食糖脱色用活性炭的制备方法,是将废弃植物于100~200℃温度下烘干炭化2~4小时;烘干料破碎至40~60目颗粒,加30~36%H3PO4于120~150℃温度下浸泡5~8小时;将浸泡料加入木焦油,浸泡料∶木焦油按重量比=3~4∶0.8~1.2;将焦油浸泡料加入高压定型设备中压制成柱状,于100~150℃下烘干8~10小时;将烘干柱状物料加入到转式活化炉中于400~700℃活化处理2~3小时;将活化物料水洗至pH6~7,然后破碎、筛分至需要颗粒度。本发明具有比表面积大、吸附能力强、颗粒强度高等优点,适于制糖脱色专用。

食糖脱色用活性炭的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种食糖脱色专用活性炭的制备方法。
发明背景
现有食糖脱色用活性炭为粉状,工艺过程主要是将木质原料经干馏炭化,再破碎成粗颗粒,加入磷酸浸泡,烘干的浸泡料再入流化床进行活化,最后水洗、烘干、粉碎即可。该工艺生产的粉状活性炭在实际脱色过滤中由于缝隙小,易于阻塞,而现有颗粒状活性炭比表面积和强度均达不到食糖脱色炭的技术要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用废弃植物为原料,制作食糖脱色专用活性炭的方法,利用该工艺方法制备的活性炭,比表面积大,吸附和脱色能力及强度大大优于现有粉状活性炭。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:是以废弃植物为原料,经炭化、活化、水洗烘干处理制成,其特征是:
a)将废弃植物于100~200℃温度下烘干炭化2~4小时;
b)烘干料破碎至40~60目颗粒,加30~36%H3PO4于120~150℃温度下浸泡5~8小时;
c)将浸泡料加入木焦油,浸泡料:木焦油按重量比=3~4∶0.8~1.2;
d)将焦油浸泡料加入高压定型设备中压制成柱状,于100~150℃下烘干8~10小时;
e)将烘干柱状物料加入到转式活化炉中于400~700℃活化处理2~3小时;
f)将活化物料水洗至PH6~7,然后破碎、筛分至需要颗粒度。
本发明所用的废弃物为农林业植物,如树枝、木屑、庄稼秸杆,所有植物无论是木本还是草本枝、叶、皮、杆都可以利用。
经实验本发明的炭化温度适宜于500~650℃,时间2~3小时。
本发明具有比表面积大、吸附能力强、颗粒强度高等优点,适于制糖脱色专用。

Claims (3)

1、食糖脱色用活性炭的制备方法,是以废弃植物为原料,经炭化、活化、水洗烘干处理制成,其特征是:
a)将废弃植物于100~200℃温度下烘干炭化2~4小时;
b)烘干料破碎至40~60目颗粒,加30~36%H3PO4于120~150℃温度下浸泡5~8小时;
c)将浸泡料加入木焦油,浸泡料:木焦油按重量比=3~4∶0.8~1.2;
d)将焦油浸泡料加入高压定型设备中压制成柱状,于100~150℃下烘干8~10小时;
e)将烘干柱状物料加入到转式活化炉中于400~700℃活化处理2~3小时;
f)将活化物料水洗至PH6~7,然后破碎、筛分至需要颗粒度。
2、按照权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征是所述的废弃植物为农林业植物,如树枝、木屑、庄稼秸杆。
3、按照权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征是所述的活化温度选择为500~650℃。
