Claims (16)
1. Pripravak za korištenje u preradi šećera koji sadrži kombinaciju
(i) barem jednog usitnjenog sumpornog reagensa koji sadrži barem jedan sumporov atom i barem tri kisikova atoma u kemijskoj formuli; i
(ii) jedan ili oba od
(a) kombinacije usitnjenog reagensa koji sadržava ugljik i polimernog sredstva za uklanjanje boje; ili
(b) usitnjeni fosforni reagens koji sadržava barem jedan fosforov atom i barem tri kisikova atoma u kemijskoj formuli; i
koji proizvoljno sadrži, barem jednu ili više usitnjenih krutih tvari odabranih iz skupine koju čine (A) silikatni reagens, (B) usitnjeni fosforni reagens koji sadržava barem jedan fosforov atom i barem tri kisikova atoma u kemijskoj formuli,
(c) usitnjeni reagens koji sadržava ugljik, (D) usitnjeni aluminijev reagens koji sadrži barem jedan aluminijev atom i barem tri kisikova atoma u kemijskoj formuli, (E) usitnjeno pomoćno sredstvo za filtriranje, (F) polimerno sredstvo za uklanjanje boje, te (G) usitnjeni amonijev spoj koji ima barem jednu amonijevu skupinu (NH4) u kemijskoj formuli.
2. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da sadrži barem jedan usitnjeni sumporni reagens, usitnjeni reagens koji sadržava ugljik i polimerno sredstvo za uklanjanje boje.
3. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da sadrži barem jedan usitnjeni sumporni reagens i usitnjeni fosforni reagens.
4. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da sadrži barem jedan usitnjeni sumporni reagens, poželjno od oko 15% do oko 40%, usitnjeni reagens koji sadržava ugljik, poželjno od oko 35% do oko 55%, polimerno sredstvo za uklanjanje boje, poželjno od oko 10% do oko 30% u komercijalno dostupnom stanju, te usitnjeni fosforni reagens, poželjno od oko 2% do oko 15%.
5. Pripravak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-3, naznačen time da sadrži usitnjeni amonijev spoj.
6. Pripravak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-5, naznačen time da usitnjeni sumporni reagens sadrži sulfitni ion, bisulfitni ion ili metabisulfitni ion.
7. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da sadrži od oko 15% do oko 50% polimernog sredstva za uklanjanje boje, pri čemu je polimerno sredstvo za uklanjanje boje u komercijalno dostupnom stanju, od oko 50% do oko 75% usitnjenog reagensa koji sadržava ugljik, te od oko 1% do oko 15% usitnjenog sumpornog reagensa.
8. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da sadrži od oko 30% do oko 40% otopine polimernog sredstva za uklanjanje boje, pri čemu otopina polimernog sredstva za uklanjanje boje sadrži oko 10 do 85% polimernog sredstva za uklanjanje boje u "kako je dostupno u komercijalno dostupnom stanju" u ravnoteži koje sadrži vodu ili drugo prikladno otapalo, od oko 55% do oko 65% usitnjenog reagensa koji sadržava ugljik, te od oko 2% do oko 12% usitnjenog sumpornog reagensa.
9. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da sadrži jednu ili više komponenata odabranih iz skupine koju čine (A) usitnjeni aluminijev reagens u količini u rasponu od oko 2% do oko 15%, (B) silikatni reagens u količini u rasponu od oko 1% do oko 20% od ukupne smjese, (C) usitnjeni fosforni reagens u količini u rasponu od oko 2% do oko 25% od ukupne smjese, (D) usitnjeno pomoćno sredstvo za filtriranje u količini u rasponu od oko 2% do oko 40% od ukupne smjese, te (E) usitnjeni amonijev spoj u količini u rasponu od oko 2% do oko 20% od ukupne smjese.
10. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da je omjer usitnjenog sumpornog reagensa prema usitnjenom fosfornom reagensu od oko 5:1 do oko 1:2, poželjno od oko 4:1 do oko 1:3.
11. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da sadrži on jednu ili više komponenata odabranih iz skupine koju čine (A) usitnjeni aluminijev reagens u količini u rasponu od oko 5 do oko 15% od ukupne smjese, (B) silikatni reagens u količini u rasponu od oko 1% do oko 20% od ukupne smjese, (C) usitnjeni reagens koji sadržava ugljik u količini u rasponu od oko 5% do oko 85% od ukupne smjese, (D) usitnjeno pomoćno sredstvo za filtriranje u količini u rasponu od oko 5% do oko 50% od ukupne smjese, (E) usitnjeni amonijev spoj u količini u rasponu od oko 2% do oko 50% od ukupne smjese, i (F) sredstvo za uklanjanje boje u količini u rasponu od oko 10% do oko 50% od ukupne smjese.
12. Postupak za obradu karbonizirane tekućine u postupku prerade šećera naznačen time da sadrži dodavanje u šećerni sirup pripravka prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-11.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da se pripravak dodaje prije filtriranja karbonizirane tekućine.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da se pripravak dodaje nakon konačnog karbonatacijskog saturatora.
15. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da se pripravak dodaje u karboniziranu tekućinu u spremnik koji sadrži karboniziranu tekućinu.
16. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da se pripravak dodaje kao jedna od (a) pojedinačnih komponenata, (b) kombinacija pojedinačnih komponenata i predmješavine komponenata ili (c) prethodno proizvedena smjesa pripravka.
