Claims (13)

1. Kompozicija za bojenje stakla, u kojem nema nikl oksida, koja sadrži: - 35 – 50% po masi MnO2 - 4 - 10% po masi Cr2O3 - 0.5 – 1.5% po masi Co3O4; i - 40 – 60% staklenog medija od silike i/ili bar jedan silikata.
2. Kompozicija u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1, koja sadrži: - 40 – 45% po masi MnO2 - 5 – 8% po masi Cr2O3 - 0.8 – 1.2% po masi Co3O4;i - 45 – 55% staklenog medija od silike i/ili od bar jednog silikata.
3. Kompozicija u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, gdje je navedeni silikat, bezvodni silikat.
4. Kompozicija u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 3, gdje je najmanje jedan spomenuti silikatnatrij silikat, poželjno odabran između natrij silikata 1:2 (Na2O*2SiO2), natrij silikata 1:3 (Na2O*3SiO2) i/ili njihovih mješavina.
5. Kompozicija u skladu sa bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje spomenuti Stakleni medij sadrži od 42 – 48% natrij silikata 1:3 po masi u odnosu na stakleni medij i/ili 2 – 8% natrij silikata po masi u odnosu na stakleni medij.
6. Kompozicija u skladu sa bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje je krom oksid u obliku praha, kristala ili kristalnog praha, poželjno sa veličinom čestice u rasponu od 3 do10 mikrona.
7. Kompozicija u skladu sa bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u obliku praha ili obliku kuglica, tableta ili granula.
8. Proces proizvodnje kompozicije u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, u obliku granula, navedeni proces se sastoji od slijedećih koraka: (i) Osiguravanje kompozicije za bojenje stakla u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7; (ii) Povećavanje vlažnosti kompozicije za bojenje; (iii) Redukcija kompozicije u granule (iv) Povećanje vlažnosti granula za bojenje: (v) Sušenje granula;
9. Proces u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 8, gdje se korak povećanja vlažnosti odvija u atmosferi koja sadrži od 15 do 35% po masi vode, poželjno od 20 do 30% po masi vode.
10. Granule kompozicije u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačeno time da je gustoća u rasponu od 1 do 5 g/cm3, poželjno između 2 i 3 g/cm3, veličina u rasponu od 1 do 15 mm, poželjno između 2 i 10 mm i vlažnost manja od 5 % w/w, poželjno 3% w/w.
11. Primjena kompozicije u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7 i/ili granule u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 10 za bojenje stakla.
12. Proces proizvodnje obojenog stakla, koji sadrži slijedeće korake; (i) Osiguravanje matrice od rastopljenog stakla. (ii) Dodavanje kompozicije prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7 i/ili granule u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 10; i (iii) Formiranje stakla.
13. Proces u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 12, gdje su navedena kompozicija i/ili granula dodane pri koncentraciji koja je rasponu od 1 do 6%, poželjno između 3 i 6% po težini, u odnosu na matricu rastopljenog stakla.
