Состав керамического слоя для изготовления литейной формы, предназначенной, в особенности, для изготовления отливок способом литья по выплавляемым моделям, содержащийжидкую керамическую массу и керамический материал для обсыпки, отличающийся тем, что он содержит:жидкую керамическую массу, состоящую из, мас.%:50-75% керамического материала, представляющего собой смесь с распределением частиц по размеру, содержащую минимум 90% частиц размером менее 0,04 мм и имеющую следующий фазовый состав:30-90% форстерита MgSiO,5-15% фаялита FeSiO, и 5-65% смеси компонентов фазы в виде хризолита 2(MgFe)SiO, энстатита MgSiO, тремолита CaMgSiO(OH), рингвудита (Mg,Fe)и диопсида Ca(Mg,Al)(Si,Al)O, и25-50% связующего, содержащего водный или водно-органический коллоидный раствор оксида металла и модификаторов, икерамический материал для обсыпки, представляющий собой смесь, имеющую следующий фазовый состав, мас.%:30-90% форстерита MgSiO,5-15% фаялита FeSiOи5-65% смеси компонентов фазы в виде хризолита 2(MgFe)SiO, энстатита MgSiO, тремолита CaMgSiO(OH), рингвудида (Mg,Fe)и диопсида Ca(Mg,Al)(Si,Al)O.2. Состав керамического слоя для изготовления литейной формы по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что максимальное содержание SiOв керамическом материале составляет 25 мас.% в пересчете на элемент Si.
Claims (2)
1. Состав керамического слоя для изготовления литейной формы, предназначенной, в особенности, для изготовления отливок способом литья по выплавляемым моделям, содержащий
жидкую керамическую массу и керамический материал для обсыпки, отличающийся тем, что он содержит:
жидкую керамическую массу, состоящую из, мас.%:
50-75% керамического материала, представляющего собой смесь с распределением частиц по размеру, содержащую минимум 90% частиц размером менее 0,04 мм и имеющую следующий фазовый состав:
30-90% форстерита Mg2SiO4,
5-15% фаялита Fe2SiO4, и 5-65% смеси компонентов фазы в виде хризолита 2(Mg0,88Fe0,12)SiO2, энстатита MgSiO3, тремолита Ca2Mg5Si8O22(OH)2, рингвудита (Mg,Fe)2 и диопсида Ca(Mg,Al)(Si,Al)2O6, и
25-50% связующего, содержащего водный или водно-органический коллоидный раствор оксида металла и модификаторов, и
керамический материал для обсыпки, представляющий собой смесь, имеющую следующий фазовый состав, мас.%:
30-90% форстерита Mg2SiO4,
5-15% фаялита Fe2SiO4 и
5-65% смеси компонентов фазы в виде хризолита 2(Mg0,88Fe0,12)SiO2, энстатита MgSiO3, тремолита Ca2Mg5Si8O22(OH)2, рингвудида (Mg,Fe)2 и диопсида Ca(Mg,Al)(Si,Al)2O6.
2. Состав керамического слоя для изготовления литейной формы по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что максимальное содержание SiO2 в керамическом материале составляет 25 мас.% в пересчете на элемент Si.
