fosfati od Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn i Al, amonijevi polifosfati, borati, antimonijevi oksidi u kombinaciji s organskim vatrootpornim sredstvima koja sadrže halogen, crveni fosfor, boraks i ekspandirajući grafit.
10. Obložni materijal prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da stvrdnjavajuća komponenta obuhvaća poliizocijanate odabrane iz skupine koju čine difenilmetan-diizocijanat MDI kao i oligomeri ili polimeri na bazi toluilen-diizocijanata TDI, difenilmetan-diizocijanata MDI, heksametilen-diizocijanata HDI, izoforon-diizocijanata IPDI, 4,4'-diizocijanato-dicikloheksilmetana HMDI, m-ksililen-diizocijanata XDI, 1,6-diizocijanato-trimetilheksana TMDI, tetrametilksililen-diizocijanata TMXDI i njihove mješavine.
11. Obložni materijal prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da vezivna komponenta i stvrdnjavajuća komponenta obložnog materijala u molarnom odnosu od OH skupina veziva prema NCO skupinama stvrdnjivača obuhvaćaju raspon od 1:0,8 do 1:2,6.
12. Uporaba obložnog materijala prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačena time, da služi u sustavu oblaganja za temeljno (početno) premazivanje površina od plastičnih supstrata ili supstrata koji su načinjeni od kompozitnih vlaknasto-plastičnih materijala.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju obložnog sustava na komponenti načinjenoj od plastičnih materijala ili vlaknasto-plastičnih kompozitnih materijala, naznačen time, da obuhvaća sljedeće korake: a. pripremanje površine podloge, b. nanošenje i stvrdnjavanje obložnog materijala prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, i c. nanošenje glazure.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time, da se obložni materijal nanosi u koraku b. na način elektrostatske primjene ili putem postupka raspršivanja pneumatski komprimiranim zrakom.
15. Unutrašnja komponenta načinjena od plastičnog materijala ili vlaknasto-plastičnog kompozitnog materijala, naznačena time, da ona ima najmanje jednu oblogu proizvedenu od obložnog materijala prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11.
