Claims (10)
1. Vodeni gusti sastav za proizvodnju obloge na supstratu, obuhvaća:
vezivo koje sadrži vodenu otopinu kalijevog silikata obogaćenu litijem, vezivo je karakterizirano odsustvom kroma; i
aluminij ili prah aluminijeve slitine ugrađen u vezivo, pri čemu su aluminij ili prah aluminijeve slitine i vezivo sadržani kao jednodijelni sastav, aluminij ili prah aluminijeve slitine i vezivo sadržani su u predodređenom masenom udjelu;
pri čemu je maseni udio aluminija ili praha aluminijeve slitine u gustoj smjesi između 34-45 (wt%) na temelju ukupne mase guste otopine i silikat je u odnosu na aluminij sadržan u omjeru mase od 0.22:1 do 0.37:1.
2. Gusta smjesa iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, pri čemu kalijev silikat obogaćen litijem sadrži kalij i litij u masenom omjeru 3:1 do 20:1 kao K2O:Li2O, i nadalje gdje je maseni omjer silikata prema kaliju od 2:1 do 3:1 kao SiO2:K2O.
3. Gusta smjesa iz patentnog zahtjeva 2, pri čemu kalijev silikat obogaćen litijem sadrži kalij i litij u masenom omjeru 7:1 do 11:1 kao K2O:Li2O, i nadalje gdje je maseni omjer silikata prema kaliju od 2.4:1 do 2.8:1 kao SiO2:K2O.
4. Gusta smjesa iz patentnog zahtjeva 1 ili 3, pri čemu aluminij ili prah aluminijeve slitine obuhvaća raspodjelu veličina čestica karakteriziranu na način da 50. percentila raspodjele veličine čestica ima promjer između 4 i 7 mikrometara (mikrona) i 90. percentila raspodjele veličine čestica ima promjer manji ili jednak 11.5-15.5 mikrometara.
5. Gusta smjesa iz patentnog zahtjeva 1 ili 3, pri čemu aluminij ili prah aluminijeve slitine obuhvaća raspodjelu veličina čestica karakteriziranu na način da 50. percentila raspodjele veličine čestica ima promjer između 3.9 i 4.5 mikrometara (mikrona) i 90. percentila raspodjele veličine čestica ima promjer manji ili jednak 9.0 mikrometara.
6. Gusta smjesa iz patentnog zahtjeva 1 ili 3, nadalje obuhvaća inhibitore koji ne sadrže krom.
7. Sastav za oblaganje supstrata, obuhvaća:
keramičku matricu koja ne sadrži krom, navedena matrica je oblikovana silikatnim vezivom i množinom čestica praha aluminija uklopljenih u navedenu matricu, silikat i aluminij sadržani su u predodređenom omjeru masa;
pri čemu je navedeno silikatno vezivo kalijev silikat obogaćen litijem
sastav obloge proizvedene iz guste vodene smjese, pri čemu je prah aluminija u gustoj smjesi između 34-45 (wt%) na temelju ukupne mase guste otopine i silikat je u odnosu na aluminij sadržan u masenom omjeru od 0.22:1 do 0.37:1.
8. Sastav obloge iz patentnog zahtjeva 7, pri čemu se obloga može preoblikovati u provodljivu oblogu s potrošnom zaštitom od korozije.
9. Sastav obloge iz patentnog zahtjeva 7, pri čemu prah aluminija obuhvaća raspodjelu veličina čestica karakteriziranu na način da 50. percentila raspodjele veličine čestica ima promjer između 4 i 7 mikrometara i 90. percentila raspodjele veličine čestica ima promjer manji ili jednak 11.5-15.5 mikrometara.
10.
