Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja na powloki samonosnej formy ceramicznej wyko¬ nywanej metoda wytapianych modeli.Znane kompozycje na powloki form ceramicznych skladaja sie z ogniotrwalej osnowy cerami¬ cznej i spoiwa krzemianowego w postaci szkla wodnego sodowego, zhydrolizowanego krzemianu etylu 40, zolu kwasu krzemowego lub spoiwa krzemianowego kopolimerowego.Obecniestosowane sa dwie technologie wykonywania samonosnych form ceramicznych. 900°C Przyklad zastosowania kompozycji wg wynalazku (B).Do wykonania formy ceramicznej uzyto dwa rodzaje kompozycji: A. znana kompozycja o skladzie : zhydrolizowany krzemian etylu40 — 1 czesc wagowa molochite -120 — 2 czesci wagowe (maczka glinokrzemianowa zawierajaca 40% Al203#2 Si02) do.wykonania powlok nieparzystych i kompozycja B do powlok parzystych.Przyklad kompozycji wg wynalazku (B).B. kompozycja wedlug wynalazku o skladzie: 50% roztwór wodny fosforanu chromowo-glinowego zawierajacego 1% wag. chlorkumagnezowego — 1 czesc wag. molochite -120 — 2 czesci wag.Czas suszenia poszczególnych powlok 4-6 godzin. Wytapianie zestawu modelowego w autoklawie.Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Known compositions for coatings of ceramic molds consist of a refractory ceramic matrix and a silicate binder in the form of sodium water glass, hydrolyzed ethyl silicate 40, silicic acid sol or silicate binder. There are currently two technologies of making self-supporting ceramic forms. According to one technology, one binder is used for all layers of a ceramic mold, and according to the second technology, the mold has coatings made using two different binders. The purpose of the solution according to the invention is to improve health and safety conditions, reduce the fire hazard, as well as reduce the reactivity of the mold in contact with liquid metal. The subject of the invention is a composition consisting of a ceramic matrix and a binder containing as an aqueous solution of chromium aluminum phosphate at a concentration of 20-50%. The amount of the binder is 1-1.2 parts by weight for 2 parts by weight of a refractory ceramic matrix in the form of aluminosilicate flour. The insulating coatings of the compositions according to the invention are alternately applied with the coatings of compositions of known composition containing hydrolyzed ethyl silicate 40. The phosphate-containing layer is fixed by the action of the ethyl alcohol contained in the hydrolyzed ethyl silicate 40, since the introduction of ethyl alcohol into the binder is of the composition according to the invention causes precipitation of the phosphate gel, while the water contained in the binder of the composition according to the invention penetrating the layer containing hydrolyzed ethyl silicate accelerates the setting processes taking place in this layer. The use of the composition according to the invention alternately with the composition containing hydrolyzed ethyl silicate allows the elimination of the basic disadvantages of the phosphate binder, which exclude the possibility of using this binder alone, such as poor wettability of the surface of the model set, long drying time of the individual coatings of the ceramic mold, low mechanical strength of the ceramic mold after the smelting operation of wax models. To increase the mechanical strength of the mold, it is advantageous to introduce a modifier in the form of Mg2 * or Fe2 * ions (magnesium or iron) in the amount of 0.5-1.5% by weight. 2 145 903 Advantages of the composition according to the invention is practically unlimited life and minimal - sedimentation of the ceramic matrix. The flexural strength of samples made with the composition according to the invention and the composition containing hydrolysed ethyl silicate 40 is as follows: after melting in water at 95 ° C after melting in a drying room at 200 ° C after annealing at 900 ° C. Application example of composition according to the invention (B). Two types of composition were used to make a ceramic mold: A. known composition with the following composition: hydrolyzed ethyl silicate40 - 1 part by weight molochite -120 - 2 parts by weight (aluminosilicate flour containing 40% Al 2 O 3 # 2 SiO 2) to. for making even coats and composition B for even coats. Example of a composition according to the invention (B). B. a composition according to the invention consisting of: 50% aqueous solution of chromium aluminum phosphate containing 1% by weight magnesium chloride - 1 part by weight molochite -120 - 2 parts by weight. Drying time for individual coatings 4-6 hours. Melting the model set in an autoclave. Patent claims 1.
