Claims (9)
1. Ploča za zatvaranje za klizno zatvaranje na ispusnom otvoru spremnika koji sadrži rastaljeni metal u kojem su predviđene dvije vanjske uzdužne strane, protočni otvor (21, 31) postavljen na uzdužnoj osi (A) na sredini ploče za zatvaranje (20, 30, 40, 50) i površina zatvaranja (S) polazi od otvora, pri čemu su na svakoj od ove dvije vanjske uzdužne strane formirane barem dvije rubne površine (20a, 20b, 30a, 30b; 40a, 40b; 50a, 50b) koje služe kao pričvrsne površine ili kao površine za centriranje ploče za zatvaranje (20, 30, 40, 50), i koje pod kutem (α, ß) u odnosu na uzdužnu os (A) tvore suženje ploče, naznačena time da su barem do rubnih površina (20a, 30a, 40a, 50a) na strani površine zatvaranja (S) predviđene susjedne vanjske strane (20c, 30c), koje su u odnosu na uzdužnu os (A) posebice pod manjim kutem (γ) od onog na rubnim površinama (20a, 30a, 40a, 50a), ili su raspoređene približno paralelno u odnosu na uzdužnu os.
1. Ploča za zatvaranje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da su do dvije rubne površine (30b) ploče za zatvaranje (30) na strani koja je udaljena od površine zatvaranja (S) predviđene vanjske strane (30d), koje su posebice pod manjim kutem u odnosu na uzdužnu os (A) nego rubne površine (30b), ili su postavljene približno paralelno sa uzdužnom osi.
2. Ploča za zatvaranje prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time da su rubne površine (40a) ploče za zatvaranje (40) ravnog, okruglog, ovalnog ili nekog drugog oblika barem na strani površine zatvaranja (S).
3. Ploča za zatvaranje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time da su rubne površine (40a) u obliku okruglih površina barem na strani površine zatvaranja (S), kod kojih se radijus (40r) odabire tako da praktički tvori radijus kraja ploče (40e).
4. Ploča za zatvaranje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da su na ploči za zatvaranje (50) predviđeni rubovi za centriranje (51) sa rubnim površinama (50a, 50b), koje su na vanjskim uzdužnim stranama raspoređene pod pravim kutem u odnosu na uzdužnu os (A) i poželjno dimenzija male dužine od samo nekoliko milimetara.
5. Klizno zatvaranje, obuhvaća barem jedan metalni okvir za smještanje ploče za zatvaranje (20, 30, 40) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačeno time da je na metalnom okviru raspoređeno nekoliko steznih elemenata (17a, 17b), tako da se ploča za zatvaranje (20, 30, 40) može stegnuti sigurno sa potonjim na rubnim površinama (20a, 30a, 40a).
6. Klizno zatvaranje prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeno time da umjesto steznih elemenata, postoje barem dva udubljenja sa površinama za centriranje na metalom okviru na koji se ploča za zatvaranje (20, 30, 40, 50) može umetnuti praktički bez problema.
7. 9. Klizno zatvaranje prema zahtjevu 8 ili 9, naznačeno time da je ova udaljenost sjecišta (26a, 26b) do vanjskog promjera protočnog otvora (21) manja od promjera protočnog otvora, a na strani površine zatvaranja S većih je dimenzija nego suprotno od protočnog otvora.
